May 11, 2015 3:33 AM - Vltrophy: U know Rodgers has to be glad he's finally going to have the same guy at C for a 2nd straight year. First time since about 2010
May 11, 2015 4:59 AM - tynimiller: Linsley I see being our C for a long long time. Dude just flat out does his job, not always pretty but just flat out does it.
May 11, 2015 5:30 AM - Twiddlemylobes: Yes. The Center position went from a weakness to a strength. Linsleys play allowed us JC to be used as a multi position backup similar to Barclay
May 11, 2015 5:42 AM - Twiddlemylobes: It's kinda like we had a bonus pick not having to get a premier offensive lineman. That option gave us possibly an exciting player like a Montgomery
May 11, 2015 6:14 AM - Raptorman: Vltrophy......The NFL does not have subpoena power. If Tom "cheater" Brady does not want to give up his text there is no way the NFL can force him to.
May 11, 2015 6:15 AM - Raptorman: It will be question he will have to answer for the rest of his career though.
May 11, 2015 7:15 AM - Pokerbrat2000: I think there is enough information in the Wells report that the NFL will take appropriate action against Brady. If Brady wants to appeal a suspension, he may be the one forced to prove that he DIDN'T have any involvement...which may mean providing access to his texts..
May 11, 2015 7:34 AM - Twiddlemylobes: I hope they're not as raunchy as the ones I sent my GF recently. Yeah, I'd take the 2 game suspension plea bargain before I let my Mom see my texts ha ha
May 11, 2015 7:53 AM - Pokerbrat2000: LOL.....fines will mean nothing to Kraft, Brady suspension and a loss draft choice might sting enough for this crap not to happen again. So tired of hearing people say "this was no big deal, it was a blow out game, everyone cheats".....Bring the hammer NFL!
May 11, 2015 8:01 AM - Twiddlemylobes: Seriously agree. I think it's about time the NFL takes a stand against this behavior.
May 11, 2015 8:06 AM - Twiddlemylobes: I like the draft pick idea. You wanna really make it sting... Pull 1 draft pick each year for each ball under regulation. Then spread those over lost picks to divisional opponents. Lol
May 11, 2015 8:17 AM - Twiddlemylobes: "■ ILB Tavarus Dantzler, ILB, 615/8, 237, Bethune-Cookman: Might be the sleeper of this undrafted class because of his interesting combination of size and speed." I know I know, it's a long shot.. But IMO he has a nastiness we need inside
May 11, 2015 8:20 AM - Twiddlemylobes: http://www.packersnews.com/story/sp...15/05/09/keep-eye-undrafted-rookies/27063547/
May 11, 2015 8:22 AM - 7thFloorRA: wow...not mentioned was Gunter? Did he not look good at the camp?
May 11, 2015 8:33 AM - Twiddlemylobes: Well it's anybody's guess on who ascends. Although I don't value 40 times to the degree that many teams do, I'm sure it impacted Gunters placing. I also value height and arm length as an important additive to the success in covering taller receivers. Other than Haha we are generally smaller
May 11, 2015 8:37 AM - Pokerbrat2000: I know every year there is an UDFA Running Back that sounds too good to be true, but I do like what I read about John Crockett and with the #3 spot wide open, can see him making the team and contributing
May 11, 2015 8:42 AM - Twiddlemylobes: Yes. This probably sounds repetitive from prior years, but there seems to be better competition through street signings. Of course we rank #1 in snaps of UDFA in TT tenure, separating us Tens of thousands of snaps from the #2
May 11, 2015 8:48 AM - Twiddlemylobes: "But you know at least one will, and likely more. Since Ted Thompson became general manager in 2005, the Packers have the most snaps from undrafted players in the NFL at 77,079, according to ESPN.com, with the next-closest team well behind at 54,105""This really leaves an impression on how TT had derived his success involving competition and opportunity at every level IMO
May 11, 2015 9:08 AM - Pokerbrat2000: Stats like that, along with the Packers overall record since 2005 equate to TT and others knowing talent when they see it. This isn't just some 4-12 team playing whoever they can sign. It's also the top reason why other teams cherry pick our cuts and unsigned players.
May 11, 2015 9:10 AM - Pokerbrat2000: a fun stat to know would be what percentage of the players in the league originated in the Packer orginization, my guess is that it is a number much higher then 1 out of 32 players
May 11, 2015 9:15 AM - Twiddlemylobes: Yep. I bet that holds true for coaches also.
May 11, 2015 9:20 AM - Twiddlemylobes: I'm gonna go on a limb here. But if I represented a player with an opportunity to pick a team I would more value on the teams based on recent past opportunity and achievements rather than the immediate short term $$$. That goes for coaching also
May 11, 2015 9:30 AM - Pokerbrat2000: now you sound like you are in Cobb's head lol
May 11, 2015 9:30 AM - Twiddlemylobes: You being a PokerBrat and all probably know exactly what direction I'm going with that. It's one of the main ingredients in theory I used in past Texas Hold em tournaments
May 11, 2015 9:31 AM - Twiddlemylobes: Let's just say it worked very well. How you stack your Chips is as important as how you play a hand
May 11, 2015 9:33 AM - Pokerbrat2000: yup.....as a Poker player.....I know the value achieved of showing a great hand and mindset you can put the table at when they think you are always holding that hand
May 11, 2015 9:33 AM - Pokerbrat2000: As Kenny Rodgers (no relation to Aaron), you got to know when to show them and know when to fold them lol
May 11, 2015 9:35 AM - Twiddlemylobes: Nice. Lol
May 11, 2015 9:37 AM - Twiddlemylobes: Pardon me Dolly. I've got to cash me fish n chips in me mate
May 11, 2015 2:38 PM - captainWIMM: NFL has suspended Tom Brady for first four games of next season, in addition Patriots lose their first round pick in 2016 and fourth rounder in 2017
May 11, 2015 2:48 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: Man that's just stupid, another phony scandal perpetrated by Roger Goodell, yup I said it, it's a phony scandal just like bounty gate, not a shred of truth in it
May 11, 2015 2:51 PM - realcaliforniacheese: And we didn't land on the moon~
May 11, 2015 2:55 PM - MiamiBeachPacker: Lol
May 11, 2015 2:56 PM - Pokerbrat2000: phony scandal? How is it phony?
May 11, 2015 2:56 PM - Vrill: Goodell and Bob Kraft are close friends...nothing phony about this..

