Who do you see at WR in the top 100 of this class who could play a Watson/MVS type role as a vertical threat? Not a little guy, but someone with some length.
Tory Horton from Colorado State, cannot believe I forgot him. He’s a slightly older prospect but dude can scoot and has really good size.

I'd consider adding Georgia's Arian Smith as a "burner" who needs to work on route tree & catching. Earlier Day 3?

Arian is swift for sure but he is a VERY SLIGHT dude at under 180 but essentially same height as Royals who’s over 30 pounds lighter and just as quick or very close

Smith is 6', 185. Jameson Williams is 6'-1", 180. I would've taken Williams on draft day, had he fallen, over Watson 100 out of 100 times. Appreciate Watson's attitude & ability, just think MLF could've gotten more out of Williams than Detroit has.
Smith in the 4th or 5th would be fine with me. ;)

Smith isn't quite 6 foot, just like many their listings are always high. Senior Bowl measurements confirmed what I listed. He's just under 6 at 5'11' 3/4 and he weighed in at 175lbs

Arian showed up at the Senior Bowl and shined, he's a guy that is really tough to gauge...highest round I think he goes is 3rd, lowest I think 5th/early 6th.

@Dantés You know what the more I think about it the more I truly do believe Rasheed Walker could be that guy Packer fans wake to the news of being traded...I at least assume between the two tackles Tom is going to get the extension....IF GB feels Morgan is ready this is a trade that makes a lot of sense. I think it even gets more likely if say Armand Membou or Conerly is there on Day1 and Gute cannot ignore two starting level guys again are sitting there....pick and wait, because someone is going to be interested in a LT before the season or after a few weeks when injuries happen.

Right now it seems pretty obvious if we took Cooper de Jean instead of Morgan, it would have been good for us. But we don't really know what we have with Morgan yet. And I am happy to have Cooper. So we will see.

I love DeJean, but I disagree. The Morgan pick could have actually saved us in that playoff game vs Philly. We didn't lose to the Eagles because we didn't have Cooper playing slot/box safety role we lost because when Jenkins went down we COULD NOT offer any form of protection. Morgan was the first person that came to my mind when I saw Jenkins go down...and feared what was about to happen.

Btw I just realized it was a bit confusing that I meant our linebacker Cooper. But I guess Cooper de Jean wasn't available then. Also, I don't think Morgan played in that game so what I said still goes. We don't really know what we have with him yet

I just broke down our Gute rookies and first year stuff (in another thread) from play time and even first playoff if in rookie year...but yes Morgan was injured, but we do know what we have to an extent. He was a guy entrusted right away to split starting line reps with a third year pro in Rhyan at RG and Morgan even started one game. Now whether the team sees him as the future at G or OT is the big question of course none of us know. However, their significant indication from him being a split starter and him getting the starting nod the week we were down our center and Jenkins went to Center Jordan switched from playing RG to LG.

This team knows they have a starting level OL in the league.
