Kamara and his friends appear to have really gotten some shots in on their victim.

This is the kind of crap that you will never see in those, "Stays in Vegas," commercials.

If, and I think it could be a huge 'If' at this point, Kamara is allowed to keep on playing in the NFL will the announcers mention this when they also mention he is a pro bowler?
Sadly they would probably just sweep it under the rug as if it never happened.

It looked like Stafford had trouble throwing deep against the Niners. I always though he had a good arm so maybe something is wrong.

I don't care. I hope the Bengals win.
I think there is something wrong when Stafford, the guy we kept out of SB contention for years and was on lousy teams, now finds himself in a place to getting a ring before Aaron does again.

I'm teaming up with Buggy, I too am fed up with the NFL and will only watch one more game and then, that's it. I will ponder my options over the next few weeks and will make a decision "pretty soon" as to my future. I'm pretty satisfied with my Packer fandom over the last 56 years ... I mean everything is on the table. Sincerest apologies for stealing all of those "Aaron" quotes without attribution.

OK so ... today's game. Give me the Bengals by 1/2 of one point. Stafford's a good enough guy but in my world, the Rams have been trying to buy a Super Bowl for the last 5 years and never seem to be in cap "purgatory" - not only do I see the Rams as a bunch of carpetbaggers, I see them as an "after-the-whistle" gang of dirty players.

Be that as it may, the Bengals activated Mike Daniels off their practice squad for this game, so I believe the Bengals are "Gonna punch 'em in da mouth". Probably not, but, I had a dream (perhaps it was a bad 70's LSD flashback - not sure) involving a Bengals win and midget bowling ... so there you have it.

Wow, when does this cross the line from an altercation to attempted manslaughter or murder? I'm no lawyer but I've read accounts that Kamara alone hit him 8 times in the face, and his friends added more. We don't know all the facts, but is it ever justified for a gang to descend on a guy like this - even if whatever he said or did was clearly wrong?

Well, his team beat the team we couldn't beat. Aaron had his chance and he threw it away, along with a lot of other guys.

Agreed and unless I am missing something, Kamara needs some time alone in a cell to evaluate himself and if this is the person he wants to be. I surely hope that this doesn't just turn into a famous athlete buying his way out of trouble. At minimum the NFL will make sure he misses some game checks in 2022.

Yeah I'm just thinking anyone else would not have gotten off with a $5k bail for a felony assault charge. Not that the amount matters. Another superstar thug caught on camera with no impulse control. My guess is Goodell will suspend him for 4 to 8 games. He deserves a one-season suspension. One thing these children understand is money, or at least their agents do. $25 million sounds like a good fine. Jail sounds better.

Agreed. The victim is going to be going after some big money and I hope that isn't traded for not filing charges. What a great lesson to teach your kids; "If you become rich and famous, you just do whatever you want and buy your way out of it." or probably a worse lesson "Pick a fight with a rich man, take a beating and settle for big money." Besides the event itself, what really bugs me is the fact that Kamara told a completely different story about the even, than what video evidence and witnesses tell.

And Kamara should know, we all should know by now, that EVERYTHING inside a casino is recorded. Let's just say the guy insulted him, that he was totally in the wrong. So what? with all that money, just walk away. If he gets physical, Kamara's got an entourage to keep the guy away. Casono security is everywhere. But again these are rich children. There's no excuse though. I'm glad we don't have anyone like this on the Packers' team. Well, at least it seems unlikely.

Yes. The "we're gonna punch 'em in the MOUTH" Mike Daniel's. I liked that guy, he was a locker room guy.
He was great. I see a lot of him in Kenny Clark. I'm glad he's got a chance to play and get a ring. Thanks for the news.
