I guess you meant NFC East.We need for the NFC North to come down to week 18.

To late for the NFC north. I'm assuming you mean come down to Lions and packers
U are correct I believe if Green Bay wins tmrw there is a chance but the Washington is gonna be playing backups after the browns so let’s hope browns win as long as Green Bay takes care of business in MiamiAs far as I know, we control our own destiny if Washington loses 1 game.

Looking at the standings, I fear Dallas won't be playing for anything. Eagles need to lose to Saints next week for the Cowboys to have a shot for the division. They are basically locked in as the wild card 5 seed unless Phily collapses. Even though Browns are eliminated from playoffs, hopefully they come out with a fire next week.More confidence in Dallas beating Washington than Cleveland so, I'd rather Dallas be playing for something in Week 18.
The one thing about Dallas is they have a deep bench. Meaning they’re a handful even resting Dak, Zeke and Lamb. They’ve also got a good ST unit.Looking at the standings, I fear Dallas won't be playing for anything. Eagles need to lose to Saints next week for the Cowboys to have a shot for the division. Jags victory over Jets helps the Lions SOV
In and unto itself that is true, especially after we just got loads of help today from Washington and Detroit. We just need to worry about winning tmrw first otherwise its irrelevant
Just win, Baby!In and unto itself that is true, especially after we just got loads of help today from Washington and Detroit.
However. The thread is called “tracking Playoff Positioning”
Not
“GB @ Miami tidbits only”
So with all due respect I’ll simultaneously be exploring all avenues, just like I did today. Albeit Maybe with a Voo Doo Doll and sewing pin
Meh, scr3w Dallas. I don't care how much supposed depth they have. Their pitiful defense can't stop the run. We'd beat em just like last time and it would be one of our easiest games of the year. We need for someone to beat San Francisco. The one thing about Dallas is they have a deep bench. Meaning they’re a handful even resting Dak, Zeke and Lamb. They’ve also got a good ST unit.
I also wouldn’t be surprised to see Cleveland pull off an upset. They actually have lots of talent abs I’m surprised they aren’t a .500 team. They did play the 9th toughest schedule so far this season (.523 SOS) Cleveland lost 4 contests by 3 points or less (Jets, Falcons, Chargers, Ravens) and could have easily been in that 7-8 or 8-7 area, which is very similar to WTF (.534 SOS) and GBP (.519 SOS)
Colts have to play like they did in the 1st half of the Viking game. But I think they have thrown it in now. The Cowboys may rest some folks but they will not rollover. They will open on the road against Tampa or Carolina most likely and want the momentum. Root for Cleveland. We are just half a game behind Washington.
We win out , and either Was loses one game or Giants lose both.
Both seem unlikely as if Dallas locks 5th spot next week, they'll play a dud team vs Was to close out. Praying Colts turn up next week and win.
Fingers crossed! Let's kick the Viqueens next!
you missed the point…. We need the Commanders to lose 1 more. They play Cleveland next week and then Dallas the following week. If they don‘t lose to Cleveland, we would need Dallas to beat them. By then Dallas will most likely have locked up the five seed with nothing to gain by playing their starters against Washington.Meh, scr3w Dallas. I don't care how much supposed depth they have. I think you are absolutely right. The Eagles are going to rest their starters (last game), so hoping the Commanders lose to the Browns seems the most probable. Winning out to not make the playoffs would be a waste.Unfortunately the Eagles, which play the Giants, most likely won't have anything to play for in week 18 either. Therefore the Browns beating the Commanders on Sunday is the most realistic chance for the Packers to make the playoffs if they win out.
The Browns have even less to play for, they were eliminated from the playoffs. I'd take my chances on betting that the Commanders have a better chance beating the Browns, than the Giants beating the Eagles.Unfortunately the Eagles, which play the Giants, most likely won't have anything to play for in week 18 either. I’d prefer for the Commanders to go ahead and lose this week. The Browns have even less to play for, they were eliminated from the playoffs. I'd take my chances on betting that the Commanders have a better chance beating the Browns, than the Giants beating the Eagles.
The game I expect the Commanders to potentially lose is against the Cowboys in week 18. While the Cowboys aren't really playing to improve playoff position, they may view the game as one they want to win, against a divisional opponent and prepping for the playoffs.
For real, going to root for the Browns this week. Hoping the Browns play even better than they did last week.I’d prefer for the Commanders to go ahead and lose this week.
Sometimes teams that have been eliminated are dangerous. They would love to play spoiler and I’m not convinced Stefanski is certain he will keep his job. I think they will be playing to win.
Hopefully Deshaun finally catches fire and lights them up.
