Jan 14, 2014 8:10 PM - longtimefan: no one else caught the exit only joke by VL? that was good!
Jan 14, 2014 8:36 PM - Smokeychedder: Some had the class not to carry it any further, and some have no class.
Jan 14, 2014 8:47 PM - longtimefan: Says they guy that got the ball rolling by stating, I hope you mean snow..
Jan 15, 2014 1:52 AM - Vltrophy: Read an article say we should move up & get Ha Ha from Bama. Lacy would love that. Him being a former team mate. Calvin Pryor is supposed to be a close 2nd but have a higher ceiling. We shall see
Jan 15, 2014 6:16 AM - Dan115: Maybe Lacy could NOT stand him
Jan 15, 2014 2:27 PM - Vltrophy: Lacy is supposed to replace A.D. For the Pro Bowl
Jan 15, 2014 3:17 PM - 7thFloorRA: It will be awesome to see him truck Deion if he is on the other team.
Jan 15, 2014 4:46 PM - Vltrophy: Finley says he's not taking a discount. He's gone for sure
Jan 15, 2014 5:04 PM - 7thFloorRA: Who in the hell is going to dump cash at a guy who just had the injury and procedure he just had??
Jan 15, 2014 5:37 PM - 7thFloorRA: No Vic Beasley in the draft this year. I thought he was a potential pick for TT in the first round.
Jan 15, 2014 6:25 PM - MiamiBeachPacker: If that's the way Finley is thinking right now, I won't be too sad to see him go.
Jan 15, 2014 6:30 PM - Smokeychedder: Draft for Defense ! GO PACK GO !
Jan 15, 2014 7:34 PM - longtimefan: Cant fault a guy for getting as much as possible...but dont come out and say it!!

Jan 15, 2014 8:10 PM - Carl: I'd prefer a cheaper Quarless
Jan 16, 2014 6:32 AM - Vltrophy: Finely's not worth $8M even healthy
Jan 16, 2014 7:18 AM - Powarun: I agree keep Quarless
Jan 16, 2014 3:03 PM - Vltrophy: Russell Johnson who played professor on Gilligans Island has died
Jan 16, 2014 3:05 PM - Vltrophy: Vince Lombardi & Curly Lambeau have been moved from the front if Lambeau Field for about 6 months while renovation is being done. Each statue weighs about 1 ton
Jan 16, 2014 3:11 PM - gatorpack: Do you have msn as home page?
Jan 16, 2014 3:16 PM - Poppa San: Y?
Jan 16, 2014 4:41 PM - Smokeychedder: Y MSN ?
Jan 16, 2014 4:42 PM - Zartan: I doubt Finley is getting alot of money. There is a chance he might not be able to play agian.
Jan 16, 2014 4:42 PM - Zartan: *again
Jan 16, 2014 4:44 PM - Smokeychedder: Saw Dawn Wells (Mary Ann) interview the other day, she looked good for her age.
Jan 16, 2014 5:04 PM - Smokeychedder: R.I.P. Russell Johnson (The Professor) .
Jan 16, 2014 6:56 PM - 7thFloorRA: So who is the new QB coach going to be?
Jan 16, 2014 7:14 PM - Jordyruns: I vote Brett
Jan 16, 2014 7:16 PM - Vltrophy: I believe it'll be Andy Van Pelt unless MM hires from the outside
Jan 16, 2014 7:17 PM - Vltrophy: The RBs coach

Jan 16, 2014 8:03 PM - Dan115: I am sure it will be Brett
Jan 16, 2014 8:19 PM - Forget Favre: RIP to The Professor of G. Island and Mr. Kinkade of the Partridge Fam. So far we have 2. We may get a third pretty soon. Who will it be?
Jan 16, 2014 8:21 PM - Forget Favre: Brent Fail as the GB QB coach? Yeah, I can just see it now. He will show up whenever he feels like it and his advice to Aaron? "Just wing it down there and hope one of your receivers will catch it." :D
Jan 16, 2014 8:21 PM - 7thFloorRA: Bieber
Jan 16, 2014 8:21 PM - 7thFloorRA: You are talking about a state championship coach!!!
Jan 16, 2014 9:57 PM - joshsup17: my entire lineup is on trading block.... minus godgers
Jan 17, 2014 1:01 AM - Dan115: Brett is coacing for vikes?
Jan 17, 2014 6:41 AM - Vltrophy: Good one Dan but no need to put down high school football like that
Jan 17, 2014 7:32 AM - NOMOFO: lol... it's like years ago on Packer forums there was lots of talk about what a great coach LeRoy Butler would be. I love LeRoy....great guy...met him and talked to him a few times.... but he is NOT coach material. Listen to him on the radio sometime. He has a problem communicating a basic thought. how is he going to be an NFL coach
Jan 17, 2014 11:35 AM - easyk83: the seas are boiling and the sky is turning black, I just agreed with NOM
Jan 17, 2014 11:41 AM - 7thFloorRA: Sounds like he was let go the nice way. If you can let go of Greene you sure as hell can let Lovat go.
Jan 17, 2014 11:52 AM - rodell330: no way they let go of Green
Jan 17, 2014 11:53 AM - rodell330: if so that's the dumbest coaching staf move i've ever seen. Lovat and slocum should have both be fired yrs ago.
Jan 17, 2014 11:53 AM - 7thFloorRA: Who ever the Big Unit was just talking to indicated that he though he was let go
Jan 17, 2014 11:54 AM - 7thFloorRA: The only reason most of us liked Greene is probably because he is cool and is fiery on the sideline. He could be a horrible coach technique wise.
Jan 17, 2014 12:06 PM - NOMOFO: lol...easy e... i suspect we actually agree on more than we disagree.
Jan 17, 2014 1:53 PM - PackwillBEback: Greene said he's leaving for family, that's all it is. Glad he coached for the Pack. Don't really know what to think of him as a coach though, Packers LB Corps was never that impressive with their arm tackling and what not, but did have a good year or two..
Jan 17, 2014 2:58 PM - Vltrophy: Ate my first burger from Red Robin. Yummmmm. Had the A-1 Peppercorn
Jan 17, 2014 6:21 PM - Dan115: trophy, LOL you are sly LOL

