The thing MM is missing IMO is: The spark, to me he is like Sherman walking back and forth on the sidelines, there is NO fire or getting in a players face when they do something wrong....

Seems like we always play with 10 on the D, especially in the 2nd half. With all our LB's and very little pass rush, we might as well switch to a 3-4 D. At least we'll get another guy in coverage on the obvious pass plays. This is not H.S. or College ball, it is however, inexcuseable. When we practice no huddle with our O doesn't our D have to react. @#$%^&*(!!!!!