May 11, 2015 at 2:58 PM - Pokerbrat2000: Read the Wells report if you think its Phony or untruthful. but please don't come back and say it's phony because they got caught and others do it or that it didn't impact any game outcomes.
May 11, 2015 at 2:59 PM - Twiddlemylobes: As long as they don't link Brady to the "the grassy knoll" or the Dallas "book depository building" I'm in full support here. I'll even carry a lighted torch lol
May 11, 2015 at 3:10 PM - Twiddlemylobes: I just wonder if it's still ok to squeeze the Charmin
May 11, 2015 at 3:29 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: cuz if the footballs were really as underinflated as these witch hunters say they were, refs wouldv stopped play during games
May 11, 2015 at 3:39 PM - thisisnate: that is such an overkill penalty, smh
May 11, 2015 at 3:41 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: it's Goodell trying to play NCAA vs USC all over again, just like when his minions planted evidence and fabricated that bountygate story
May 11, 2015 at 4:00 PM - Shawnsta3: ***** they cheated and then wouldn't cooperate with the investigation? how is a 4 game suspension which will probably be reduced to 2 overkill?
May 11, 2015 at 4:52 PM - Zartan: I found something pretty funny

May 11, 2015 at 4:53 PM - Zartan: We are Above Average Cheaters

May 11, 2015 at 4:54 PM - Zartan: Bears are Below Average cheaters bullcrap

May 11, 2015 at 4:56 PM - Zartan: The Jets... man this is a funny parody site man

May 11, 2015 9:16 PM - Jdeed: I doubt they reduce the penalty....cheating in any sport is not excepted well.
May 11, 2015 11:34 PM - AKCheese: IF Brady didn't do it (and there's ZERO evidence that he had anything to do with it), I hope he holds his head up high, enjoys his 4 Super Bowl trophies and his eventual induction to Canton. Goodell is a suit, who has bungled quite a few things lately
May 12, 2015 5:03 AM - AmishMafia: Brady is guilt. Goodell did not mete out the punishment. It was a committee led by troy vincent.
May 12, 2015 5:35 AM - tynimiller: Just what the league needs....a pissed off Brady after the start of the season....I dislike the Patriots and Brady passionately...but serious this is like poking a lion when all you have is a stick
May 12, 2015 5:39 AM - Green and Gold: Wonder how many games Brady will lose after the appeal. NFL is clearly sending a message.
May 12, 2015 5:43 AM - Pokerbrat2000: I don't know, loosing a first and a 4th round draft pick as well as Brady getting hit with what amounts to almost a $2 Mil. fine and Kraft a $1 Mil. fine is a pretty big stick
May 12, 2015 6:31 AM - AmishMafia: agree. dont like belicheck, indifferent to brady, but the penalty was very severe.
May 12, 2015 6:31 AM - AmishMafia: has more 2 do with obstruction than deflation.
May 12, 2015 6:33 AM - Pokerbrat2000: I agree with you Amish.......if you are going to cheat.....man up when you get caught and take your punishment
May 12, 2015 6:34 AM - AmishMafia: i have not followed, but saw brady get asked if he was a cheater. he paused, got anxious, had some micro expressions then indirectly answered. top 4 lying tells in my book. if brady just raised me in poker im reraising him no matter what i have.
May 12, 2015 6:35 AM - AmishMafia: it convinced me he is a liar. but really, i dont think the deflation thing is a big deal. its y i havent followed it.
May 12, 2015 6:52 AM - Pokerbrat2000: my take on the pressure of a football....they set an accepted range for a reason...even playing field.....so they either beef up their game day enforcement of the balls provided by each team or the league supplies the balls. Has manipulation of the pressure happened by other teams, no doubt in my mind it has. Patriots just got caught and then tried to cover it up.
May 12, 2015 6:57 AM - Pokerbrat2000: To me this is similar to the use of PED's......its against the rules but is done at the risk of being caught and the penalty that follows.
May 12, 2015 6:59 AM - Pokerbrat2000: How many teams bring in a "special ball" (over inflated) for field goals and kicks? I think this event will change the way balls are handled in the NFL from here on out.
May 12, 2015 7:19 AM - Green and Gold: I bet half the other teams in the league are happy they didn't get caught either.
May 12, 2015 7:28 AM - Pokerbrat2000: Just like how most rules and enforcement of evolve. Someone had to be the first to get caught, to get things to change. Had it been Rodgers for over inflation, I wouldn't have been happy, but I wouldn't have viewed it any different.
May 12, 2015 7:33 AM - Pokerbrat2000: I'm not a baseball fan, but look at how Brewer fans reacted when Braun was nailed. They didn't blame the system in place, they blamed Braun. Patriot fans can only blame Brady and the ease of cheating the rule that finally got him caught.
May 12, 2015 1:14 PM - dbain21: I'm actually pretty excited to see Rodgers on Celebrity Jeopardy. Man I miss football
May 12, 2015 1:46 PM - sschind: why is everyone ignoring the fact that Rodgers has apparently admitted to having the balls inflated over the max allowable amount.
May 12, 2015 1:46 PM - sschind: is he next in line for a suspension
May 12, 2015 1:47 PM - sschind: granted he said they do it before the refs check them and not after but it is still trying to cheat.
May 12, 2015 1:47 PM - sschind: You can't tell me he is hoping they don't slip through.
May 12, 2015 2:16 PM - rodell330: Go away....
May 12, 2015 3:07 PM - Pokerbrat2000: I'm not too worried about the league going after Rodger or others "after the fact" or on hear say......but I do think this puts all on notice for the future when it comes to balls.....figuratively too
May 12, 2015 3:46 PM - adambr2: I have yet to see a Rodgers quote where he admits to inflating over the league limit. If there is such a quote, please link it. Also every team uses a special ball for special teams play called the 'K ball'. Its league mandated.
May 12, 2015 4:02 PM - longtimefan: http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2015/01/20/aaron-rodgers-likes-his-footballs-overinflated/
May 12, 2015 4:03 PM - longtimefan: ‘I like to push the limit to how much air we can put in the football, even go over what they allow you to do and see if the officials take air out of it,'” Simms said Rodgers told them before the game.
May 12, 2015 4:04 PM - longtimefan: Everybody wants it smaller and soft, so they can dig their fingers into,” Simms said. “[Rodgers is] such a feel thrower. You can tell. The one touchdown he threw down the field to the tight end is such feel; then he flicks it. That shows you he just has great control of it, with his fingers and hand.” On his weekly radio show with ESPN Milwaukee, Rodgers confirmed that he prefers the balls to
May 12, 2015 4:04 PM - longtimefan: be overinflated, and that he doesn’t think there should be a maximum air pressure. “It’s not an advantage when you have a football that’s inflated more than average air pressure. We’re not kicking these footballs,” Rodgers said, via Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com.
May 12, 2015 4:39 PM - Powarun: Congrats on Rodgers winning Jeopardy today.
May 12, 2015 5:06 PM - Pokerbrat2000: "I'll take #12 for $50,000 Alex"
May 12, 2015 6:28 PM - desertdog55: That is why I say this is all BS....you'd think he took steriods or something. Overblown, should have been a fine and done with it. No different than a uniform violation...a little crisco on the jersey to keep the O-linemen from holding the D linemen...lol
May 12, 2015 8:09 PM - sschind: rodell- why? because you can't stand the fact that Aaron Rodgers may not be squeaky clean.
May 12, 2015 8:10 PM - sschind: That he may not be above "bending the rules" every now and then.

