I’ve noticed the Refs have been making that mistake in multiple games. It’s not where the foot hits the chalk, it’s where the ball is simultaneously. The Refs move the ball back a full yard all the time when he smartly reaches out last second. It’s a leaguewide training problem or something, just more noticeable here because it was more than a yard.
