When you want to run the ball, and you have little in the way of any kind of vertical passing game, or at least the opposition doesn’t think you do, they have the entire defense with in 6-8 yards of the line of scrimmage. Not only that, but with the vast majority of your throws within that same 6-8 yard distance of the line, everything gets so congested making both the run game and short passing game so difficult

A really nice pick by Campbell for the pick 6. He went up and made a fully extended two hand grab for the pick winning the fight with the opposition for the ball and then took it to the house