May 12, 2015 at 9:24 PM - AKCheese: Rodgers said if it were left to him he would pump the balls up even harder, he never said he broke the rules (I don't believe Brady did either BTW)
May 12, 2015 at 10:20 PM - Vltrophy: Sschind u must be a Vikings or Bears fan. Maybe even a Patriots fan. If u r a pats fan just be glad the Packers weren't in the SB
May 13, 2015 at 12:54 AM - buggybill2003: a bit judgemental there Vltrophy ??
May 13, 2015 at 5:41 AM - Vltrophy: Not judging just defending my Packers against an attacker. Is Rodgers perfect? Far from it as we all are imo. He or she is likely a troll
May 13, 2015 at 5:41 AM - Vltrophy: Let me rephrase that for u buggy. They're trolling
May 13, 2015 at 6:10 AM - buggybill2003: I don't think he's trolling. Just expressing an opinion.
May 13, 2015 at 6:11 AM - Pokerbrat2000: I won't be trolling Patriot fan sites, ever, but I'm guessing they are lit up over this and calling it a "witch hunt, unbelievable, jealousy of a superior team, etc." I also believe that if this was Rodgers and The Packers, instead of Brady and The Patriots, knowledgeable fans would read the Wells report and know our team, our star QB really messed up.
May 13, 2015 at 6:13 AM - Pokerbrat2000: Wells defense of the findings of the report yesterday was awesome! Good luck Tom on your appeal!
May 13, 2015 at 6:14 AM - buggybill2003: It seems the real thing with this is Brady and the Patriots tried to cover it up, instead of holding hands up and admitting it.
May 13, 2015 at 6:15 AM - Pokerbrat2000: Agree with you Buggy, one reporter brought up the cheating tactics of Al Davis and The Raiders way back when and how the Raider organization was "man enough" to admit their cheating ways.
May 13, 2015 at 6:20 AM - Pokerbrat2000: I am patiently awaiting the announcement by the NFL that from now on, all game balls will be kept under the direct control of officials at all times. I will throw my hat in right now, I volunteer to stand on the Packer sidelines in black and white strips holding that big bag of balls :coffee:
May 13, 2015 at 8:10 AM - sschind: Wrong on all counts Vit- Packer fan since about 1972 and I can't stand the vikings or Patriots (don't mind the Bears though)
May 13, 2015 at 8:11 AM - sschind: I've can probably countthe number of times I've visited another teams site on both hands. It is just not something that interests me.
May 13, 2015 at 8:12 AM - sschind: I just have a problem with people who think pumping up a football more than it is allowed to be is somehow OK but taking more air out than allowed is wrong.
May 13, 2015 at 8:15 AM - sschind: The only difference is that what Rodgers is talking about is done before the officials check them. He may not be cheating but IMO the attempt to cheat is there. Its the old homer double standard.
May 13, 2015 at 8:18 AM - sschind: Poker- I see that day coming real soon. Maybe not you on the sidelines but the part about the officials being in control at all times.
May 13, 2015 at 8:19 AM - Vltrophy: It's easier to catch & hold on to a ball that is somewhat deflated. Harder to catch a ball that's overinflated
May 13, 2015 at 9:16 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: Shaun O'Hara just got it right, it is a phony scandal and the league just doled out the suspension to save it's face
May 13, 2015 at 9:33 AM - desertdog55: Like I said before, I detest the Patriots and Tom Brady, and I understand the league has rules about football inflation, but anyone who has ever played football, knows that some type of cheating goes on all the time with ALL teams and players. You pick your poison. Hell, we were taught how to "hold" and "intefere" without getting caught.
May 13, 2015 at 9:36 AM - desertdog55: This is more to do with Tom Brady not complying with the investigation (which I understand) and the Patriots having been in trouble before. The actual process of deflating footballs has almost no impact on winning/losing...jmo
May 13, 2015 at 12:32 PM - The program 61: its kinda like obstruction of justice him not helping with investigation.
May 13, 2015 at 12:33 PM - The program 61: wheres the best place to get up to date news and rumors on our packers
May 13, 2015 at 12:48 PM - Pokerbrat2000: Right here
May 13, 2015 at 1:24 PM - The program 61: Yea? im new here so didnt know if anything more official
May 13, 2015 at 2:02 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: normally we don't get fixated on other teams' news, it's just that this has been clogging up the NFLN airwaves for uite some time and the decisions this league makes set a precedent for future issues that come up with other teams including ours, so we all want to see this thing go away
May 13, 2015 at 2:26 PM - Pokerbrat2000: no offense PFC......but I'm not one who wants it just to go away, swept under the proverbial rug so to speak. Just like PED's, I'm glad the NFL is taking a firm stance here and I hope it does change how balls are handled here on out.
May 13, 2015 at 2:27 PM - Pokerbrat2000: and Welcome to The Program 61
May 13, 2015 at 4:12 PM - Poppa San: So why don't the no fun league go back to the policies b4 2007? The relented to Peyton and Brady and most likely Brett to let them set the ball to the way they like it.
May 13, 2015 at 5:44 PM - Pokerbrat2000: Evolution of the game and the rules that govern it.
May 13, 2015 at 5:48 PM - Twiddlemylobes: The heck with the punishment. What I wanna know it what was On Brady's phone that was worth $2 million+??
May 13, 2015 at 5:52 PM - Twiddlemylobes: It was reported that Until Robert Kraft gets a firm apology from them the National Football Confederation.. He would sing "Yankee Doodle went to town a riding on a Pony , Tommy stuck a needle in hid balls and made them Macaroni" at the commencement of any NFL functions or interviews
May 13, 2015 at 8:00 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: even warren moon thinks this is stupid

