Nfc North title game studs and duds

Right now the two players that we thought would be the future are struggling with nagging injuries and sophomore slumps. Ladarius Gunter looks like Ty Law... at the end of his career. Dorleant is an unknown and injured, Hyde is a versatile player in the not very good in any part of his game way but not really bad anywhere either.

Oh I do think that Nick Perry burying Stafford in the third quarter threw him off his game, but I need to see more before I'm willing to think all is well with this defense.

Please don`t think I`m saying that, I`m not, but that was what I meant about giving credit where credit is due. Our guys played well that day.

I'm not sure how many of you noticed, but on the back shoulder to Adams for the final score, Adams gave Rodgers a "throw it there" hand signal pre-snap. Rodgers was "if you say so" and lobbed it out there before Adam's break, a little to the inside but perfect is the enemy of the good. Yeah, this is Nelson/Jennings stuff. While others may not have noticed the beauty of the play Rodgers surely did...out came the belt.

Contrary to belief is some quarters, Adams is a bona fide player.

tough call between ryan and rodgers i think
ryan put up slightly bigger numbers, but he also has more to work with
rodgers started slow, but really carried the team on his back the 2nd half of the season

Rodgers rushing ability, and playing through injuries, gives him the nod.
