Matt Lafluer would be the only upgrade IMO. And even that is a massive gamble. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not in love with MM, but it’s such a risk thinking someone will come in and provide the immediate help we need. We are notrebuilding with Rodgers.

I've seen it suggested on here that if we don't make the playoffs McMoron is gone.
Truth or speculation?
If it's true what a catch 22!
It should be that if we don't make it to the SB then he is shown the door.

This is never going to happen but if it did, they wouldn't be looking until off-season for a replacement anyways, so it's a moot point in the immediate. They can run Pettine out as interim or even Joe philbin.

Heck, if we drop 4 more games, they may get an in season interview even without all this above.

I think Jim Harbaugh would get us at least 1 more SB before Rodgers calls it quits. Jim probably has the shelf life span that Rodgers has left on the NFL, so after that they would probably need a new coach and qb anyway. He has been successful anywhere he has gone to.

Yup. MM sucks and is the worst coach ever. Let's trade him for 2 No. 1s. We can also dump som of our other deadweight - Ty Mongommery, Perry, Dix, Brice, Bulaga and JMon Moore for more No 1s. Hell, we are going to own the 1st round next year.

I'm not giving up Kizer. Even as abysmal as his first game was as a Packer at least he didn't break his foot like 12 did in his first game action. I think Kizer can play.

I think that if the Packers fall anywhere short of a SB appearance, MM will be gone. So my conclusion? MM will be gone come January.
