So clearly the plan is try to out score people 35-30 every week then?? Well I guess if you suck at drafting defensive playmakers and are going to neglect the defense along with keeping Capers around.. mise well go all out and get Rodgers weapons. Now all they need to do is add Adrian Peterson then they may have a realistic chance at playing in the SB against the Patriots next season. This guy can bring a speed dynamic to the offense from the TE spot but so could Cajuste who's still on the practice squad.

If your banking on a PS guy to be the next great TE, then I'm going to do the same at CB and call our #1 position filled with Herb Waters.:laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh:

Kendricks was an all-American at Wisconsin and a second round draft pick. Rams decided to let Cook go last year as they had him. He is far more along then a practice squad player.

He's actually produced in the NFL

Well that's not what I meant...I actually meant if Kendricks is the guy to stretch the field from the TE spot then why not just promote Cajuste who's bigger, younger, cheaper, and just as fast. Also knows the system. No more pracfuxwbsquad corners tho. No that ship has sank already.

Im very aware of his background..but if You say this about him then why not about bringing in a corner who's actually produced in the NFL instead of a practice squad player?? Offense doesn't need near as work as the defense.

I already told ya.

"5 wide and burn rubber" Score Score Score Score Score Score baby!

I'm hoping Thompson lands Claiborne. At least he would be a "stop gap" until they can develop someone.

I can almost guarantee you that Claiborne wouldn't last the entire season without missing at least 4-5 games. No more injury Prone corners . What they need to do is get on the phone and make an offer for DRC. Restructure Matthews and add Levey or Barwin and then maybe you have a team that can win a SB.

I'd be doing cartwheels if they got DRC.

What would you trade for a cb of his ilk?

Why would the Giants let DRC go?

I was with you right up to the point where you said "realistic chance at playing in the Super Bowl." It's clear that Teddy has no idea what free agency is for, which is no surprise considering he rarely uses it. Until he gets serious about addressing the obvious weakness of this team, no amount of offenseive weapons is going to get them any closer to a Super Bowl.

Ty also looks good and this is supposed to be a deep RB class if we don't get Lacy back. Not worried.
Montgomery is not a #1 RB. Nice multi-tool 3rd. down type guy. Love motioning him to the slot against LBs. He's not a guy you want to take 20 carries. Contrary to last season's commentary in these pages he is not Bell or Barry Sanders or any of the other silly comparisons that were made.

This team still needs a RB. And if he's a good one, along with Bennett, that gets you back to break even from the start of last season, minus Lang perhaps (probably?).

Lol... when Rodell isn't negative enough for you. Yikes.

It's going to be funny the next time they win a ring and you have to try and come up with a reason to ***** about it.