May 14, 2015 6:59 AM - Pokerbrat2000: What's stupid? Having rules, intentionally breaking them and then lying about it? Yeah, that makes sense.
May 14, 2015 8:06 AM - rodell330: ^^^exactlt. The Patriots are not perfect despite what their fan base thinks. Tom brAdy isn't perfect..it wouldn't be a huge deal if he was just honest the first time . Not buying his hooblah
May 14, 2015 8:22 AM - Pokerbrat2000: What's next for the Patriots? They figure out how to tap into the helmet mikes of other teams, deny it and then when proven guilty claim they were just "looking for a weather station"
May 14, 2015 8:36 AM - Pokerbrat2000: Had this happened to Teddy Bridgewater and the Vikings and Bridgewater came clean right away, one would think the "fines" would be a lot less.
May 14, 2015 10:03 AM - buggybill2003:
May 14, 2015 11:45 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: Pats to get a rebuttal set on this. I sure hope they own Mr Wells and Goodell's butts on this
May 14, 2015 11:58 AM - Pokerbrat2000: I'm guessing the Pats have set up a legal defense fund PFC....how much are you contributing?
May 14, 2015 1:34 PM - longtimefan: <----wonders if Twinkle ever says anything "serious"

May 14, 2015 8:52 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: anyways enough of the pats, million dollar question right now is what's going to come of the Bradford-Foles trade? Is Tim Tebow going to wind up starting in Philly (He is there if you didn't know), will the Cards win the West if Palmer stays healthy? And will this year be the final nail in Cutler's coffin?

May 14, 2015 9:11 PM - Vrill: Tebow starting? hold my beer while I laugh.....hahahahahaha
May 14, 2015 10:10 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: I wouldnt think it would come to that, but I really don't understand what Lurie and Co. think they're gonna get out of Sam Bradford. He's shown no durability to last in this league, and even when he has played, I've seen nothing to indicate he'd be the ticket to success.
May 14, 2015 10:13 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: I suppose they figure Mark Sanchez is the failsafe they hold if all that goes sour, but other than give you some wins here and there, he's not the long term solution at all, he starts out good, and then his play declines. I just very easily could see the scenario where the crowd goes callin on Timmy if all that goes out the window
May 14, 2015 10:28 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: another hot topic ... will Ndamakung Suh get himself thrown off the Dolphins after just 1 year from more stupid immature tactics?
May 14, 2015 10:34 PM - MiamiBeachPacker: They aren't going to get rid of him after one year
May 15, 2015 4:03 AM - yooperpackfan: Wow can you imagine the "dead money" if they did that.
May 15, 2015 6:43 AM - Green and Gold: Where did the Colts get their original tip from? Has this ever been revealed?
May 15, 2015 7:00 AM - Pokerbrat2000: I was relieved (of pressure) to find out that the Patriots equipment manager handling balls has the nickname "The Deflator" because he is trying to loose weight!! This totally explains the whole thing, case dismissed!!
May 15, 2015 8:52 AM - Vltrophy: How could u not know that when ppl are trying to loose weight they call themselves the deflator. Hello! Now the pats r calling the fans stupid in a round about way
May 15, 2015 8:59 AM - Pokerbrat2000: "giving Brady Balloons" now THAT must have had to do with his birthday? Damn, this is all making sense now!
May 15, 2015 9:06 AM - Vltrophy: On SC yesterday they said Brady made a comment on Twitter saying he loves it when Gronk spikes the ball. Air leaks out & I get use deflated balls
May 15, 2015 11:04 AM - adambr2: I like how Seattle doesn't want to pay Wilson now because it's such an enormous instant jump in what they're paying for the QB position right now. Gee, you haven't seen that coming the last 2 seasons? Good chance he ends up tagged once or twice
May 15, 2015 11:07 AM - adambr2: They've enjoyed a 3 year run with an extremely low QB salary which had enabled them to keep doling out big money to guys like Sherman, Thomas, Chancellor, Lynch, etc. Now that it's finally come time to pay the piper they can't do it.
May 15, 2015 11:19 AM - Pokerbrat2000: We will soon find out how much Schneider learned from the best during his time in GB
May 15, 2015 11:20 AM - Pokerbrat2000: I like Russell a lot, always did. But IMO, he isn't a top 5 QB and paying him as one, would be a mistake *See Jay Cutler and The Bears reference*
May 15, 2015 12:10 PM - Vltrophy: BB King has died. Condolences to his family and friends
May 15, 2015 12:15 PM - MiamiBeachPacker: You're up VL
May 15, 2015 12:33 PM - PackManDan: I hate Seattle as a whole. I'm sick of their arrogant fans and quite a few of their arrogant players and coach. With that being said, I have never had any problems with R.Wilson he genuinely seems like a good guy. With THAT being said he absolutely is not a Top 5 QB and should not get a gigantic contract
May 15, 2015 12:33 PM - Vltrophy: Gottafly ur up
May 15, 2015 12:35 PM - Vltrophy: I hope they give him a huge contract to give them less $ to spend elsewhere
May 15, 2015 12:56 PM - adambr2: Sorry but you take your team to 2 straight Super Bowls and put up halfway decent stats you're going to get elite treatment. Fair or not that's going to be the price point and if they don't want to meet it they'll have to just let him go. They can franchise him when the time comes but that will still come with the 20M price tag.
May 15, 2015 1:02 PM - PackManDan: Seattle will not release Wilson. I believe they will end up paying him what he wants. But I don't think he is worth that amount
May 15, 2015 1:03 PM - rodell330: ^^^agree. IMO he's not as good as his asking price but we all now having a franchise qb is the most important thing for any NFL teM andvtheyvdont grow on trees so....thus is what happens. Winning doesn't hurt his case either.
May 15, 2015 1:05 PM - adambr2: I agree with both, he isn't worth 20M but they have little choice. The alternative is to start over at QB and take a chance that they will spend the next 10 years search in for their franchise QB. Big risk to take. We all knew Flacco wasn't worth $20M either, Wilson is better than him and salaries have risen since then.
May 15, 2015 1:13 PM - Twiddlemylobes: Dr Phil always sais "people will do what works" I don't know how Russell does it, but it definately works. Sign him
May 15, 2015 1:29 PM - Vltrophy: Amish Mafia ur up
May 15, 2015 1:35 PM - Wood Chipper: 7thfloors pick
May 15, 2015 1:46 PM - Vltrophy: My bad thought we were snaking
May 15, 2015 5:12 PM - 7thFloorRA: I did not think I would be picking on day 1!!!
May 15, 2015 6:27 PM - AmishMafia: shawnsta is up
May 15, 2015 7:13 PM - Shawnsta3: Waiting on a trade offer.
May 15, 2015 7:46 PM - desertdog55: I don't consider T. Bradshaw one of the best to ever play, but he won 4 SBs. Had he not been on that team, he would have at best been a stand-in on Duck Dynasty. Wilson reminds me of him. He is in the right place at the right time.

