I was at the game today. Great showing by Packer fans. Alot of Go Pack Go chants. Great road win against a quality (albeit beat up) opponent. Biggest stud was coming out of this with no major injuries.
Yeah Lazard was they only guy questionable landing awkward. But it didn’t look long term anyway (hoping)

We may have actually dodged an injury bullet this week. Next week could be the first game we’ve come out net positive on returning player personnel

That would be nice to go a week without a serious injury and actually start getting people back.

Late stud: Saints for shutting Brady out!

I don't think many understand the magnitude of what happened today. Before the day started, the Packers had around a 1/3 shot at getting the #1 seed. After today (beating Ravens, plus Bucs/Cards losses) the Packers now have a better than 2/3 shot at getting the #1 seed.

Just an incredible day for the Packers.

Slaton - Not ready for prime time
Smith and Gary- They got pressures which resulted in first downs for the Ravens. With a running qb, they too often opened up huge running lanes by crashing inside or taking too deep of an edge rush. Sacks matter and they came up with a goose egg.
Special Teams- If they don't get better fast, playoffs will be another repeat fiasco.
Studs
MVS- Good game. It would be nice to have a couple of these performances in a row.
Jones - He's missed enough games that his legs look fresh and quick.
Lewis- The bid dog actually got a few YAC's. wow.

Amen. Also there’s a hidden gem in there. That’s some fantastic, late season film to have in planning for a possible heavyweight rematch with Tampa

Oline - Stenavich plug and play bringing sustained results, he's got them prepared and playing well together.

Arod - He's a bad man!! Some of these throws are highlight reel/beyond comprehension. LEGEND. Ties his predecessor in career td passes.

Tugboat - who says he isn't a weapon. The chemistry w 12 is bleeding success.

MVS - Is finally coming into his own and showing alot of confidence in his play.

Duds -

DT's - All played poorly, lost contain, pushed around and no inside push when needed.

Savage - mini dud as he should have stopped covering Andrews after the first firewagon series. Torched over and over.

Special Teams - once again embarrassing and Drayton just took another Lombardi out of the case and is dragging it behind his car in the Lambeau Parking lot and took out and wore a Nitschke jersey and wiped grape jelly all over it.

Barry - never confused a back up rookie qb or adjusted coverage on Andrews, no spy on the qb or rpo wrinkle.

Dodged a bullet here. Thank a desperate coach who decided to take the point after out with the best kicker in the NFL waiting to tie the game. Lucky win. Missing Clark badly in the interior. Thank goodness AR12 and crew were up to the task. Special teams is a total rebuild and now we can blame MLF if it continues as he is backing Drayton for this lousy unit.

Nicely said. I resemble that post closely. Thought I wrote it for just a moment

Prevent defense: how many times on those last two Raven drives did our secondary play so far off that Huntley could just throw underneath every play for 8-10 yards? That almost cost us the game. Should have played tighter defense.
Easy to say until the other team throws over the top for a quick score.

Studs: Rodgers, missed some but man did he throw some lasers, Jones and Dillon, MVS, Mercedes, Barnes, Stokes and Amos.
Duds: Barry, overall game plan and playing Savage out of position in the first half, Rashan for not even thinking about containment, probably Preston too.

I saw Galeai losing contain on two runs by Huntley as well. For some reason the Packers forgot about it once they went up by 14.

I just find it so amusing how often when MVS puts up something in the statlines folks think he is FINALLY coming through or what not. MVS has done nothing but ball out since the last third of the 2020 season to now. Blocking, routes, hands, awareness...

Studs - the O in general, not many possesions yesterday, and we scored with virtually every one. special mentions to Arod, Big Dawg. though I feel the O just played really well as a unit. and Deguaera(sp) has possibly provided more than we thought would happen.

Rasul Douglas, he was barely targeted last night, whether because of his play in the last few games or just because their targets were elsewhere on the field.

Duds - The D in general recently, just feel they've been a bit soft in the last 2/3 games, and still more so against the run.

Rasul gave up 5 receptions on 7 targets for 29 yards. He allowed a 78.9 passer rating his way on 49 coverage snaps.

Amos did the best in coverage, with also 49 coverage snaps and was targeted only 5 times with 2 receptions and 7 yards. 47.9 passer rating.

Few thoughts on yesterday from my perspective:

Lazard and MVS continue to deliver precisely the type of play the organization/staff needs and wants them to in MLF system. If you get a chance, watch them both on blocking - many a WR could learn a touch from both.

Deguara has answered the bell of more snaps since Tonyan went down VERY WELL. A lot of us tried to get folks to understand and expect the route running and receiving part of his game would need no help as that was his strength, it was learning blocking positioning and the speed of the NFL which would be his hurdle. He's looked comfortable out there to me for about five to six weeks, but especially over the last three, he's still essentially a rookie so no doubt will have his days but overall he's showing why Gute/MLF wanted him.

Lucas Patrick - zero pressures allowed credited his way, along a line that held very tight most of the day, he shined the most.

Keke and Lowry - while the edges played terrible contain, I felt like Lowry and Keke both filled the massive Clark void very admirably and at times

There was a pass interference call on a throw to Lazard. The stadium replay board only showed it once and it looked like a phantom call. Did the tv replay show it from different angles that showed some contact or a grab?

Yeah, it was very ticky tacky. I wouldn't have called it. I personally feel the pass was off just enough that even if they guy hadn't touched Lazard the ending result would have gone unchanged.

I also may be in the minority but the roughing the passer calls I kinda wish had two levels of severity. I believe the call on Oweh when he pushed Rodgers in the back was clearly well after the throw and late; I also though do not know if it was as severe or equivalent to many others we see. Again, I don't think anyone can argue against it being a RTP call, but just seems cheap for such a severe penalty. Automatic first down for some of these we see (both for us and against us) is just asinine IMO.

There were some poor calls for sure, but I was okay with that RTP on Rodgers. As you said it was after the play - but also it didn't need to be done. The rusher wasn't slowing his momentum or anything. He was just being rude. I think refs need to call that early so things don't get out of hand.

Oh it needed called. Shoot we've seen Clark pull up and roll in mid hit on releases by QBs when he hasn't had to. Oweh was an idiot there for sure...did Rodgers sell it a bit, maybe...LOL We may hear more on that if he is asked on the McAfee show

Joe and Troy: nonstop blathering about the Ravens and their injuries. They may have mentioned once maybe twice that the Packers were missing a lot of key players as well, but the impact was glossed over. Did they even mention that Clark was out? Idiots.

Yiadom: running into the punt receiver. WTH was he thinking? I think they should have cut him on the spot. Make all the other STers to think a bit more.

Amish's theory that it might not be coaching that is ST source of incompetence: good frickin grief.

Stud:
Most were already covered but a special shout out to . . .

MVS: best game as a pro. Showed great hands.

Kenny Clark - absence from the game made me appreciate him even more. The battle in the trenches looks a whole lot different when he isn't in there.