Jan 17, 2014 8:26 PM - Vltrophy: Just saw who we play next year home & away. So glad we play the Seahawks there. Gives us a chance to beat them & shut them
Jan 17, 2014 8:44 PM - Vltrophy: Home games besides our div is Pats jets Panthers Atlanta & Eagles. Away games are Saints TB Seahawks Bills & Dolphins besides our div
Jan 17, 2014 9:19 PM - Smokeychedder: Red Robin : 3.5 stars out of a possible 5 stars.
Jan 17, 2014 10:29 PM - Zartan: Should beat the Jets,Falcons,Panthers,Bucs,Bills and Dolphins. Beat up on the lowely Lions,Vikings twice and split with the Bears. Theres 11 wins right there.
Jan 17, 2014 10:29 PM - Zartan: 11-5 is my prediction.
Jan 18, 2014 12:33 AM - Dan115: Darren Sharper in a little hot water
Jan 18, 2014 5:31 AM - longtimefan: He is accused of ****
Jan 18, 2014 5:32 AM - Vltrophy: Panthers have a good D. That'll be a tough game IMO. Curious as to who will be our new LB coach
Jan 18, 2014 5:33 AM - Vltrophy: Hadn't heard bout Sharper being accused
Jan 18, 2014 5:38 AM - longtimefan: just google him
Jan 18, 2014 5:57 AM - weeds: It'll all be a big misunderstanding after the check is written out
Jan 18, 2014 11:46 AM - Vltrophy: Just going by what Warren Sapp makes per month which is 45K per month. If u want some p**** that bad get a hooker. Google said there was 1 last yr & 1 this month. I mean C'mon man. Unfortunately that's more than both my wife & I make in a year
Jan 18, 2014 12:45 PM - Dan115: hAS TO BE MORE TO THIS STORY
Jan 18, 2014 1:46 PM - Zartan: How did they deflate the Humpy Dump dome?
Jan 18, 2014 1:46 PM - Zartan: I never really understood that
Jan 18, 2014 4:13 PM - longtimefan: Vikings suck so bad it is an internal sucking action
Jan 18, 2014 4:24 PM - NOMOFO: lol...sucked the air right out of that place!
Jan 18, 2014 4:30 PM - Raptorman: How do you deflate the doom? Turn the fans off. It's that simple
Jan 18, 2014 5:24 PM - 7thFloorRA: Im watching this sr bowl thing on espn and this kid from LSU is cussing up a storm on live tv and espn just keeps letting it go
Jan 18, 2014 5:34 PM - gatorpack: Vikings making good moves!! say it aint so...
Jan 18, 2014 6:54 PM - Dan115: Not a good move for them leaving the dome.
Jan 18, 2014 7:52 PM - Vltrophy: Saw an article titled Jimmy Grahm a FA. What would he look like in GB? First the Saints won't let him go & will resign him. 2nd TT wouldn't pay that kinda money especially after Rodgers & CM3's contract