May 16, 2015 at 5:52 AM - Poppa San: sometimes a qb only has to be a bit better than a stand in. Be good enough to not lose the game.
May 16, 2015 at 6:56 AM - Green and Gold: If the Packers win the NFC I think it's a 80-90% chance that they beat whatever AFC team makes it to the Super Bowl.
May 16, 2015 at 2:58 PM - Vrill: I see every other team in NFC getting worse and us staying status quo or a tad better.
May 16, 2015 at 3:13 PM - adambr2: I don't think Seattle got worse at all. They'll still be our toughest challenge.
May 16, 2015 at 4:13 PM - PackManDan: 80-90% chance of beating any AFC team in the Super Bowl (which by the way I'm not sure if I would go that high) still doesn't matter at all if we can't get past the NFC teams to make it to the SB. Thinking about that Seattle game last year still hurts because I think if we made it to the SB we would have taken out NE

May 16, 2015 at 9:14 PM - Vrill: Seattle lost two key starting OL....a key LB...a key starting CB....all they get is Jimmy Graham who is an overrated one trick pony
May 17, 2015 at 5:49 AM - 7thFloorRA: I can't wait until they give Drake Russell a boat anchor of a contract that sinks them forever.
May 17, 2015 at 10:03 AM - rodell330: That "one trick" works on our defense that's for sure.
May 17, 2015 at 10:17 AM - Shawnsta3: When was the last time we lost to the Saints with Graham?
May 17, 2015 at 11:16 AM - Pokerbrat2000: last year Oct. 26th we lost to the Saints and Graham 23-44 (5 receptions, 59 yards and 1 TD)
May 17, 2015 at 11:38 AM - Shawnsta3: Oh yeah last year when the Saints couldn't beat anybody. Weird game.
May 17, 2015 at 11:41 AM - Shawnsta3: But point proven, Graham has lit us up pretty good. Russell on the other hand in his last game, did not.
May 17, 2015 at 11:56 AM - Pokerbrat2000: Graham 3 career games VS GB. 16 receptions, 191 yards and 2 TD's. Not really lighting us up. give more credit to Brees . Wilson to Graham doesn't scare me that much.
May 17, 2015 at 4:05 PM - Jdeed: Graham is always respected or you pay for it.
May 17, 2015 at 5:16 PM - TeamTundra: Jimmy Graham only had one 100 yard or greater receiving game
May 17, 2015 at 5:17 PM - TeamTundra: Last year and 9 games of less than 60 receiving yards per game.
May 17, 2015 at 5:52 PM - 7thFloorRA: There is probably more contact in a Seahawk practice than Graham wants to see in an actual game.
May 17, 2015 at 8:16 PM - AKCheese: Wilson had a pretty good last 5 minutes (and OT)
May 17, 2015 at 8:36 PM - Shawnsta3: tion rate. 209 yards. 1 td. 4 interceptions.
May 17, 2015 at 8:37 PM - Shawnsta3: Wilson's stat line: 48% completion rate. 209 yards, 1 td, 4 interceptions
May 17, 2015 at 8:38 PM - rodell330: Yep and still "unbeaten" vs the Packers. The only stat matters to me
May 17, 2015 at 8:39 PM - rodell330: We can't seem to beat him smh
May 17, 2015 at 8:47 PM - 7thFloorRA: can't beat God's will....
May 17, 2015 at 8:51 PM - Green and Gold: My hope is that McCarthy’s increased involvement with the D will pay off this season.

May 18, 2015 12:09 AM - Eli Haugen: Raji, Guion, Daniels, Jones, Boyd, Ringo, Pennel, Thornton. We will have a very good front line, and that will make a huge difference. IMO.
May 18, 2015 10:42 AM - Pokerbrat2000: Don't forget about Hooks & Gaston on the D line :whistling:
May 18, 2015 2:15 PM - adambr2: Tannehill just got a $96M extension with $45M in guarantees. ..good luck getting that discount on Wilson, Seahawks.
May 18, 2015 2:24 PM - MiamiBeachPacker: Dolphins probably wanted to get their deal done before Luck and Wilson set the bar even higher
May 18, 2015 2:35 PM - adambr2: Is Tannehill that good where he could use Luck or Wilson as a bar? I honestly haven't followed him too much, just wondering. I thought of him as a middle of the pack at best starting QB.
May 18, 2015 2:45 PM - Vrill: Russell Wilson's deal will beat that Tannehill contract by a fair amount i'd imagine.
May 18, 2015 3:24 PM - MiamiBeachPacker: He isn't on their level, but it could still lead to a bigger deal for him
May 18, 2015 3:34 PM - thisisnate: Justin Smith retires. Another 49er piece gone. Dunno if that was mentioned already or not.
May 18, 2015 4:27 PM - MiamiBeachPacker: For anyone who likes open world games on xb1/ps4/pc, you should check out Ark: Survival Evolved
May 18, 2015 5:02 PM - Vrill: 49ers will be lucky to win 5 games this season.....
May 18, 2015 5:37 PM - Green and Gold: His absence will definitely hurt SF
May 18, 2015 6:17 PM - 7thFloorRA: I think they are for sure trading Kaep now.

May 19, 2015 7:51 AM - Pokerbrat2000: MBP....Aaron Rodgers would no doubt slay that dragon.....just saying!
May 19, 2015 3:21 PM - Raptorman: NFL just moved PAT to 15 yard line.
May 19, 2015 3:21 PM - Raptorman: 2 point conversion stays the same, except a fumble or Int may be run back for 2 points.
May 19, 2015 3:59 PM - Powarun: Saw that, will be interesting, really ruins the surprise, but then again, fond memories of a fake fg for a TD versus the Bears
May 19, 2015 4:25 PM - Poppa San: blocked kick can't be run back?
May 19, 2015 5:28 PM - adambr2: I would assume blocked kicks can be run back just like 2 pt conversions?
May 19, 2015 5:47 PM - adambr2: I don't understand the rationale behind the 2 points though. It could technically be a touchdown, right? If they manage to block your PAT or return your 2 pointer all the way I say give them the full 6 and try of their own.
May 19, 2015 6:28 PM - Jdeed: Live ball on extra points no more dead ball.
May 19, 2015 6:29 PM - Jdeed: Oh and I am really loving the Pats boards right now... ;)
May 19, 2015 7:15 PM - adambr2: So I assume a crazy fake play from the 15 would be worth 2? Or 1 since it came from the 15?

