They are going to be missing at least 3 starters/significant contributors on defense since the last game against them. Breeland, Dantzler, Griffin.

and we are adding players from last meeting. The 2 most substantial being Rashan and Aaron Jones. We need to take care our business because Winning this this allows us to potentially reduce our finish from 5 to 4 games in our ultimate quest.
Lions, Divisional, NFC, SB

That did make a big difference with those 2 out.
I don't care how much the queens say the cold won't affect them..it does. A light practice in -7 is not the same as actual hitting in those temps, especially 4 hrs of it.It does affect our guys too, however, you do get somewhat acclimated to it by playing and practicing in that weather.
I worked many 8 to 10 hr days in that weather, didn't like it, but, I did get somewhat used to it.

The Vikings are going to play like a Kirby vacuum cleaner tomorrow night. They're gonna suck! The Packers need to play like a Shark! Don't suck so much!

For sure!! Cook will probably get his yards..they just have to limit the big plays..try to get them into a few 3rd and longs.

Does anyone remember the game we played against Barry Sanders Where he had like -3 yards in the first half and finished with about 20 yards. Barry was phenomenal at avoiding tacklers, yet each time he jump cut 2 more Defenders were swarming the backfield. We need to replay that game for this Defense and then challenge them to swarm Cook.

If they take Dalvin screens and handoffs out of the game this will be a romp.
Who's Barry Sanders? ;)

I remember that game!! If I'm not mistaken the Packers run defense wasn't very good that year..until that game.

I remember that one. They totally shut him down. I think that's the only game during his career where he had negative yardage for a total. It was an amazing game, controlling the line of scrimmage, and maintaining outside integrity.

Wild Card game, 12/31/94. Did better than that - Sanders was 13 carries for -1 yard for the game

Yes that’s the game! Forgot it was a Postseason match. That ST unit was worse than 2021!
I noticed the rotated between Teague and Butler bringing them into shadow Barry at the last second. 8-9 in the box. That should be our recipe. Let Savage play uno deep. Run Amos into the backfield on a run blitz Regular. Make first contact at -3 yards.
We also lined up 5-6 regular sometimes dropping 1 into coverage and 3 LBs behind

The run defense which is already struggling....add in losing Keke and Lancaster injury.....I don't care who is in the backfield for MN, they should be licking their chops.
Losing Lancaster is addition by subtraction...he and Lowry are the definition of insanity in that this team keeps trotting them out there and magically teams run all over us.

How come if when Rodgers has a problem it`s those around him at fault, but when it happens to Love it`s ALL down on him ? It`s getting boring now. He`s young and inexperienced but I believe the same thing happened with Rodgers first outing. People hated him because of who he was replacing and look how he turned out ? The kid needs a few under his belt first.
Because AR12 has a man bun..get Love some of that firey English brew you have been working on!!

He literally blocks people when they holds opinions that he doesn't like. If that's pretty dang good, then what does bad look like?

You know how immature I feel the “block” feature is so no argument there

Lowry is better than Lancaster, but with a shortage of big bodies those guys become more important.

Part of our issue is also just playing too soft at the point of attack. We become complacent whereas better run defense, aggressive teams are all up in the backfield and disrupting things earlier and often. We have a good pass rush, but we often trade off and let them run right by us. Another DL upfront frees up LB’s to not take on OL blocks downfield.

We brought up another big body (Abdullah Anderson) from the PS to active today. 6’3 X 300lb. Keke is out

The jury is still out on Love, he needs more playing time. So far, he is el sucko! I'm not ready to hand the keys over to Love when Rodgers is playing at such a high level.

Green Bay practices indoors just like Minnesota. Neither team has played this season in this weather. Minnesota players also live in the same climate. The scheduling seems to negate weather advantage the past few years. I expect Miami will never play in GB or Chicago after Thanksgiving. I can't recall them ever doing it.

Ive seen this issue as well...Campbell is not playing his gaps and is 2 yards further back on his reads. Its really bizarre.
