Once again, the Packers would "only" save $11.1 million in cap space next season by either releasing or trading Matthews.

Ah Yes. Dead Cap year in 2017. I'm also thinking mid term contracts here but I don't like having all my eggs in one basket is my main point

If this is posted elsewhere, forgive me for the repeat, but it really impressed me as to the progress that Kenny Clark has made, especially against a solid OL like the Cowboys!

Clark has drastically stepped up his game over the last few weeks. It will be important for the Packers to get another good outing out of him on Sunday.

i especially liked how the big guy broke down and made a tackle on a great runner like Elliot in the open field. Didn't look out of place at all, and you see DB's and LB's overcommitting or getting juked in that position all the time. I like his strength, and he'll only get stronger. I hope he has another level for 2 more games. Pressure and being stout of the middle will go miles towards helping this defense do what it needs to.
