Trade MM and a #1 for Myles Garrett right now.

Actually I think we should get Garrett and a 3rd for MM.

I actually like Harbaugh and DeFillipo for HC candidates for us; in addition to Urban Meyer as he's definitely wearing out his welcome in Columbus.

This is probably even less likely but by dream staff would be:

Harbaugh - HC
Turner - OC
Phillips - DC

I’m ok leaving Pettine and Philbin in place. Harbaugh is intriguing and I like the idea. He’d want his own guys though, but I don’t see a reason to jettison Pettine. If anything, promote him to HC and let him pick a DC and OC. A trade with Cleveland is really intriguing, especially if we get a guy like Garrett. I don’t think Cleveland Mgmt is that stupid though.

Can't happen until after the super bowl anyway. What is the trade value of the SB winning coach?
Tampa traded 2 firsts, 2 seconds and $8 mil for Jon Gruden before he ever won his SB, and that was Over 16 years ago, so if you include inflation...

MM in Cleveland would be the end of his coaching career. He has had the luxury that only Bill Walsh has had with the 2 QB's he's had. Mayfield could become special, but he is far from a guaranteed superstar. Ironically though... he could succeed because the Browns actually have a defense unlike us for the past few years.

My point is... I really don't see a huge lack of talent on this team... as I've mentioned in other posts.

Sure the OL (right side) could use some help, you could use some YOUTH at TE, and maybe a "burner" at WR

Not like any huge glaring weaknesses

On Defense, it's primarily the two safety positions and OLBers... pretty much it

Safety could be fixed as Tramon I think is a much better fit there now and he could help soemone like Josh Jones with assignments if he's back there, so it could really only be OLBers

I don't see how the team has underachieved so much, granted the losses have all been winable besides WAS

Serious question here. Where do we think the level of patience management has with MM at this time? Is there a good chance they part ways with him if we miss the playoffs?

perhaps we could continue discussing that in any of the many other threads already doing so.

While I agree that AR has regressed some I don't believe age regression will affect his game as it will other QBs as his game is based off accuracy, intellect, and mobility/escapability.

Most of the past few TT drafts were awful, YET..

They yielded Clark, Martinez, Adams, Jones and Williams

Haha is debateable but hes more of a Darren Sharper type player and badly missed having a guy like Burnett who could lead and direct secondary assignments.

Hyde, Heyward, Shields, and it appears even Randall now are having success outside of GB

Shields is nitpicking but I always would have loved to give him a chance after be took the year off basically due to concussions
I don't think Rodgers regressed

Mm is an awful coach and this organization has settled for mediocrity. He should have been fired 2 years ago.

Boring watching our offense tonight. Mike McFatty needs to coach the Browns!! Total lack of creativity shown tonight

Those 2 yard screens to Cobb were really "original" tonight

At least MVS looked good! Next Javon Walker

We are 3-4-1, McCarthy just might coaching in Cleveland next year anyway. So that begs the question if the new HC retains Pettine and Philbin, hopefully he doesn't retain Zook.
