Name the elite D-C who wanted the GB job?
None, that is why the Packers got joe "who"...... Anyone who believes this team was set up for a playoff run after the off season "soap opera", the resigning of King and lack of any real top defeners either via FA or draft, this team is/was not built for doing what they did last year. Most will scoff at the off season issues however, that is going to be a major issue throughout at least the first half of the season if not entire season.

I’ll take MVP QB performance in the first half. Who is Jaemis Winston?

LaFleur has to realize that we need to play with tempo. I want to see no huddle. Find the matchups you like, keep the Saints from substituting. Let Rodgers cook.

Shouldn't that be #12's call? Shouldn't he have input on that?

Great stats. It would be nice if they could get off to that same fast start this year.
Well guess what. Not going to happen Looks like all of us who said build the defense. Get run stopping DL. We were correct. And all those who said Cobb is the answer:.... You just got your answer. Will be a long year for the defense. The Lions even put up 33 today. Look out.

Checking in at the half to say wow this game sucks. The defense looks like our worst defenses over the years. Rodgers looks like he's already retired.
I suspect Rodger this year will try to play just well enough to keep other sucker teams interested and just bad enough for the Packers to be done with him. I have no faith that he really wants to win. He's a self-promoter before everything else.

You’ve got a QB who has quit on this team… that’s what’s not going to age well… but… let’s see

Well, he did say he has nothing left to prove.

The D has been a major problem for years. Both 94 and 95 have been key members of the D front for a number of years, and I don’t believe they are starters or good enough to play significant minutes. They did get rid of number 90, and I use to call these three the 279 club.
