That wasn't much of a problem for him at Iowa. If anything I'd be a little concerned about him tackling. He was a receiver early in his college career.

MM seems to indicate he does want Montgomery to have a role in this offense, and no I don't think he gets cut/released. Plus just in case injury happened to Williams or Jones, we're certainly better off with him able to step in and fill the role.

But I do believe, assuming Jones and Williams build on their rookie seasons that his role will be significantly reduced on the team. Of course if we have a problem injury-wise at WR and our rookies aren't hacking it, it's possible he might get bumped back into that role more.

HaHa will be exposed. The year he made the Pro Bowl because of his interceptions was an anomaly. He played really deep and when the QB's made horrible overthrows he was there to pick them off. Didn't show any instinct on breaking to the ball and making a football play. Also, did not show the ability to make a hard tackle on a wide open receive after the catch. If he has any kind of year like last year I would expect him to be gone. BTW, he hasn't been to any OTA's yet!

Kizer has only three years left on his rookie deal. I highly doubt him re-signing in Green Bay with Rodgers still around.

#2. Jaire Alexander is our #1 CB by the end of the year (not a fiery super hot take)

#3. McCray is our starting RG and performs well.

#4. Herb Waters makes the roster over either Rollins or House.

#5. We end the year with a top 15 defense.

#6. Aaron Jones is RB1 and has over 1000 yards rushing.

Not bad.

How about......Quinton Rollins is moved to safety.

Jason Spriggs takes over at RT by season's end.

Montravius Adams emerges as a legite part of the DT rotation.

DeAngelo Yancey makes the 53.

Vince Biegel is a starter by season's end.