May 20, 2015 12:23 AM - Vrill: We have now entered the NFL Dead Zone period. Boring times until preseason,
May 20, 2015 7:24 AM - scotscheese: not just NFL dead zone, it's almost end of the football(soccer) seasons in europe
May 20, 2015 8:04 AM - adambr2: I wonder if I would try to get into NFL Europe if it was still around in the spring.
May 20, 2015 8:48 AM - Pokerbrat2000: Is that a soccer league adam? :coffee:
May 20, 2015 11:39 AM - The program 61: anyone play madden i know this packer thread but any gamers out here?
May 20, 2015 12:20 PM - Carl: Used to buy Madden every year, but I got tired of the same flaws in the game year after year.
May 20, 2015 1:28 PM - rodell330: Love Madden.. Get a PS4!! And get off xbox 360 haha
May 20, 2015 1:28 PM - rodell330: Jk..it could be better but the game has improved.?
May 20, 2015 2:05 PM - Carl: I mostly got tired of defense being reallly hard to play and the defense dropping tons of interceptions when I'd actually get it right. Can the defense catch now?
May 20, 2015 4:35 PM - Green and Gold: As Hyde develops, he can move in as one of the ILBs as well like Woodson did.
May 20, 2015 4:36 PM - adambr2: Nope, still happens. I'll have Cobb wide open over the middle on a short slant and the LB, who is apparently Inspector Gadget, will reach in and pick it off somehow being 3 steps behind. But on the next possession Shields will have a gimmee lob INT fall in his lap, and even though I hit Y, he'll drop it.
May 20, 2015 4:56 PM - Carl: Players still move a couple yards instantly too I see. Are QB injuries still way to common? I'd get sacked with Rodgers all the time and he would never get hurt, but if I crossed the line with him, the odds of him getting hurt increased to like 50/50
May 20, 2015 5:15 PM - adambr2: One peeve of mine is that they will just randomly call a lot of clipping penalties. Especially on special teams returns. That rarely actually happens. Ever hear of an illegal block in the back, Madden? I've also seen numerous phantom offensive pass interference called nowhere near the play.
May 20, 2015 7:17 PM - Green and Gold: Hundley is theoretically a competent quarterback backing up Rodgers. Should a disaster like two years ago happen again, Its not like the roster spot is completely wasted.
May 20, 2015 8:21 PM - adambr2: I think we should at least wait til training camp before we can say Hundley is even an upgrade from Tolzien let alone a competent backup. We spent a 2nd on Brian Brohm when Favre retired and he could not even win the backup job behind Rodgers.
May 20, 2015 8:31 PM - Green and Gold: If anything groom him as the backup and then trade him in 2-3 years.
May 20, 2015 8:31 PM - Green and Gold: Or you got a stud that can step in 2-3 years down the line if anything should happen to Rodgers.

May 20, 2015 at 9:45 PM - Green and Gold: Julius and Clay are a great duel threat.
May 20, 2015 at 9:46 PM - Green and Gold: Peppers ALWAYS has the awareness to try to strip the ball when he can.
May 20, 2015 at 9:46 PM - Green and Gold: Dumb Bears.
May 20, 2015 at 9:48 PM - 7thFloorRA: Hundley might be a HUGE weapon with the XP rules.
May 21, 2015 at 3:16 AM - Dan115: I will be surprised if Hundley is active for any games this season.
May 21, 2015 at 5:23 AM - Vrill: Hundley will never clear waivers....he'll have to be on our active roster if we want to keep him.
May 21, 2015 at 5:55 AM - Pokerbrat2000: If Hundley has a good preseason, he will be unstashable on the practice squad, so unless he is better then Tolzien, he will be carried on the roster, but probably declared inactive each game
May 21, 2015 at 6:01 AM - Pokerbrat2000: Best scenarios are 1. Lights out fantastic, cut Tolzien and he is back-up to Rodgers from here on out. 2. Shows some skills, but needs work and is safely kept on PS for one year. Just hope he doesn't become another Brohm, Coleman, Martin, Wachholtz or Barker.
May 21, 2015 at 8:04 AM - Dan115: on game day Packers will only have 2qb's active.
May 21, 2015 at 10:27 AM - Poppa San: I really don't think MM will go into the season with only a rookie as a backup QB. No matter how good he is.
May 21, 2015 at 10:28 AM - Poppa San: Unless he blows, Tolzien is a lock.
May 21, 2015 at 10:41 AM - Pokerbrat2000: I agree Tolzien is almost assured the back-up spot......which leaves us having to carry Hundley on the roster, because if he has as much potential as reported, he isn't going to be safe on the PS
May 21, 2015 at 11:49 AM - desertdog55: Who says he has to be carried as a QB? They could carry him as a back up TE or RB....
May 21, 2015 at 12:28 PM - Wood Chipper: Tolzien is garbage. I hope Hundley blows him away.
May 21, 2015 at 2:14 PM - The program 61: Sorry i missed the madden conversations but i think madden is horrible now i used to love the game but now my expectations are to high the tackling graphics is what gets me and i feel like im watching the same thing over and over.
May 21, 2015 at 2:25 PM - Vrill: well, if we put Hundley on the PS its a wasted pick because some other team will sign him....
May 21, 2015 at 3:05 PM - FL-PACKERfan: Tolzien is not a starting quality NFL qb. Hundley on the other hand could be. The odds are Rodgers will play the whole season, and if he does get hurt we can always sign Flynn/Tolzien.
May 21, 2015 at 5:16 PM - longtimefan: lol heard same words from a few people discussing a q/b for the Packers named Brett
May 21, 2015 at 5:23 PM - Pokerbrat2000: Tolzien won't be available mid season if the Packers cut him IMO
May 21, 2015 at 5:24 PM - Pokerbrat2000: Didn't we already learn our lesson about back-up QB's? Tolzien will be it, unless Hundley proves he can be an adequate back up this year
May 21, 2015 at 5:35 PM - Dan115: Tolzien will be the backup
May 21, 2015 at 5:53 PM - rodell330: Tolzien isn't that good..just my opinion
May 21, 2015 at 6:17 PM - The program 61: at least we didnt keep seneca wallace such a mistake
May 21, 2015 at 7:11 PM - Vrill: why's it so hard to believe that we'll keep 3 QB's on our roster?
May 21, 2015 at 7:48 PM - sschind: Vrill- I think its pretty much a given. After the 2013 fiasco I think TT has learned his lesson.

May 22, 2015 1:59 AM - Dan115: yes we will keep 3- and one will be inactive on game day
May 22, 2015 5:38 AM - Pokerbrat2000: Isn't hard to believe we will keep 3 QB's but that takes a roster spot away from perhaps a 6th WR, second FB etc. Always nice when you can stash a QB prospect on PS, but doubt it could happen safely with Hundley
May 22, 2015 5:40 AM - Pokerbrat2000: As far as Tolzien being qualified to play, I highly doubt TT would have chosen him over Flynn if he wasn't.
May 22, 2015 7:21 AM - sschind: poker- What are you thinking? You should know by now that we are much more capable of evaluating talent than TT is.
May 22, 2015 8:00 AM - Pokerbrat2000: well as team owners we do have that right (in our heads) :coffee:
May 22, 2015 8:59 PM - Eli Haugen: Im thinking 3 TEs. 3 RBs and 2 FBs. 3 QBs and 5 WRs. Until the big 5 get hurt, theres no need for a 6th WR.

