It was good. It is brewed in Las Vegas, so that's why you haven't heard of it. But the smokiness was good and sweet maltiness was very in style with the Wee Heavy Scottish style.

A Very enjoyable beer today gentlemen

Sadlers Thin Ice is a favourite of mine. Sadlers brewery is only 10mins from where I live, and their pub The Windsor Castle is brilliant, a 'real' pub.

Its in Lye, if you know where that is. Well worth a visit, great food, excellent beer, cosy atmosphere, real ale drinkers in there. Just make sure you've got a designated driver allocated, as the beer goes down very nicely.

Have any of you folks tried Sam Adams Cold Snap? Bill? Have you? Every Brit should get a good dose of Samuel Adams. (Especially near the beginning of July. )

That's actually a decent beer from Sam Adams. Definitely worthy of a try. It's a Belgian-style White Ale or Witbier. It is spiced with orange peel zest and coriander.

Also their Escape Route Koelsch-style beer is excellent... but of course it is right???

Bit of both really Nessie ! Not unpleasant but I wouldn`t chase around to drink it again. Nice slightly chocolately smell and taste.
Now the Suffolk brew is a nice drink.

Those prices are correct... per bottle. The bottles that cost $20+ are extreme quality with very high alcohol and an abundance of hops which is expensive to make.
