I know that was meant more serious. But it’s hilarious to me because it speaks to how bad we must be perceived on D! :roflmao:
I always believed we would win - I think you are reading more into it. I did think they would still play us tough. I don't think at this point they will give us too much to worry about. Packers by 13.

we made the backup in Baltimore look pretty good. This was a classic trap game already and now the bait has been juiced up! Need to go in there and take care of business. I’m more concerned about our O playing 4 good quarters and not keeping it close.

Well this turned into a "get well" game pretty quickly. Load the box, stop the run, double team Jefferson and get some turnovers.

he's had one chance and and pegged the suck-o-meter. not panicking yet, but if he is the full-time starter next season, get ready for major letdown from 13-3, 13-3, and 14-3.
First 2 years I think Rodgers took snaps twice and suffered 2 season ending injuries. I would be stoked at the prospect of Love, a couple lofty draft picks next year and the following, and a decent cap situation. In the last 20 years there’s been ONE aging cap soaking HOF qb not named Brady who has won a super bowl (Peyton Manning). That’s not the recipe for success.

If we win the Super Bowl, hopefully we're not beating decimated teams that would cause the legitimacy of our title to be questioned.
No way would I worry about that! It's no different than a player being injured. Besides, I don't think any team will be decimated after so many have already come down with covid.

How come if when Rodgers has a problem it`s those around him at fault, but when it happens to Love it`s ALL down on him ? It`s getting boring now. He`s young and inexperienced but I believe the same thing happened with Rodgers first outing. People hated him because of who he was replacing and look how he turned out ? The kid needs a few under his belt first.

ok,lets get this back on topic? Predictions? Does MLF finally have this team game ready against the Vikings they should annihilate? Is this going to be a 40-10 or 40-38 game? who wants to own the Vikings?

Seriously, I`ve never understood how some could hate him before we KNEW he was going to suck. YES he has big shoes to fill but at least give him the chance to suck.
Well, there was a vocal element that hated Aaron Rodgers because he wasn't Brett. Fandom/HumanNature ... I don't know ... let's blame it on Jupiter NOT aligning with Mars or some other scatter-shot statement we can dial back if the guy CAN indeed find his butt with both hands. :)

As Poker and others have mentioned, we are poor playing backup QB’s lately. However this is another level of inexperience at QB. We need to be thinking of a 10-13 point allowed type D goal, keying on Cook getting screens and lots of running.
I expect our O to put up 27+ simply because of us having more possessions.

IF the Packers are a Super Bowl caliber team, this home game, against an opponent that just lost their starting QB, should be a walk in the park. That said, I worry about the Minnesota defense thinking that the only way they can win this and keep their season alive, is to knock Rodgers out of the game. Look for the Vikings to send heat early on.
