Sorry about that. A little slow at the switch. Way too much prime rib on Christmas. LOL

Seattle 27 Chicago 17

Happy Boxing Day!
That's OK V.

We switched to prime rib roast Christmas dinners about ten years ago, as some relatives were having digestive issues with turkey. I love popover dinner rolls with the gravy.

The ESPN app shows it under the play-by-play for the game. Seattle got the ball first and scored a field goal. So, the Bears receive to start the second half.

A much better use intellect to do Sudoku. I only watched because I'm in a pool where we were picking either side of a 3.5 point spread, which I wrongly picked Seattle to cover. All the while my brain is numbed and further dulled by watching badly executed football.

Those look really good. Make my mouth water! I love them for breakfast too! A couple of them, split, with butter, and a real strawberry or blueberry preserve, and I'm sailing!

Didn't help them. I had the 2nd half on and ended up doing Sudoku on my tablet until the last 2 minutes.
The note touchdown bet on my poker site and gambling site was like +15,700 or something and I literally entertained putting 10 bucks on it for a second but then was like why flush money down the toilet Seattle's gonna score like five touchdowns Jesus, F, my life, right hahahahahahahahahah

Anyways...... can't wait for that gift wrapped top 5 pick at LT whoever you maybe and then at oh I dunno around 36-42 we'll have two more picks so I'd figure draft the nastiest interior lineman you can find and with Carolinas pick choose the guy (there's almost always the eventual "tweener" guy who needs to put on 15 lbs of muscle and choose to be a hand in da dirt 4-3 DE) that slips a little but def find someone who can get after the QB.
Ben Johnson can fix the offense and can let Caleb blossom.
Speaking of picks.....

Hope everyone had a merry Xmas and happy holiday season for our brothers and sisters who don't observe xmas.
I REALLY hope y'all did something else instead of watch how dysfunctional we are but who could pass up that clown show. It's so sad and so sick. Next years almost here. Hope springs eternal and all that jazz. At least I got to see da Cubbies win it all.

Enjoying the holiday season.

It only took the Cubs 108 years to get their next championship. Applying the same to the Bears, 2094 looks like a good year.

I recall seeing a blurb about how the Japanese think Americans celebrate Christmas with fried chicken. So for them to celebrate and "authentic American Christmas dinner" the meat will be fried chicken.

The Cubs are still an exception to all sports teams. Tinkers to Evers to Chance!

It's likely, although the Bears are on a 39 year drought. They still need 69 years to catch the Cubbies. NFL/AFL droughts; Cardinals 77 years, Lions 67 years, Oilers/Titans 63 years, Chargers 58 years, Falcons 58 years, Jets 56 years, Bengals 56 years, Vikings 54 years (nfl champs lost to chiefs afl champs in 1970).
