meathead almost got his boys to an upset win, but in the end they left just over a minute for brady to pull off the win - which was way too much time.
Anytime you force a Brady team to commit that many turnovers and penalties you should win. And when the number of plays is heavily in your favor you should win. The Boys botched a scoring drive right before the half. They missed a PAT and a chip shot. Then they squandered a chance to run the clock farther down in the final two minutes of the game with penalties, poor pass protection, and inability to run the ball.

One turnover, though a little dangerous, was not worth anything.

If this game were just in the middle of the season, I would predict an easy win.

But week one can be weird, and the Saints might have some extra juice given the emotional aftermath of Ida.

I'm still calling for a win, but not quite as handily as I would otherwise.

31-21 Packers.

We both went down to the Bucs at home in the postseason. Sour taste in both mouths

Difference being, to me, that the Saints are significantly worse, personnel wise.

I would have liked to think that way but during the regular season the Bucs clobbered us. The Saints beat them handily twice.

I know some of you miss the chat and I know there were some pregame threads, but damn it's nice to read threads like this as I can view every post made now, during, and after the game. It was a pain to do that in chat.

Well here's the old map of where the fox and cbs coverage

Thank god for fake GPS so I can navigate around the junk games and watch the good early ones while waiting for the Packer game. Tell ya though, shame on Fox 11 in Green Bay and Fox 6 in Milwaukee for showing the garbage Bungles game against the Vikings and not the Seahawks and Colts game or something.

the princess will decide day to day. as far as I am concerned he cannot be gone soon enough with his diva/zen ME ME ME mantra.
This is why I tend to think of players as their numbers. #12 is a helluva QB1 and Aaron Rodgers is that kooky, beatnik guy with the weird girlfriend/fiance/wannabemomma/whatever. All that's missing from Rodgers' newfound repertoire is a set of bongo drums. ;) BUT ... as long as he and his buddies on offense can outrun his own defense, we'll deal with it.

Does he bear some resemblance to Maynard G. Krebbs?

If I am out of my local area and off my laptop or desktop, probably not gonna post here. I am not gonna press too much with my kindle.

Yeah I don't blame you. Though usually I use those $10 power banks from Walmart to charge phones and tablets. They actually work pretty well for that.

DK Metcalf going full blown Dennis Rodman here. Evil twin with that crazy hair color

Looks like the Colts might get 40 burgered
