Source? Not disputing it but I agree with @Poppa San that that statistic definitely wouldn't pass my own scouting report.
Fast forwarded to 35 mins in...talking about swearing, beer drinking and media....at 39 presently and no mention of coverage yet.
*Update: 44 minute mark nothing.
Could practicing against AR12 be a hindrance on 3rd and short? He likes to take a shot there and go again on 4th for the sticks. Defense plays as it practices.

Pettine pc..again Nagler asks him same question..and Pettine gave long answer
Likely true. However there is a possibility that one of the current CB’s on the roster or practice squad could actually be a better producer than King. There is also the possibility that an off the street free agent CB could be acquired next summer that becomes our #2 CB and be a more reliable player than King.well...unless they draft a guy who'll actually start and be better than king, they'll be worse back there without him. it's as simple as that. oh...and there's a greater than zero chance that's the position they target in the first round.

not drafting Watt still causes me angst. The entire defense makeup would look different today with him on it. How many tfl’s and turnovers would he have been responsible for? IMO, Watt and Tyler Lockett are our two biggest misses in recent years.I doubt another team is going to offer him a big contract so I doubt he'll be going anywhere. We do need to upgrade that spot. His tackling technique is poor and he is injury prone. What good is he if he misses games every year? To think we passed on TJ Watt....
sometimes his tackling isn't good but most of the time it is. it's the diving misses that we remember and get the attention. there are plenty of teams with cap room going into 2021 that giving king a good contract won't be problem for. he'll get paid. he's an above average corner with the measurables teams like.I doubt another team is going to offer him a big contract so I doubt he'll be going anywhere. he's a free agent after this season. he's gone.I’m going to go with the wait and see on King, thru the playoffs before a final judgment. I also agree we have had a lot of inconsistencies on both sides of the ball all season, but if his play and others is of the highest suck ability, don’t release him out right see what’s out there for trade bait or maybe a lucky draft pick
We don’t have the luxury of deciding to release or keep him. He is a free agent after this year. This discussion wouldn’t be happening were this not the case. If he was still going to be under his rookie contract next year it would be a no brainer to keep him. The fact that he is going to be negotiating a second contract with some team is the whole point. The Packers have negative cap space going into next year, and signing King to a lucrative second contract is highly unlikely for the Packers.I’m going to go with the wait and see on King, thru the playoffs before a final judgment. I also agree we have had a lot of inconsistencies on both sides of the ball all season, but if his play and others is of the highest suck ability, don’t release him out right see what’s out there for trade bait or maybe a lucky draft pick

There have been some rumblings that King is playing through an undisclosed injury.
He's not a great corner when he's healthy, and part of the deal with him is that he is ALWAYS hurt.
But that might explained why he's been particularly bad this season. And it might be an avenue to bring him back on an inexpensive, one year deal to help bridge to a new player.
I doubt another team is going to offer him a big contract so I doubt he'll be going anywhere.