May 23, 2015 6:10 AM - Poppa San: Eli you might be right. only true roster battles are for#3TE,#3RB,#5/6WR and if there is a second FB and size of the OL.
May 23, 2015 6:11 AM - Poppa San: That was for the offense.
May 23, 2015 6:24 AM - Pokerbrat2000: carrying 3 QB's , 3 TE's and 2 FB's is going to take 1-2 roster spots from the D. But having HARD decisions on who to keep, is good news, means we have awesome depth.
May 23, 2015 10:36 AM - Green and Gold: I like the idea of simplifying special teams. Small things would improve our Special Teams in a big way.

May 26, 2015 5:40 AM - rodell330: Vrill please, TCU hasn't won a title since they started using face mask haha. As far as Alabama goes?? It was a joy beating them down last season... With our third string qb btw:)
May 26, 2015 2:35 PM - Vrill: your 3rd string QB is one of the better QB's in the country. That is nothing to "brag" about saying you beat Alabama with your 3rd stringer...
May 26, 2015 2:44 PM - Vrill: And its apparent that Jones beat out Miller and Barrett and will start this coming year....
May 26, 2015 2:50 PM - Pokerbrat2000: I predict 2 out of the 3 will be starting QB's....somewhere this year :coffee: What a dilemma to have all that talent at one position.
May 26, 2015 3:04 PM - Vrill: and Rodell, TCU has been relevant for the past decade. They have had some very good teams and won lots of Bowl games during that time. TCU will have yet another great team this coming year and the best Offense in the country.
May 26, 2015 4:31 PM - rodell330: Lol best offense in the country? According to who? You and other TCU fans?? Guarantee they don't have a better offense than OSU
May 26, 2015 4:53 PM - Vrill: Yep and the best College QB in the country. TCU is returning all 11 starters on offense from last years explosive team. Boykin will be a Heisman finalist. Hes the front runner headed into the season.

May 27, 2015 3:52 PM - Vrill: Rodell, do you pay attention to College Football outside of Ohio? TCU is bringing back 11 starters on O. Boykin IS a Heisman watch candidate and the best QB in the country. That is common knowledge to people who don't have their head in the sand. Just look at TCU's offensive numbers last year...they surpass Ohio States.
May 27, 2015 4:38 PM - Vrill: And before you say "Big 12 is overrated"...I bet Baylor or TCU would have played with any team in the Big 10, including Ohio State. Michigan State had a lot of lucky bounces go their way to edge Baylor by a point

May 28, 2015 4:19 PM - Vrill: Top 25 teams released by Athlon magazine: 1 OSU 2 Alabama 3 Baylor 4 Auburn 5 TCU 6 USC 7 Mich St 8 Oregon 9 FSU 10 Georgia 11 Mississippi 12 Notre Dame 13 Arizona State 14 Clemson 15 LSU 16 Arkansas 17 Oklahoma 18 Ga Tech 19 Wisconsin 20 Tex A&M 21 Miss St 22 Tennessee 23 UCLA 24 Stanford 25 Boise St
May 28, 2015 6:46 PM - rodell330: lol Baylor ahead of TCU is a joke..that I will admit. The rest looks pretty reasonable

May 28, 2015 10:11 PM - Green and Gold: GB has 4 guys guaranteed to be ahead of Janis, He probably gets the #5 spot again. It'll be tough to keep more than 6.
May 28, 2015 10:19 PM - rodell330: 4...I counted 3
May 29, 2015 5:35 AM - Green and Gold: Whatever happens, hope he doesn't get picked off the practice squad by the Vikings.
May 29, 2015 6:26 AM - rodell330: Would be dumb to put him on the practice squad. IMO it's Abby fighting for a roster spot not Janis. Janis priced he can play and be a game breaker .
May 29, 2015 6:27 AM - rodell330: Proved*
May 29, 2015 8:34 AM - Pokerbrat2000: I agree, barring injury or a real down turn in his play, Janis will be the #4 or #5. Montgomery due to his draft position is a lock at the other spot, so that leaves Abby at #6 or the PS IMO
May 29, 2015 8:41 AM - Green and Gold: He sure better be or he's getting cut or put on the PS.
May 29, 2015 8:43 AM - Green and Gold: What reason do you have for thinking Janis gets the #5 spot over Abbrederis? Janis has no utility on special teams.
May 29, 2015 8:43 AM - Green and Gold: I don't care either way.
May 29, 2015 8:44 AM - Green and Gold: It appears at this point it is going to be Abberderis vs Janis to see who stays.
May 29, 2015 8:58 AM - Pokerbrat2000: Abby could potentially beat out Janis, but given that his injury is still limiting his participation, its an uphill battle. I also see Abby clearing waivers for the PS, Janis not so much
May 29, 2015 9:46 AM - Twiddlemylobes: There's 2 things that Abby is up against that make it imperative he has strong re-entry during the prelims...
May 29, 2015 9:47 AM - Twiddlemylobes: 1. His recovery needs to be 100% both physically and mentally for confidence reasons 2. The competition at KR/PR is at its peak, he has to beat out Hyde, Montgomery, and possibly a top draft pick with return experience.
May 29, 2015 9:55 AM - Green and Gold: We may see Clay move all over the place. Inside, outside, hand up, hand down, stunts, etc.
May 29, 2015 9:55 AM - Twiddlemylobes: Personally, I'd love to see him make it as a return specialist. That would free up 1 of the other talents to allow them to specialize at WR, Corner, etc..
May 29, 2015 10:04 AM - Twiddlemylobes: Yes. As I said early offseason I think we'll see CM3 initially at ILB, all the while developing the other prospects.
May 29, 2015 10:06 AM - Twiddlemylobes: Funny, Mike said We might see Clay at NT. McCarthy is so serious it's nice to see the subtle humor, especially after burying his brother
May 29, 2015 10:35 AM - Poppa San: How long b4 Clay is on offense ala Bobby Boucher?
May 29, 2015 12:07 PM - Twiddlemylobes: Lol
May 29, 2015 12:08 PM - Twiddlemylobes: Inside. Outside. Middleside. Onside KR
May 29, 2015 12:16 PM - Pokerbrat2000: Maybe then can use Clay on short yardage situations too?
May 29, 2015 12:25 PM - rodell330: Clay pulls his hammy by week 6 I can see it now...hate to say it but as good as he is The staff might want to rethink some things. Don't overdue it with CM...he'll find the football trust me.
May 29, 2015 12:41 PM - MiamiBeachPacker: And it already begins
May 29, 2015 12:44 PM - sschind: Rodell- How has Janis proven he can be a game breaker? or that he can play for than matter. From what I have seen he has proven no such thing.
May 29, 2015 12:45 PM - sschind: unless by proven he can play you mean not get injured, in that case I would have to agree.
May 29, 2015 1:59 PM - Green and Gold: It always seems that the offense is moving more smoothly with the no huddle look and Rodgers in command. Seen a lot of conservative play calling end up in 3 and outs from McCarthy.
May 29, 2015 2:14 PM - Pokerbrat2000: With AR under center and a master at reading defenses and audibles, I prefer the no huddle hands down.....
May 29, 2015 2:18 PM - Pokerbrat2000: just get under center faster.....drives me nuts when he has to burn a timeout to avoid delay of game
May 29, 2015 2:47 PM - Green and Gold: Enough of the stepping off the gas, GB can score points.
May 29, 2015 3:21 PM - Vrill: We should go to up tempo no huddle offense 50% of the game this season
May 29, 2015 6:54 PM - Twiddlemylobes: the exciting thing was last year we were a scoring machine. But I actually believe we have a higher ceiling this year if we can stay relatively healthy
May 29, 2015 6:58 PM - Twiddlemylobes: We can improve on scoring on "goal to go" scenarios. I also feel we can improve the variety of plays similar to what Seattle did with Harvin Our week 1 opener. We need to bring out the Raji goal line special if the opportunity arises in our home opener
May 29, 2015 7:06 PM - rodell330: Janis is bigger, faster, and stronger than Abby. Also has a healthier knee...
May 29, 2015 7:19 PM - Twiddlemylobes: I feel like Janis is gonna be a player who "wears well" His 1st year in a new environment with a seasoned QB trying to pop off 75 snaps was a humbling experience. We kept Janis for a reason, we know he has superior physical attributes. He just needs more timing work and better grip on the playbook.
May 29, 2015 7:23 PM - Twiddlemylobes: There's absolutely no reason he can't be at at a Davante Adams level by mid season. Another training camp under his belt and he's gonna start getting some more looks now

