Opinions are like A-holes, we all have one.
Yeah, but who? I think we might be relying on the draft for that.Ima still wanting an edge rusher.

Wait, which Packer forum shut down?
I'm looking to the draft for pass rush. I'd like to see the aggressiveness continue with trade ups. We don't need 12 picks; make it a 3 or 4 player draft with guys who are instant upgrades and difference makers fronm day one, not projects and square pegs into round holes who might be good special teams guys in 2 or 3 years.
Maybe someone posted this already, but Sheldon Richardson inked a one year deal with the Vikings for $11M

As much as I would like Fuller, what does this do for the Packers negotiations with other possible CB's in the next 5 days? You know the Bears aren't going to do them any favors and make up their minds soon. Can the Packers pull the offer before the Bears respond in those 5 days?
The Packers are the second team to submit an offer sheet to Fuller, the first one wasn't accepted, this one has been.
Bears only slapped Fuller with the transition tag, which locks his salary in at $12+ M for a year, but allows other teams to make him an offer, which then allows the Bears the right of first refusal. They have to match or beat the Packers offer within the next 5 days or they lose Fuller and get nothing in return. What I can't find is where the Packers stand during those 5 days, I assume they are stuck and can't back out. Which really doesn't bode well to tie that kind of money up for a guy you probably won't get. #confused
right now he has a contract, either it will be with us, or with the Bears if they decide to sign him to it. Maybe Fuller was the guy they targeted all along and gave a legitimate offer. But they waited till the Bears were busy signing away cap space to other guys until they made their offer. Not that the Bears don't have more space, but they have more reason to think now. What's left though, i'm not in a hurry to sign, guys like them will probably be available with cuts later tooBears only slapped Fuller with the transition tag, which locks his salary in at $12+ M for a year, but allows other teams to make him an offer, which then allows the Bears the right of first refusal. Anyone want to guess what the Packers offer was?
I'm guessing 3-4 years at around $12M/year.
