If what I just read is true, Rodgers is looking for something like a 3 year, $100M deal. 3 years? I think the only reason he wants it to be a multiple year deal, is so that he can keep the team and its fan base on pins and needles, waiting to know if the Queen is playing another season. :coffee:

"According to The Athletic's Dianna Russini, Michael Silver and Alec Lewis, Rodgers is asking for a contract similar to that which former Vikings QB Sam Darnold received from the Seattle Seahawks (three years, $100.5 million)."

After Favre I don't let myself really care about where a player goes anymore. He goes to the Vikings he goes to the Vikings.

On the field he is a 41 year old reduced mobility QB that is on the downslope of his career who is also a diva and brings that baggage with him. If I'm Minnesota, I want nothing to do with that. Given that Rodgers isn't already on the team I'm guessing they see that too.
