Studs: The Philadelphia Eagles for vaulting the Packers to the 1 seed by beating NO.

Dud: Mason Crosby for making captainwimm throw his TV out the window by nailing the 58 yard kick that iced the game.

Kings of The North! Number 1 in the NFC! And Rodgers has the best TD/INT in the league! Oh yeah! Today was a good day! And The Vikings lost!

I feel like a broken record, but once again, the kick coverage. It's been abysmal. This needs to get cleaned up ASAP, or it will come back to bite us in the playoffs.

Super stink dud

Shawn Mennenga .... kick his stupid butt outta here. NOW

Ok that's my lone rant of the day

We did what we needed to do which was just get outta Detroit with a win. And winning the NFC north and getting back in front for HFA was big. But I still don't like Mennenga coaching this ST unit.

Studs:

Rodgers....I mean dude is just awesome this year.

MVS...doing things he isn't the type of WR for. Short routes that were crisp, caught the ball with his hands (not body) all game and that one endzone catch was NUTS.

Gary...this cat is illustrating just incredible athleticism.

Crosby....I mean dude straight kicked a PR.

Vernon Scott...that cat attacks instinctively. Watch out folks, this kid is gonna force himself into more snaps as he excels at his opportunities.

Duds:

ST coverage unit SUCKS. 100% TERRIBLE.

Soft defense is getting old.

I said it in another thread...

MVS is consistently reliable hands away from being a cheat code.

MVS needs to start this one off. He looked confident catching that ball. He made the routine and the tough ones. He looked like a different player to me today. Not tentative with anything out there. Like he felt he belonged. I’m smiling big for that kid today.

He was catching the ball with his hands and not body catching it.

Pettine is a stud. He developed a game plan that effectively shut down the middle of the field, generated consistent pressure on Stafford, and really showed just how crisp the defense is in zone coverage. Kudos to him!

Petals deserves a stud for carrying both of his coordinators around in a double baby ergo. They need to replace both in the off-season. Hopefully covid finances don't prevent them from making moves.

Rodgers and the supporting cast were great.

Pettine's defenses do not play smart football.

The second level of this defense is a talent black hole. They really missed Raven Greene today. Kirksey should not be on the field.

Kirksey's *** is as good as gone after this season.

This game highlighted one of my gripes about the league in general.

Replay is stupid. Marvin Jones caught the ball. It was very close and the ref missed it. But never fear, we have replay review! They watched it, it was a catch, and they still blew the call. So we stopped watching football for 7 minutes so that they could confirm their wrong call. Just get rid of replay and get rid of review.

An interesting nugget:

The Packers have score 30+ points in 10 of their 13 games so far this season. This has never happened in the first 13 games of a season in the Rodgers era, and the only time in the Rodgers era that the Packers have went for 30+ that many times in a 16 game season is 2011 (when they did it 10 times).

It's been done 10 times already with 3 games to go.

This offense has been insanely good, but I had no idea it has been so superb in comparison to other Rodgers led teams over the years.
