The Dolphin receiver they should target, Albert Wilson, isn't on the list. He's a YAC specialist and reportedly he's healthy and ready to play again. Grant would be an unlikely trade candidate seeing as how they just signed up to an extension. Wilson was signed by the previous regime and has only one year left in his deal.

I didnt put him because I dont see them letting him go. I agree though.

Sanu today had 5 targets for 5 catches, resulting in three first downs and one touchdown.

his ego is getting in the way too imo. he thinks running MLF's O makes him a "game manager" and has said as much. so they're trying to run a mish-mash of the old and new offenses with very limited success. with the lack of talent on the O side of the ball it would be to his advantage to run the system as designed, toss out the "trust" bs (throw to anyone in other words), and take what the D gives him. get the ball out quick instead of holding the ball (he's leading in the league in throwaways again).

Let's see, Rodgers completed passes to nine different receivers on Sunday while mentioning that he only cares about winning at this point in his career.

http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap30...-focused-on-wins-not-stats-with-complete-team

Maybe you should stop with the BS to bring up his ego every time you believe something to be wrong about the team.

I just thought of a perfect WR for the Packers to trade for:

Larry Fitzgerald.

Now, THAT, would take us over the top. He’s on a one year deal with ARI. Seriously can’t imagine a better possibility.

He would fit well, but I can't imagine Arizona trading their franchise icon while he can still play.

Browns are listening to trade offers for Odell Beckham Jr.

Obviously this is a red flag, so early into the season with his new and struggling team.

His talent is undeniable. I'd send them a 2 if they'd take it.

He is a Cardinal for life... I think he has said in the past he would retire before playing anywhere else.

Sorry but a player icon of a franchise like he is, I believe it would be offensive to even reach out to them.

He’s on a one year deal. I’m sure Larry would love a shot at winning a SB with GB & Aaron Rodgers. ARI is going youth in a rebuild and I’m certain they would love draft capital to move along. Seems one of the MORE realistic options.

Okay let me push aside my respect for the icon thing....I agree he does make sense in the direction the team has gone. I'd add him to my list of targets IF we decide to try something. Sanu is still my #1 though as he isn't a one year and done, that option of another could be good.

Hey tynimiller,
Man, I can just see how much fun this whole team would have adding Larry Fitzgerald. Larry would totally dig that too.

Over the top.

I have not been on board with WR being our top need, but, this scenario would be incredible.

Can you imagine Rodgers?

I'm actually with you as I believe ILB is a bigger need, Blake needs HELP. Aaron would love to see any experienced WR walk through the doors I bet, Larry's pedigree would just make the grin a bit bigger.

I'd take a player like Larry every single day on this team, at any point in his career, but he's not ever leaving AZ. He's retiring a Cardinal and that's how it should be.

Really though, putting yourself in Fitzgerald’s shoes, loyalty to the Arizona Cardinals vs. a shot at winning a SB with Aaron Rodgers & Co?

I don’t think Cardinals loyalty runs THAT deep. He watched fellow teammate Anquan Boldin take off for a ring with BAL.

I bet he would jump at the opportunity. Seems to me these planets are perfectly aligned... if it were to happen I would freak.

I haven't seen that reported anywhere. That's hilarious, if true.

I have to say, I am LOVING the Browns coming up small this year. Baker's arrogant self is getting smashed, Odell's diva attitude is about to come out in a major way. I'm waiting to hear a story about him and Randall getting into a fist fight in the locker room.

It's no less than they deserve. Dorsey made it his mission this off-season to acquire every idiot he could lay his hands on. Then they turned into hype bunnies despite the fact that the most important part of the offense (after QB), the line, is garbage.

I would not trade a 2nd round pick for Beckham. If it's true that they are listening to offers, that's a huge red flag. Let Dorsey keep the divas, morons, and woman beaters. Wolf and Highsmith can go find him some more.

I would trade my first round pick for Beckham. With him the pick is no higher than the 28 spot, probably 31 or 32 though because no one would be able to stop Rodgers with Adams on one side and Beckham on the other.

I think he's exactly the type of player who's loyalty runs that deep. He's like a Joe Thomas, but at a "diva" position with no diva in his blood. He's been thru it all in AZ and I think he'll see it thru there until the end.

To be fair his mentality and mindset is one I see in Aaron Jones and to a bit lesser degree Davante Adams. If his loyalty and love of Arizona can be what AJ and DA have for Green Bay I'm gonna be in heaven for years to come.

I’m not going to pretend to know who the right fit is, but I’m pretty confident there’s several players out who would entertain the idea.
I’ll just say we haven’t prioritized WR. I don’t count Day 3 picks because they are more of a gamble. I appreciate we spent 3 picks last year, However, we’ve lost Jordy, Monty, Cobb and Davis since that same time frame and that’s just not even close to being =
Jordy and Cobb were once one of the strongest duos in the NFL.

We needed petro at WR 2 years ago and now we are on fumes. We keep stopping and putting 2 gallons in but our aim is to go coast to coast. I’m not interested in watching us pushing our vehicle to the Coast. The Cannonball Run will be over before we see the start if we’re not careful.
We’ve got a muscle car but it don’t run without combustion. I’d rather get caught speeding if that’s the risk choice.

Well, the browns gave up a 1st and 3rd round picks and 2 good players in OG Zeitler an Jabril Peppers (drafted in first round 2 years ago). Not sure what they expect in return, but it will not be anywhere near that.

Maybe this Dave Gettleman will be seen as a genius.

They used the first on Dexter Lawrence who has 2 sacks from DT and certainly looks promising.

Anyway, OBJ can be very impressive but can also disappear for games at a time. Seems a bit of a headcase, but then again AB set a whole new bar for that title.

If we could get him for a 2nd, I would do it. Doubt the browns go for it after the investment they made.

I think if they're looking for addition by subtraction, rather than trading OBJ they should fire their head coach and promote Monken. The guy was great in Tampa last year and was our runner up for head coach. Either that or pull play-calling duties away from Freddie... who, in the few times I've listened to him, sounds like a complete idiot. They should also be looking to bolster their o-line which is in absolute shambles.

OBJ's value is overstated given the negatives.

He started going flaky in NY with those ridiculous sideline antics which couldn't have been anything but a team distraction. Who knows what other sh*t was going on in the building. Then he got his trade and big contract. Now he's extending his brand building and adding product placements, getting into it with the league over his wearing that $180,000 watch during preseason. His watch sponsor got some advertising out of it; they might be happy with the investment.

OBJ is a whole poke full of red flags.
