It's always something every year. Last year it was Special Teams and forever it's been Defense.

Barry Sucks as a Defensive Coordinator.

We also need a Kicker that can reach the End zone on Kickoffs

Crosby can very much make the end zone. If you did your homework you would know that Bisaccia has always liked his kickers to hang the ball high and kick it right to the goal line to force a return and rely on stop the returner short. He hates touchbacks.
