The Vikings losing to the Cardinals actually lessened the pressure on the Packers to win tonight if you're just concerned about winning the division.
I'd prefer staying ahead of the Bears as well.

Anyway, yes the Vikes loss may have lessened the pressure if you will but it amped up the urgency for me because we been given some gifts here by them in these 2 losses of theirs and they won't last forever. Now is the time to get to taking advantage before they start figuring things out because I'm doubting they're going to wait till 1-5 to get going this year.

Less worried about the Bears but even they aren't immune from figuring it out either.

Now, back to tonight's game, I just got this feeling it's going to be on the defense to win it. I mean I think our offense does score somewhere between 24-28 points tonight but I don't think we're going to drop 42 on them this game like we did last year. Gonna be on that unit I believe to get key stops to win tonight.

Prognostication: Lions 31 GB 26 Better than last week but too many issues in all 3 facets of game to overcome; D is not good, O has too many mental and physical issues to get that last score. Rough season for GB....... hope wrong, but got a gut feeling

well...you'd think the Packers would win. i hope they do. i think they will. wouldn't be a bit surprised if they don't though. crazy to say it's a must-win game but it pretty much is. things could really spiral if they don't.

Rodgers will need to get his head greasy or not back into the game! Lol. He needs to be ALL IN tonight and from this point on. His teammates need to feel that positive energy from Him too. That will motivate the other players around Aaron to play harder and better too. If He can’t get his head back on straight then He should go away and let Love play. At least we know that Love’s head is on doing the very best job that He can when He is in there. Tonight will tell the story of the Packers season.

I believe the Packers win this one, but it is hard to know what they team looks like after last week. No life at all and I chalk it up to week 1 and not being ready to go. The Lions really don't have any great skill players and their defense is not great. The Packers "should" score with ease. I feel like it will be around 17-10 Packers at the end of the first half and then 31-13 as a final. GPG!

Sad truth of the matter is after that week 1 performance there is zero clue what to truly feel is going to happen and feel confident about it. As much as I hate to type it wouldn't shock me one bit if we win by forty or lose by four....or anything in between. I don't believe we are on the receiving end of a whooping...but I also struggle to think we are whooping anyone unless the team wakes up.

If you look objectively at what happened last week in the NFC North, you'll see 1) The Packers being obliterated by the Saints, the Bears being man-handled by the Rams, and the Vikings managing to lose to the hapless Bengals. Detroit, however, was at least competitive against what most think will be a very strong 49ers team, losing by one score (8 points).

Maybe the Motown Kittens won't be the pushover everyone imagines them to be.
If anyone thinks the kittens will be a pushover they are kidding themselves. If our OL and D is lousy again tonight its gonna be a long night...:(

A wisconsin buddy of mine just texted EQ elevated because we are trading Lazard....I have sent him two follow up texts as to how confident he is of his "source" on this. He has been right on other stuff...and he said Cobb was a done deal days prior to it being announced and he informed me in advance of the Kizer deal back then too...so he has some track record BUT DON'T QUOTE it as a sure thing. I'm doubting it personally. I wonder if a WR has had to enter Covid protocals or something.

LOL right. I like Lazard, BUT that is centered more around his knack for first down plays and his blocking. DUDE is an excellent blocking WR and his frame screams flex TE to me convert

If Tyni's pal is correct regarding a Lazard trade wonder if it involves a LB which was mentioned last week? Only WR injuries yesterday involved Cleveland's Jarvis Landry, Pittsburgh's Diontae Johnson, Dallas' Amari Cooper, Falcon's Gage, & Houston's Collins and Amendola. Dallas was looking to trade Jaylon Smith earlier this preseason but he comes with a hefty cap # ($9.8mil AND they'd eat some dead money upon trade.)
