I wonder if TT has someone in mind to pick up at inside linebackers. Only 3 guys isn't much.

I have really liked all the talent TT has brought in this draft and UDFA' s and been posting it all training camp. I hope your right and there is some "silver lining" to this Josh Sitton thing that makes the team better.

I'm not not sold on Lane Taylor. Maybe Bulaga moves down or Lindsley moves over. I guess we'll see.

I'm wondering if we go with a hybrid safety more often. But only 3 is risky business for sure.

Sitton will get picked up by a team that will be stoked to have a more than capable guard in the run and pass game. The Seahawks could use a player like Sitton, but hey so could we!

What's got me baffled is we don't have a single long snapper on the roster. Given a new holder in Shum, bringing in a long snapper last minute sounds awfully risky, if there is a decent one out there to begin with.

Sitton's back issues must not be going away. Tough call. We went from a great OL with prospective depth to missing our starting C and LG. Not good! I see AR on his butt a whole lot more this year. And this can't be good for the running game.

This is the most bizarre set of cuts I can remember. Two projected starters gone, no long snapper, 6 DB's and 6 S's and only 3 ILB's. Who get's cut when Pennel, Goodson and Linsley come back?

Things can change on a dime in the NFL. Who knows, maybe someone will be injured.

My guess would be Ringo, Barclay and Goodson might just be released.

I believe the new long snapper is the old long snapper Brett Goode. Weird timing but he should be more than fine.

Linsley has a very serious injury. Everyone refers to 'when' he come back, but it's far from a sure thing this year.

Goode blew his knee if I remember correctly, he's not coming back until mid season at best.

Barclay is now the only backup center we have. If Tretter goes out, we're screwed.

He did but I thought I heard he was coming back tomorrow.
He had a complete ACL tear last December, same injury as Jordy. A 9 month recovery is possible but highly unlikely. It usually takes longer and especially for someone who has to hold his own against large bodies blocking. I wouldn't expect him to be ready for at least a few more months at best.

According to an ESPN report he worked out today and will sign tomorrow if the workout went well and he is medically ready to go. I knew I read that somewhere.

I just found that article. Very interesting. So who goes; Hawkins, Dorleant, Evans or Brice? Man that's got to suck, hearing you survived the cuts then get cut the next day. Hope they warned the guy up front at least.

I expect we will let at least three of them go by the time our suspended guys are back and Goode is signed.

I would think Dorleant or Evans is gone. I think they really liked Hawkins and Brice. I also think they get a RB. I don't think they like Burks but are playing it safe until they sign someone else.
