What is the greatest performance that you remember of a Packers player during a pre-season game? I haven't given this much thought, but I do distinctly remember Joe Callahan willing the team down the field for a few touchdowns his rookie season. Maybe I'll think of more.

Do any players stand out as having a great performance in a preseason game?

Brian Noble playing from garbage time in week 1 pre-season to a starter in pre-season week 4 and unseating Randy Scott at Inside Linebacker

Brian Noble really became an excellent player for us. I would not be surprised if he is the only (if my memory serves me) player from Cal State Fullerton to make the pros.

I remember in the '85 home game against the Bears, Brian Noble caused the first fumble on Sweetness and tried to set the tone for a win. Obviously it didn't work but it was a fun game to watch.
