Advantages:

WR: Giants
QB: Packers
RB: Giants
TE: Packers
OL: Packers

Rushers: Giants
DL: Giants
Safeties: Giants by a mile
DB'S: Giants by a mile
The Giants are better on D in every area.

Special teams: Giants ( Dwayne Harris)
Coaching: I'll give Packers due to experience.
Defensive coordinator: Giants by a mile
Intangibles: Giants. Won't need to worry about the crowd. Looking at resale Sites, there will be plenty of Giants fans.

Analysis: Sheppard, OBJ,Cruz vs our secondary is scary. Just a bad matchup. We've seen that a great D can shut down a great O.

I'm a Packers fan. I'm also a realistic. Eli can struggle and the Giants can still win. If Rodgers struggles, we're getting blown out. Giants win. McCarthy's job is rightfully safe because of the finish. Capers comes back. TT comes back. It'll be groundhog day.

Would it have been better to lose them all, have public mutiny on our hands instead? I actually quite enjoyed watching a team, with so much going against them continue to battle and fight despite the growing howls from the peanut galleries and come thru the other side.

Even if we lose in Sunday, while I'll be disappointed there is t another week and we didn't win a championship, I think this season showed me a lot about the men in that locker room. I'll root for those guys forever, they've earned it

I agree with all of your points. My point was in response to another slap at those rightfully pointing out that there were problems here. Needing a 6 game winning streak just to make the playoffs doesn't scream powerhouse.

Needing them, no. But doing it, and against a bunch of teams in the playoffs or in it till we knocked em out is t too shabby either. I don't know exactly how they're doing it, but I like it :)

It sure is compared to 6 weeks ago. We're one of the 3-4 most feared teams in the playoffs. No one wants to play us right now.

I agree. Rodgers brilliance will mask where this season was going....down the drain. My hope is the front office doesn't get blinded by this streak. The D needs major upgrades, still need some O changes.

the OLB position will be interesting, but i think Perry will be re-signed and then there are a bunch of options, none of which I know how they'll turn out or even what ones exist at this point. We need to address DB help too. I'd like that lock down guy. I can't judge the young guys this year, too much injury, too much flux, too much everything and I don't know enough to really evaluate them other than to say they look nothing like they did in year 1.

But I think if those 2 positions are dealt with adequately, this defense is right up there again. Lots of "ifs" though. I'm still holding out hope they can get it done this year with who they have :) They don't need to be dominating. Just force a few mistakes and let our offense do it's thing.

There´s absolutely no doubt the Packers need to bring in a #1 cornerback next offseason. With only two outside linebackers under contract for the 2017 season the position has to be addressed as well. On offense re-signing Cook seems to be the only move needed to be made.

Running the table means winning the SB. Otherwise, it's another season with a low draft pick and wasting a year off Rodgers career. This is a huge game for many involved.

Implies if we fail, it`s everybodies fault but Rodgers. I`m really getting tired of this statement.

I'm just concerned that Perry is simply Doug Martin on defense. Hurt all the time, then has a good contract year and gets a deal, and then goes back to not playing through injury anymore. If Perry is cheap the Packers should sign him. It's a mistake, I think, to sign perry and count on him to be an impact player on the defense; how many games has Perry done well when Matthews was out?

I don't think anyone is signing him to a blockbuster deal, but if someone does, I don't want it to be us. But I think he's worthy of consideration. Health is always my concern with him.

If he's looking to get paid as one of the game's top LB's, then say goodbye.

The Packers should renegotiate Matthews contract and use the cap space saved to re-sign Perry. When both of them are healthy they form a formidable edge rusher duo.

Aaron Rodgers can do no wrong. He's never been the reason that we have lost a game, and he never will be. :D ;)
Well try to win a game with this terrible defense with Jay Cutler. Fact is without Arod, the Packets are a perennial last place team like the Clowns. Aaron can't play defense and he can't make his receivers get separation or catch the ball. When the receivers are not open, Aaron struggles, but less so than any qb in the league.
