It took Tampa Bay 4 turnovers to win that game. They scored 14 points when their offense started with the ball in the red zone. This game is simple. Secure the ball and go to the super bowl.

While the Packers regular season game last year was an indication of the NFCCG, the same will not be said for this year. The Packers were outplayed, but mostly out coached by the niners in both games. Tampa beat the packers in 90 degree weather, off of 2 of Aaron Rodgers 5 picks throughout the season. The Saints also beat Tampa 38-3 in November.

Packers 38; Tampa 21
Spot on. I think it will be a little closer at 31-21 but GB and MVP Rodgers get to the SB. More on that after Sunday. Go Packers!

I actually like Joe Buck as well. I don't get the hate tbh.
I dont get the hate..

Troy and Joe arent biased..other cities petintion for them not to call their games..

People just think they are biased, and only happens when their team losses or is losing.

Id like anyone to take notes on when they think Joe or Troy are being biased and post

Agreed and by midday Sunday, I'm hoping there are a ton of Bucaneer fans hating on them. I guess that I can live with that. :coffee:

I don't like getting a championship that way. By ridiculous someday; I mean some hall of fame type players are going to be let go and then a team can sign them for a small amount of money so they can win a championship. To me, it will cheapen the accomplishment. You have a team. Play with it and win. Injuries are part of the game and being able to replace them like this. Well, it is like or worse than baseball.

I don’t mind any late signings. Especially against the Bucs. This team signed 2 players with long rap sheets (Fournette in week 5 and Brown in week 8.) These guys have been locker room nightmares, suspended, and arrested but somehow rewarded to a contender with a chance to win rings. IMO that’s more ridiculous.

Brady and Tampa are in Rodgers and the Packers heads from the regular season beat down. They will be tight, and playing not to lose. Rodgers will go away from what got them where they are by trying to force balls and throw the home run instead of taking what the defense gives him in order to “make up” for his poor play in Week 6. He will press too hard and it will backfire. Meanwhile Tampa will run the ball and Brady will pick our weak front 7 apart with short passes (thanks to our defense not being able to pressure him).

Should the Packers somehow manage to have a lead in the 4th quarter, they are going to do what every other team does....crap their pants out of fear of Brady, go conservative, and let Brady pull out the win.
You might be right if MM was still coaching GB. But he's not. There's a new Sheriff in town and he's got these guys playing to win. Packers 31, Bucs 21.

the coach who fell short of making the playoffs this year without Brady?
BB in Tampa with Cam Newton and his other QB's would have been in the playoffs. I doubt Tom Brady and Bruce make it to the playoffs in NE. One team was pretty stacked on both sides of the ball and the other, not so much. To even suggest this was a result of just a coach or only a QB and proves anything is kind of silly.

Fair enough although would you have a problem if they signed say a kicker who was bagging groceries yesterday if Crosby got hurt? The only thing I wonder about is what, if anything, the releasing team gains by letting them go now rather than waiting a few more weeks? Being nice to an old geezer in his last desperate quest for a ring? I can't see any real impact players being released this way.

So guys like that shouldn't be allowed to play anymore unless they go to the Jags or Jets. Or contenders can only sign good character players.

Yeah I don’t understand why so many fans hate on Buck and Aikman. They’re good announcers and I’ve never thought them to be biased. If anything, they’re profusely complimentary of Rodgers most of the time. Some fans must just feel that objective, non-homer takes on a game means they hate the Packers.

So I had a few beers last night and it sounds like I was hating on the Bucs a little. Lol that being said... I do believe in second chances and people do change so I won’t put Fournette in the same category as Brown. IMO Brown shouldn’t even be in the league. Look at what he’s done the past few years. He’s had some pretty serious charges. The guy has been given 9 lives due to talent alone. He’s just a bad person period.

Huh... can't get the link to open. It just shows a Twitter logo and nothing clickable.

To deny the coach had anything to do with the success in NE is weak

Coach and defacto GM. People that want to point to Tom Brady's year in Tampa as a way of somehow trying to nullify what Belichick has successfully done in New England over the last 20 years, are really trying to stretch a fairytale.

I get the same thing in chrome. No problems in firefox. So now I have to do this board with FF. Willing to bet a chrome update broke something.

ETA @Shaggy is there some button or checkmark you need to do?

Many of us have always said King is not nearly as bad as everyone claims...and we've also pointed out while his tackling is not great, he is always willing to put his body into ANY one.

Thanks for posting it.

I agree that King is fearless. But he's a terrible tackler. He throws his shoulder and routinely misses guys.

More importantly, opposing teams have routinely game-planned to attack him in coverage and it's worked out fairly well for them.

The Bucs have thrown the ball on 60% of the offensive plays over their current six game winning streak.

I'm pretty sure he's running the ball on first and second down the most of the remaining coaches. He's the coach currently doing the least with the most. They had to rely on a dead-arm Brees to lose the game rather than actually winning the game.

So does King go on Evans? At 6ft 5, he is pretty tall for Jaire. Especially around the goal line.

Nope, I'm hoping it's Alexander. He covered him on over 70% of the snaps in week 6 and held him to 1 target and zero catches.

Pretty sure Sullivan will be on Godwin in the slot while King will be on Brown. Plus, Evans is the big play guy and I absolutely don't trust King not to give up 7 catches for 150+ yards
