If what I just read is true, Rodgers is looking for something like a 3 year, $100M deal. 3 years? I think the only reason he wants it to be a multiple year deal, is so that he can keep the team and its fan base on pins and needles, waiting to know if the Queen is playing another season.

"According to The Athletic's Dianna Russini, Michael Silver and Alec Lewis, Rodgers is asking for a contract similar to that which former Vikings QB Sam Darnold received from the Seattle Seahawks (three years, $100.5 million)."

After Favre I don't let myself really care about where a player goes anymore. He goes to the Vikings he goes to the Vikings.

On the field he is a 41 year old reduced mobility QB that is on the downslope of his career who is also a diva and brings that baggage with him. If I'm Minnesota, I want nothing to do with that. Given that Rodgers isn't already on the team I'm guessing they see that too.
