Hey, thanks for all the ideas. I just talked to the hostess and she said that the game wont be on. I kinda figured (the host is a huge vikings fan)

Looks like i will be staying home this New Year's Eve.

Have the party at your house. Put a radio in your ear. Wait for the early games, go to the party if the Packers can't make the playoffs. Tape the game. Tape the party. Dump your friends.

First of all I would ask myself what means the most, The party? Or the Packers game? Then make my decision from there. I for one wouldnt attend a party during a football game unless they have a TV and is a Football party. But thats me not you......and it could be Favres last game, IMO I highly doubt that though, I think he will be back for another year...
