I am sick of his passive reactionary defenses. I hope we get someone who will allow our guys to take it to the offense instead of the other way around.

Problem is that was Capers earlier in his time here...and look how that ended up????

I mean in the beginning it was good though

So if Rodgers future is “uncertain” wouldn’t it be crazy if he went to SF or maybe even Houston since Watson wants out...I hope that doesn’t happen, but I’d like to see the guys who always say he choked or blame him reaction when there’s no suitable replacement on the horizon.

The big stud, if you want to think glass half full, is that we still play in the NFC North with the Lions, Vikings, and Bears...so at least we will most likely win our Division again next year...

The only way Rodgers is going anywhere else is if the Packers trade him or he "retires" and pulls a stunt like Favre did.

I wouldn't be too suprised...losing 2 NFCCG's in back to back years is emotionally and physically draining...

Aaron isn't really "young" anymore, he'll be 38 next year... so it's not like he's Mahomes or Allen or someone who has another 10 years to go

But he must realize he is still playing at a ridiculously high level. He isn't in decline like Brees. He has said in the past he wants to play until he is 40.

Yeah...but he probably has similar feelings of what Favre thought at the end of his career too

The NFL season is a LOOONNNNGGGG process and it's a marathon

I remember Favre once saying he would do it just to "play the games" and not do all the practices and BS

Aaron is obviously very different, but it's a long *** process...and to go through that process to lose like this the past few years

Unless there is some real "compelling reason" to come back, i wouldn't be too suprised

When I say "compelling" I mean like something that can really make him believe it will be different this time.

Brees is also 100% NOT on the same level in terms of "talent/ability" as guys like Aaron Rodgers or Brett Favre.

Brees isn't close, but he's a HOFer too

So it's not really about ability as much as just physical/mental/emotional/time/etc etc

Brees will probably retire because his skills are shot. Rodgers is still playing at a high level.

I mean it's just sad to have 2 Top 15 HOF QBs of All Time for the past 27+ years and only 3 Super Bowl appearances to show for it LOL

Man after watching that last play in the kc vs buff game I just can’t say I like either team in the Super Bowl. kc is cheap, and Brady is a cheater....think I’ll just skip the Super Bowl this year, I rooted for kc to beat the 9ers last year but I can’t get behind either team right now.

I hate Brady more than Mahomes so I'll be rooting for KC.

Because I'm weary of him and all the slobbering the talking heads give him.

Him and I have birthdays that are 2 days apart so I've always been a somewhat fan of his...but I totally get what you're saying LOL

Gonna be a lot of slobbering these next 2 weeks as he goes for his 7th ring

Yeah, they're just gushing about Brady now. he didn't play that well, and he absolutely sucked in the second half. 78 yards and three picks. But going to the super bowl because of Tom Brady
