Maybe one of them is looking like a great two down LB and they're planning on Richardson being our ILB on third down. We don't know. TT knows. The same could be said for Goodson at CB or Penell at NT. We don't really necessarily know what the "needs" are.

Guys like Bradford, Thornton, Thomas, and Goodson have much proving to do in competitive situations before they can be counted on to play major roles.
