If we had a hypothetical match between Packers 1997 team vs 2018 team, who would win?

How much will AR's offence score against Reggie White and 1997 defence?
How much will BF's offence score against Clay and Perry and 2018 defence?

I'd go with 1997. I have no idea about the rest. though in 2014 I might take that team over '97

Matthews and Perry are clearly in the way of the 2018 Packers winning any hypothetical time travel games.

Making predictions about the final record for fun is one thing. Trying to compare playing styles and things of the like to a team from 20+ years ago is another thing entirely. Usually whenever I compare teams from one year or era to another, like for instance the 2011 Packers to the 2007 Patriots, none of the data you would be using to support your argument would be hypothetical. You have proven results to make the comparison. And you can use what actually happened on the field in terms of playing style to support your argument. Until we know what type of style this Packers team is going to play, I just think it wouldn't be a fair comparison to make at this point.

Ok, changed to 2014 and 2015 teams for better comparison.

I have to take the 97 team simply because of the defense, especially the secondary. Now, conpare with 2010 team things get much closer as I would take Rodgers over Favre any day as Favre would be worth at least one if not two ints.
