Still don't know if coffee and bacon are good or bad for me. Seems to change every two years. Might be off topic and irrelevant, but at least I'm boring.
Coffee makes your heart (if ya have one) beat faster due to caffiene and bacon causes hardening of the arteries in your heart (if ya have one). So if ya have one and it beats faster, then the grease from bacon goes faster and cant get hard. Also, bacon has protein which is good for your heart (if ya have one) and your muscles 'cause protein helps ya get oxygen to ya muscles...it is my lie and I am sticking to it.

Only one player - Quinton Dial - did not practice on Wednesday. Otherwise it was 52 of 53 on the field. Dial's absence was not injury related.

This offense needs to come out red hot. We need AR12 in MVP form all year long, no more slow starts please.

If we start 2-0, I see no reason why we can't be the 1 seed this year. We will beat the Cowboys (I believe this with or without Zeke) and then I only see 2-3 other scary games (@Carolina and @Pittsburgh)

Let's go!

Hearing that news, rumor has is that the Packers have decided to put up a "Chinese Food stand" behind the Seahawks bench with fans set up strategically to blow the odors into the Hawks sideline area.

After the crap they have to watch, drinking is the only other option.

Good news for me:
People with a high fat intake -- about 35 percent of their daily diet -- had a 23 percent lower risk of early death and 18 percent lower risk of stroke compared to people who ate less fat, said lead author Mahshid Dehghan. She's an investigator with the Population Health Research Institute at McMaster University in Ontario.

The researchers also noted that a very low intake of saturated fats (below 3 percent of daily diet) was associated with a higher risk of death in the study, compared to diets containing up to 13 percent daily.

Both starting OLB's Clay Matthews (groin) and Nick Perry (ankle) were full participants in today's practice, while Montravius Adams (foot), Bryan Bulaga (ankle), Davon House (hamstring), and Kevin King (groin) were limited participants.

Carson is actually the RB on the Seahawks who impresses me the most.

Yeah he was impressive at Oklahoma State and had a great preseason. Still kind of scratch my head how he didn't get drafted until 7th round. The guy has great tape.

He is a violent downhill runner who can break tackles at LOS. Definitely need to wrap him up.

Score predictions for this Sunday's game? Let's get them going!

Packers 24
Seahawks 21

It will be a nail biter, but the Packer D comes through with a stop when it matters by knocking down a desperation heave in the final moments. This time, the refs get it right.