May 29, 2015 at 7:24 PM - adambr2: I think he's far too buried on the depth chart to set expectations that high for him to be at midseason where Davante is.
May 29, 2015 at 7:47 PM - Twiddlemylobes: I understand that position. I also understand he had incredible upside. It takes 1 injury in this game to propel a player into the spotlight. No question he's got work to do but I don't think we have seen the best of Janis yet.

May 30, 2015 at 9:09 AM - Green and Gold: Hundley learning from the best QB in the game in a great offensive system. Gets to maintain his health, then sign big for another team.
May 30, 2015 at 1:58 PM - Vrill: ....or trade him for a high pick,,
May 30, 2015 at 4:30 PM - Vltrophy: Packers won't draft Rodgers replacement until 2017 at the latest IMO. Then possibly use a 2nd rd pick maybe a first if someone is there who they think is worthy

May 31, 2015 at 10:39 AM - WOLF PACK: Hey guys, any news on Kennard Backman? I think he could end up being a steal, if given the opportunity.
May 31, 2015 at 12:03 PM - Pokerbrat2000: Backman's biggest hurdle, according to Backman, will be learning the playbook as well as all of the adjustments expected from a TE in a very complicated offense. Players before him like Bostick and DJ Williams struggled with such.
May 31, 2015 at 12:23 PM - Green and Gold: Aaron should've been calling his own plays 3 years ago.
May 31, 2015 at 12:23 PM - Green and Gold: :D
May 31, 2015 at 2:05 PM - rodell330: I agree ^^^^
May 31, 2015 at 2:08 PM - rodell330: He sure wouldn't call those dumb toss sweep plays that never work that's for sure smh...
May 31, 2015 at 2:14 PM - Twiddlemylobes: Yes. Or the consecutive running up the gut for 1 tough yard when you need 9-10
May 31, 2015 at 2:14 PM - Twiddlemylobes: And Eddies singing Paul Simon "love me like a Rock" and who do.. Who do ya think Ya foolin''"
May 31, 2015 at 2:18 PM - Twiddlemylobes: I'll have to string sum of those horrendous fights to the LOS with that song overlapped. Sort of a sequel to "nobody does it better" Walter theme
May 31, 2015 at 2:26 PM - Green and Gold: Go Pack Go!
May 31, 2015 at 4:28 PM - The program 61: Janis is 2nd coming of jordy given the opportunity not to jynx him but i know thats what everyone sees in hime but no one is saying.
May 31, 2015 at 5:10 PM - adambr2: If you think no one is saying that you clearly haven't seen much of this board the last couple months.
May 31, 2015 at 7:17 PM - Green and Gold: What other pair can challenge Nelson/Cobb 's excellent play?

Jun 1, 2015 at 7:23 AM - Pokerbrat2000: Don't get me wrong, Nelson/Cobb are an awesome pair, but I think AR has a lot more to do with that then people will admit.
Jun 1, 2015 at 8:35 AM - WOLF PACK: Janis actually reminds me more of Don Bebe instead of Jordy.
Jun 1, 2015 at 11:47 AM - Pokerbrat2000: Janis is 4" taller then Beebe, weighs almost 40 lbs more.....not really sure how?
Jun 1, 2015 at 12:41 PM - Twiddlemylobes: what was impressive about Beebe is he could out bench Janis at a 35lb differential. And Janis ain't No slouch with 20 reps
Jun 1, 2015 at 1:24 PM - The program 61: any WR with over 20 reps is awesome in my book
Jun 1, 2015 at 1:24 PM - The program 61: like to see more cornerbacks do that
Jun 1, 2015 at 3:01 PM - WOLF PACK: Obviously Janis is bigger than Beebe, but in terms of his shapr cuts and super straight-line speed, that's where the likeness comes into play
Jun 1, 2015 at 3:01 PM - WOLF PACK: sharp*

Jun 2, 2015 8:24 AM - Green and Gold: Need to start hot this year. Our first 4 of 6 games are at home.
Jun 2, 2015 1:05 PM - AmishMafia: so long as we end hot, i will be happy
Jun 2, 2015 2:04 PM - JK64: Cam Newton due to make 31 mil next year.
Jun 2, 2015 3:23 PM - The program 61: Also with bench press the taller you are the harder it is got to move the weight alot farther.
Jun 2, 2015 4:40 PM - Green and Gold: Lacy is an incredibly solid and consistent young running back. Almost forget 40+ straight games without a 100+ yd rusher.
