Barry had more success while with the Buccaneers with the team finishing within the top 10 in offense during three of his four season in Tampa.

Meh.

Their OL's weren't anything to speak of, and I really don't know how much credit/blame an assistant OL coach should get.

I agree that Barry most likely wasn't a huge factor in the success of the Buccaneers offense, just wanted to make it look like a better hire
