Yeah and truthfully with all the mounting injuries they may be too much for this team to continue the growth projection they've been on for a few weeks now. Fingers crossed Ben Sims is ready for expanded play because I suspect Musgrave is done for the year personally, and I suspect Jones only sees three or four max.
I think Craft proved last week that he is ready. Hopefully him and Sims can help fill the void some.

We simply were and are up against a very strong opponent. They stop us and we cannot stop them.
You would think with all the resources they put in the front 7, they would be more stout! They still stink against the run..unless they play terrible teams! Detroit will probably run them out of the building.

Bo Melton and James Robinson signed from PS to the 53 today.....tells me with Watson/Wicks/Reed ALL on the injury report one or two are not dressing.

We also placed Musgrave and Wilson on IR

Henry Pearson (FB) and Benny Sapp (S) elevated for game.

A fullback? Wow maybe Lafleur has finally had enough of Deguera.
Maybe he will commit to a more power run game with a fb and Rhyan in.

I think Deguara will be called to be inline a little more than normal - forced result of necessity with Musgrave injury. Pearson also has ST playing abilities and with our laundry list of guys likely to not play there is a real chance he sees ST snaps but nothing else even.

I blame the inept strength and conditioning program! They should all be fired, but only after they work with the rest of the team to strengthen and condition their kidneys so that we don't get any more of these laceration injuries!!!
Good thinking @El Guapo
We need to all focus on our Kidney health. Although it doesn’t amount to a hill of beans this late in season.

In all seriousness I hope Luke is ok he’s one tough cookie

DeGuera didn't finish the last game. Pearson is up to replace the H-back snaps. Dillon probably would have done it if Jones were playing.

Just saw Deguera listed as doubtful with hip injury. Hope this fb can block as Jones is out and Dillon is questionable.

Zero clue if tongue in cheek but...we are listed first opponent second:

Week 1 - 6 vs 6
Week 2 - 9 vs 5
Week 3 - 9 vs 7
Week 4 - 10 vs 9
Week 5 - 12 vs 8
Week 7 - 10 vs 6
Week 8 - 11 vs 5
Week 9 - 7 vs 12
Week 10 - 10 vs 5
Week 11 - 10 vs 10
Week 12 - 17 vs 4
Good analysis but the better thing to do would be to see how many players didn't play due to injury. For instance, I don't know which players were on the report against the Chargers (I couldn't find one with 10 players) but found one with eight:
Rudy Ford (DNP)
Jaire Alexander (DNP)
Rashan Gary (played)
Quay Walker (played)
Christian Watson (played)
Yosh Nijman (played)
Jon Runyan (played)
Kenny Clark (played)

So only 2 out of the 8 players listed did not play. So who is listed on the report is meaningless, it's really how many players were held out due to injury each week. I doubt that anybody really has the time/patience to figure that out.

Why and how did it happen? I've heard of this b4 during football
It happened during a practice prior to our first game of the season.
I was the left HB and in the process of throwing a block I ended up on the ground and a defensive lineman was pushing an offensive lineman backwards and one of them spiked me in the right kidney.
The pain was unbearable and I spent the night in the hospital.
Sadly I was done for the season.
I was able to run track in the spring though.

Lists were pulled directly from Packers.com if it doesn’t match it was a mistake.

I'm not certain but didn't I see Musgrave take a really big hit to the midsection? And he went off the field for a play.
I guess when he went down on that diving catch he landed on the ball itself. A freak injury.

We really have never been stout unless you go back before 2010. Kenny Clark is just one player. What they have drafted is mainly speed. That will not stop 3rd and 1 against most teams. Detroit will probably throw periodically as play action but they will probably just pound it. They know they have 7 games to go also and do not want to get their roster torn up either.

I honestly don't think we will miss a beat with Kraft. Will look forward to both of them seeing time together (he and Musgrave).

He landed on the ball. The defensive player did hit him in the back, though. Kind of a dirty play, as Musgrave was already down.

I’d be pretty shocked if we won (or if it was particularly close, to be honest) but to be fair I didn’t like our chances vs Chargers either. And the Bears really snatched defeat from the jaws of victory vs them yesterday… I’d like to think if the bears can keep it close and/or be in a position to win then we should be able to, too.
The Lions are much better than the Chargers. The Bolts offense is pretty good (I suspect WR drops did them in more than anything else) but that defense of theirs is bad. The kitties will be full of pizz and vinegar tomorrow after that comeback against the Bears. I just hope we don't get blown out and nobody else gets seriously hurt.

That is terrible. The precautions in his profession can be frightening. Not sure but I believe he should not play the rest of the season. This does not heal overnight. And even if it does not hurt all the time the risk of making it worse are there.
It would be foolhardy to not shut him down for a while. We don't need to make it worse and this is a good opportunity for Kraft now.

Yeah, we have to match their intensity. Cannot let them push us around like last game.
