This is just rich. If the source is correct, Rodgers is continuing to play the victim card. Sorry, but the clown car is getting bigger.

Edit: From today. Maybe AR ate some humble pie last night?
I was going to say to watch the whole PM interview from today. When he said the "immunized" statement I think he thought it was a clever way of dodging to have to answer the vaccination question. I think he thought more about the media than about the fans. To be fair to him, the media is a bunch of vultures waiting to prey on their next victim. The bigger the name the bigger the feast.

While I get that statement of the media being vultures, he can always decline to answer, which was well within his rights. Him trying to be "cute and clever", to put it nicely, in this situation, didn't do himself any favors. He loves to play the victim. He did it for the draft, he seemed to do it when Love was drafted and he is doing it now.

He needs to know his audience better and if he wants to be cute and clever, do it with a less serious subject matter.

None of it makes sense. He is supposed to cover up to prevent spreading to who? The point of the vaccine is supposed to do what again?

Getting back on track. Seahawk fans are already losing faith in Russel and considering his track record at Lambeau field should give Packs the advantage.

HOWEVER, now brings up an interesting scenario in regards to Rodgers. We don't know his body's condition so the question is is he ready physically? If he has passed whatever protocol tests and is able to play but his physical condition is not ready on Sunday do we bring in Love? Or do we just let a "handicap" Rod play?
Like I said. If he has a bad 1st quarter MLF can easily insert Love back in there.

That's the thing. To athletes like Rodgers it is not a serious thing. They are well conditioned athletes in the lowest percentage of deaths and most are asymptomatic. These athletes hang out with other professionals that are too in the percentage of people that Covid does not affect. Again, to defend him a bit here, I don't think he thinks it is a serious thing and especially in the world he lives in. Just my take on it.

I just want him tossing TDs on Sunday because I don't think my health can take another game this season of watching Love.

Again, he needs to know his audience and if he doesn't think its serious, he has been in a dark cave for the last 2 years. Anyway, he could have played this out a lot better and he didn't. If he expects the negative attention to just disappear, he guessed wrong.

He was going to get negative attention regardless of what he did. He could have given bricks of gold to impoverished children and would have gotten cancelled because they were too heavy and the kids ended up just throwing them at each other. "Aaron Rodgers is the worst. He gave gold to kids and they didn't know what to do with them". #cancelled

I agree he would have taken flack had he been upfront with everyone back in August. However, when asked if he was vaccinated, I think if he had laid out all the reasons why he isn't, there would have been fewer people angry at him and for a lessor period of time. This time his game backfired in his face and that is probably what a lot of people will remember.

Had this happened to Lazzard, hardly a stir would have been made, but with the way Aaron has conducted himself prior to this, he only has himself to blame for putting a huge target on his back.

I think a better analogy would be to eat the gold. Had he not eaten the gold people would have been upset that he didn't eat the gold and just wasted valuable minerals. When asked if he ate the gold his response would be, "yeah...i'm pure"

You took the words right out of my mouth. The only reason Love will start on Sunday is if Rodgers is unavailable due to Covid or travel plans. If he is cleared on Saturday, the team will already be in Seattle, so he will have to travel on his own.

The NFL should inform him on Saturday that his Covid test was positive for no signs of covid or immunization and let him figure out what that means. :coffee:
The game is in Green Bay.

When I broke a ligament in my middle finger I was not able to throw a baseball the way I did prior to the incident. That restricted my mobility to throw the baseball from center field to home plate. So I was moved to right until I had that "feeling" back into my middle finger. I guess "mobile" wasn't the correct word but hand injury does cause movement restrictions in terms of throwing. Sorry TENDON is it? Whatever it is called. I tore something in that finger.
Do right fielders not throw the ball home in Wisconsin?

I'm guessing the team and AR will be fined for not enforcing all of the protocols... I'm hoping AR pays ALL of the team & personal fines, but we'll see how magnanimous he's feeling.
Nfl announced that Green Bay is fined 300k for covid enforcement violations, and AR & Lazard each fined $14,650. Future team violations could affect draft picks.

What is the procedure for the Packers' medical staff (I'm assuming they do this) to test Rodgers to see if he is recovered from COVID and can play? When can they first test him and how many times must he be negative to become activated?

You must be logged in to see this image or video!

Do unvaccinated players who have recovered from COVID have to follow the strict guidelines like before infection?

Rodgers won't be subject to daily testing for 90 days after returning to the team.

Here's the paragraph in the league's COVID protocol:

iii. Previously documented positive virus test results.

1. Any player, or Tiered Individual who can provide documented evidence of a positive test result from an approved rt-PCR test (“Original Positive Test”) will be exempted from the normal virus testing cadence required in this section for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of the Original Positive Test. This individual must continue to check in each day for a symptom screen. The aforementioned documented evidence shall be provided to the Club’s ICO and reviewed and approved in conjunction with ICS and the NFL’s Chief Medical Officer. After the expiration of that 90-day period, any such non-fully vaccinated individual shall receive required virus testing one (1) time per week, until such time as that individual receives a negative test result. Once that individual has received a negative test result, he or she will be returned to the regular testing cadence required for an individual in his or her Tier. Any positive test result received after that nonfully vaccinated individual has received two consecutive negative test results shall be treated as a new positive test, and the individual shall be subject to the requirements of the Treatment Response Protocol.

Seattle Defense:
#6 points allowed
#22 Rushing
#21 Passing yards
#24 Passing completions
#7 passing TD allowed
#7 Rushing TD allowed
#4 total TD allowed

#22 TO

Packers Defense:
#8 points allowed
#17 Rushing
#9 Passing yards
#22 Pass completions
#20 passing TD allowed
#16 rushing TD allowed
#16 total TD allowed
#5 TO

The Packers just eclipsed Tampa @#8 scoring

With some teams having already had their bye weeks and others still scheduled to have a week off you need to look at average per game with those numbers. As an example, the Packers rank sixth in points allowed per game while the Seahakws currently are in ninth.
