So? I didn't and don't give the a pass. He should have cut him off, but whiffed. How about his play all season? Is INTs the only thing that you care about? Grow up if you see him and think he's the second coming of Deon Sanders or Rod Woodson. He's a starter, but star? GMAFB!

And someone post/watches games about every 4 weeks should just stop. Fairweather fans really should keep their lackluster opinions as just that.
Why such a keyboard warrior? Just because I don’t post as much as some or agree with your dumb opinion doesn’t mean I’m a fair weather fan. Here’s a tissue for your eyes. Stop crying. You’re the last person here to tell someone to grow up. Merry Christmas Scrooge

Nice job kid, oh and you only posting when you think there will be a win, makes you a fairweather fan. But if you want to imagine me crying, then more power to you. I bet you were happy with him record 0 stats in the home playoff game. $84 million should = shutdown corner, if you disagree then share your idiotic opinions somewhere else. And you keep trying to attack personally, which only shows your immaturity.

Kid? Haha! That’s cute. You have help with that one? You might want to look up the word hypocrisy son, cuz that’s what your posts are. You’re the one attacking him and me. You’re the one that’s being immature here. Also, you can ask anyone here and go look back. I have posted when they’ve lost. I was gone for a month. Ask a mod. Stop trying to be a hard ***. Like your opinions, it’s not good. Just stop already.

A month? Huh, odd but you've been a member since 2019. But I digress, since you want to keep on, blocked.

Studs: Nixon, defense in 2nd half. Big Dog.
Duds: D in first half, Rodgers first?half.
We will need Watson to play next week and thereafter.
Our TEs need to be more of a part of the offense. Especially in the red zone.

Well….. bye. Dope. No reason for people in here to attack anyone for their opinion, then have the balls to think they’re a victim of the same. Drama starting dope. Mods should clean up these **** starters.

It’s alarming how Tonyan has fallen off. Either that, or the offensive play calling doesn’t need him anymore. Seems our TEs are primarily used for blocking our RBs and WR.
They are. Especially today with the oline flux again. I don’t know numbers wise what their protection vs routes numbers would be, but I have no doubt they’re in a protection first role in the offense more so than in the past.

100% correct. They get the OLine straightened out, their TEs can go back to being red zone threats. As far as our defense goes, I really hope today’s performance doesn’t give Barry a longer leash to his job security. Scheme is still trash.

Agreed, RT was good part of the offense before, but I think they (RT and ML) get stuck in pass protection down there. It was good to see ML get much more involved today, but I would like to see more out them inside the 20.

Duds - girls cat fighting here about what somebody else says

Say what you disagree with and why (without getting huffy)

State your opinion and justify it

I don't know if MLF hugging Barry near the end of the game means anything. But for all the talk about zone vs. man and DBs playing so far off the LOS, the Packers are actually the #3 ranked passing defense right now. I guess I wouldn't be shocked if MLF gives Barry one more year to fix up the run defense.

I dunno...what about the other 8 losses? There is no way he stays. There is a ton of talent on this Defense and guys like Wyatt not getting playing time over Lowry makes me think Barry needs to go be the DC of Rutgers.

O-Line is so inconsistent that he has no idea when he take one.
We played with backups at both RT and LT. Which also explains why a certain Miami DL was occasionally 2 yards in our backfield untouched on Run plays (Phillips).

Duds: OFFENSE
If we had Bak and Nijman playing this is a different game imo. Also Rodgers and our WR played very C grade today (to potential). I felt like we dropped 2-3 catchable passes. The refs also let them (Miami) interfere regularly and that directly affected 3-4 more pass plays.
Our O was very pedestrian overall.
We scored 26 points after getting 3 turnovers and a 90 yard KR (not counting Douglas final one) AND starting in Miami territory twice (8 yard line and 49 yard line). 78 yards rushing? That won’t cut it in the playoffs.

Studs: DEFENSE
Thankfully our D came up with 4 turnovers or Miami would’ve won by 1-2 scores. I credit our D with allowing just 17 points against an above average Offense that possesses explosive ability. The other FG was due to a ST mishap (the miserable fake on our own 20 yard line).

Why pass when they can get 300 rushing yards

Least atts per game packers are #1

Bottom 5 in amount per completion

Duds-Strength and conditioning. Can't afford to lose Watson and Nixon! Unaccaptable.

Unfortunately injuries are part of the game, there's no way for anyone to prevent them.

So? I didn't and don't give the a pass. He should have cut him off, but whiffed. How about his play all season? Is INTs the only thing that you care about? Grow up if you see him and think he's the second coming of Deon Sanders or Rod Woodson. He's a starter, but star? GMAFB!

While Alexander has given up some big completions he has performed pretty well overall, allowing only a completion percentage of 55.7% and a passer rating of 66.7 this season.

They are. Especially today with the oline flux again. I don’t know numbers wise what their protection vs routes numbers would be, but I have no doubt they’re in a protection first role in the offense more so than in the past.

Tonyan has been the only tight end who has primarily been used as a route runner this season (317 routes run, 8 snaps pass blocking, 152 run blocking - 66.5% routes run per snaps). All other TEs have been used as blockers on the majority of their snaps.

Lewis 97-64-211-26.1%
Deguara 91-13-98-45.0%
Davis 42-12-88-29.6%

Those numbers don't include yesterday's game at Miami yet.

But for all the talk about zone vs. man and DBs playing so far off the LOS, the Packers are actually the #3 ranked passing defense right now.

As mentioned repeatedly total yards allowed is a terrible metric to evaluate a defense as it largely depends on the number of attempts. With the Packers having faced the least amount of pass attempts in the entire league taking a look at some other numbers is a better approach to evaluate their pass defense. They only rank 14th in passer rating and 27th in yards per attempt allowed. Their pass defense isn't as good as the total number of yards allowed might indicate.

I still don't know how to feel about our defense yesterday. The interceptions were nice, and 2 were great plays by Rasul coming off his route and Campbell coming all the way across. Big time plays in big time moments. Reed's FF was a good play too.

Good plays, but a lot of it was Miami just giving us opportunities too. That INT to Alexander was a pretty bad pass I thought. The others, well, I said it all game long. Their offense is just toss the ball up to open fields and let speedy guys run thru them and to the ball. And we just kept letting them run thru it. Did we just finally start communicating, reading, reacting on defense well? or just get kind of lucky he didn't throw it to the correct open spot on the field? I don't know.

What I do know is that without the TO's, we forced 1 punt all day? and even though we made some positive plays on defense, we seemed to be nowhere to be found on many 3rd and longs, again. I think it was a pretty equal mix of opportune defensive plays and Miami just giving gifts and mistakes. I suppose that's the case in any game, but a good team given all those gifts buries that team and if they didn't make them, I'm not sure that game was close and our playoff hopes are back near zero today.
