Maybe we'll see a Saban/Kiffin situation where Shanahan loses focus and is thinking too much about the Golden Gate Bridge. :p

Packers were missing Cook, Cobb and I think another offense player the 1st Atlanta game.

May score even more this time

We will play nickel all game, cover 1. Your receivers struggle to get off of press coverage and we will stunt the Dline to flush Aaron to his left with beasley or Campbell spying. It's not going to be as easy as you seem to think it is. You got cobb and cooks ok you also lost Nelson who had 98 yard that game. Our defense is not complicated.

Bank on cover 1 90% of the time with the Dline trying to flush Aaron to the left towards the spy.. if you don't believe me watch the 2nd half coaches film. We're gonna do our best to make Rodgers beat us straight up.

Why do you think dallas made a comeback and you didn't score 40? They went press and jammed you at the line.

I can tell your stubborn and don't want to talk real football though. Thanks to everyone else who has had a legit discussion

Wow.

Don't forget your a guest in this house of ours
You deflected a specific question from me to a question you wanted, and no you didn't answer it.

I been reading all your posts, and your demeanor is you don't stand a chance.. That your defense has improved 10 fold.. Etc.. Etc..

So I am simply put our offense missed 3 key players.and we might score more .

And you want to be a ***?

Your stay is over

I discussed football and facts.. your right I'm a guest but if you can't handle a strong well thought out opinion maybe a message board isn't for you. All you did was drop some weak reason for assuming the packers will score more points. I simply refuted it and pointed out it was a weak reason. I've behaved well inside of your MB rules. So please enough with the threats of banning me.

I'm discussing cover 1 and the difficulty your wrs have disengaging from it. Come on man..:cautious:

I see the falcon board is having fun on this.

I'm not a Seahawk fan in past life.

I'm no wuss over this.

I am proving a point.

don't talk **** and all is fine. I give visitors a longeash and dont have issues with 99% of newbies.

Your boy in question had smack talk from get go, and regardless if I don't know cover 1, cover 2, or dash pass left.

If I don't know who Sam or who is Mike, he is a guest and should show some sort of respect.

You may think I have thin skin, so be it. I have dealt with hundreds of trolls and 8710 was borderline trolling.

Now continue on your little hen house gossip.

Ummmm....aren't they both still out? ;)
When it was a new situation having Sheilds,/Randall/Rollins out, as well as Lacy/Starks/Montgomery out. Then figure in the receiving corps of Cobb, Cook, and again Montgomery, limiting Rodgers options with his running backs all out...

All im saying is it was new back then and we didn't have an answer for the RB or CB positions yet...

Falcons fan had a lot of good points. After Dallas started jamming receivers at the line, coverage got very tight and incompletions went up. As the game went on, Dallas' receivers got more space while Packer receivers were more often covered. Packers are going to have to use more roll outs and bootlegs to beat the tight man to man coverage. Another way to beat that coverage is for the WR to go deep opening up the underneath for the TE or qb scrammble. MM will have to have the best play calling game that he's had in a long time. I have no clue how Capers can limit the Falcons passing game. The inside stunts where CM3 rushed up the center gap generated more pressure than his outside rush. I think the pass rush sceme will need to be Einstein smart or it could get ugly.

But we are a much different team too. Since the bye, our D has allowed 19 points per game average. And as many of the talking heads said after our game with Seattle, we bullied the bully, and our D was more physical than theirs. And the way Dallas came back on your D, I'm pretty sure you aren't going to contain our offense. We average 35 points a game at home, and 33.8 overall. Look at what we did to the best D left in the playoffs, Seattle. Gonna be a good game, but I'm optimistic about the Falcons' chances too
We bullied Seattle as well. But, I am worried we can't out score you.

I think you guys have an overall better team. But I thought same about Dallas.

Sometimes the ball just bounces the right way.

Atlantas O-line isn't what Dallas's was. Dallas's oline was dang good, and powerful. Now atlantas Oline is ranked high, but they aren't powerful. I think their numbers have been padded a bit by the excellent RBs. Freeman and Coleman are like zeke. They can dominate... Ryan and the pass game is obviously very good too. The balance and the play calling is the falcons strength. But I think the Oline could be over powered by Daniels/Guion and our trio of great pass rushing LBs. Giving Ryan and the RBs more trouble than they are used to.

Just watched the game again. The incompletions went up when the Dullass defenders realized the refs weren't going to flag defensive holding calls as long as they weren't tackling the receivers in their routes.

It's actually the opposite. Free and Cole are ballin but a ton of it is scheme success. Very good zone blocking system lead by Alex Mack. Our O-line is a huge part of our success.

I noticed that Dallas was holding your receivers all day in that game.