Jan 18, 2014 8:00 PM - Dan115: so he would look invisable
Jan 18, 2014 8:21 PM - gatorpack: a superbowl champion!!!
Jan 19, 2014 12:50 AM - Vltrophy: I'm hoping TT will trade back up into 1st round. Get a safety & TE Ebron
Jan 19, 2014 6:43 AM - 7thFloorRA: I would be fine taking Ebron first and then Buchanan in the 2nd and keep all the picks. The only safety you would get in the 1st round is clinton-dix.
Jan 19, 2014 7:04 AM - NOMOFO: They are set on the o-side of the ball. We need proven players more than numbers this year. I hope TT trades up.
Jan 19, 2014 7:18 AM - Vltrophy: We need a top safety for sure but u figure Finely likely not being resigned our TEs aren't that good. At best Quarless is just above average at best & just having 3 WRs should & a really good running game isn't enough IMO. To be a decent contender u need a top TE as well. Look at Gonzalez Grahm Gronkiski(when healthy) & Hernandez before he got stupid.
Jan 19, 2014 7:19 AM - Vltrophy: A top TE is very necessary IMO as well as getting a top safety
Jan 19, 2014 7:40 AM - 7thFloorRA: I agree. A good TE is essential. Gotta draft one this year.
Jan 19, 2014 7:40 AM - 7thFloorRA: Darren Perry can feel free to follow Greene out the door.
Jan 19, 2014 7:57 AM - easyk83: I think Darren Perry has done a good job with what he's had, not much
Jan 19, 2014 7:58 AM - easyk83: The only good prospect was Morgan Burnett and he's not as fast or athletic as he was pre knee injury
Jan 19, 2014 7:59 AM - easyk83: SS, there isnt much in this draft and whats there will likely be overvalued. Team will move Hyde to SS, maybe grab a vet FA but nothing ****. Then you grab a late round project at the position.
Jan 19, 2014 8:02 AM - 7thFloorRA: he should be able to teach anyone to tackle
Jan 19, 2014 8:22 AM - 7thFloorRA: I just feel like the guy gets a pass. His position group is horrible and has been since someone I am no longer mentioning got hurt. His guys can't tackle, have misscomunications problems on a regular basis and and undisicplined as they give up big plays peeking in the backfield all too often
Jan 19, 2014 8:35 AM - NOMOFO: dont disagree about needing a better TE with j mike gone...but... i think we have a top scoring offense even with what we have... i just think the return on ivestment skews heavy defense
Jan 19, 2014 8:57 AM - 7thFloorRA: If this offense had a good tight end it would hum. Rodges has no safety valve and red zone target over the middle. Every time they were in the red zone it was that little corner out or deep corner fade(which rarely got caught)
Jan 19, 2014 9:23 AM - NorthWestCheeseHead: You don't need a "top" guy at every position to be a contender. Just jave aomeone servicable. I'd rather see TT spend money/ high draft picks elsewhere instead of at TE.
Jan 19, 2014 9:24 AM - Cheesehead625: I think cobb is his safety value to be honest 7th, but I do think a tight end would be great. Having someone go over the middle rather than cobb would stretch cobb's career.
Jan 19, 2014 9:27 AM - NorthWestCheeseHead: Give our TE's an offseason to make the jump. They all stepped up when Fin went down
Jan 19, 2014 9:56 AM - 7thFloorRA: The ND TE (and they seem to do well in the leauge) is a day 3 rated pick now
Jan 19, 2014 9:56 AM - 7thFloorRA: i would love to have him
Jan 19, 2014 9:58 AM - 7thFloorRA: Ryan Taylor does nothing for me and I've never been a huge Quarless fan but he is ok as a backup.
Jan 19, 2014 9:58 AM - 7thFloorRA: Bostick could be good if he could stay on the field....and get on the field
Jan 19, 2014 10:10 AM - NorthWestCheeseHead: I agree about Bostick. Quarless has been more than serviceable in the absence of Fin. I understand not being a fan of his, but objectively speaking TE is not that high of a need for this team at the moment. And Stoneburner is a bit of an unknown to me at this point.
Jan 19, 2014 10:23 AM - ExpatPacker: TE is important but we can pick up Fiedorwicz from Iowa in Round 3 or maybe round 4. We need a safety and an ILB much more. I disagree about there being no 1st round safeties available. There are 2, Clinton-Dix and Calvin Pryor, and whichever of them falls to the Packers at 21 they should take him.
Jan 19, 2014 10:24 AM - ExpatPacker: Fiedorwicz looks like a solid pick, and since there are at least 3 TEs who will be going high, he should be there in the 3rd.
Jan 19, 2014 10:29 AM - ExpatPacker: He's the #4 rated TE in the draft and is noted for his excellent blocking skills, and he's more athletic than he's been given credit for. I don't want us to use a 1st or 2nd round pick on a TE when we have much more pressing needs. Getting Calvin Pryor in Round 1 and a top ILB in round 2 like Yawin Smallwood or Ryan Shazier
Jan 19, 2014 10:47 AM - Vltrophy: Skov from Stanford would make a nice pick for LB but he won't be there for our 2nd pick if TT doesn't trade up which he usually does at least 1-2X per draft
Jan 19, 2014 10:49 AM - 7thFloorRA: Stoneburner should be cut unless he shows some maturity and intelligence
Jan 19, 2014 10:50 AM - 7thFloorRA: he had 3 major major special teams penalties and did absolutely nothing else other than that
Jan 19, 2014 10:57 AM - NorthWestCheeseHead: How about Taylor? he's a solid ST guy, but not that great on O outside of blocking.
Jan 19, 2014 10:58 AM - 7thFloorRA: I think that seems to be his ceiling so far.
Jan 19, 2014 10:58 AM - 7thFloorRA: I think you need 1 pass catcher, 1 run blocker and 1 dual threat.
Jan 19, 2014 10:59 AM - ExpatPacker: VLTrophy actually Yawin Smallwood is rated higher by most than Skov. Skov will probably be there in round 2.
Jan 19, 2014 11:54 AM - gatorpack: Watch the Den Ne game be low scoring. Theres to many people saying it will be high scoring for it to happen.

Jan 19, 2014 at 1:00 PM - Vltrophy: How would u like to have the job if counting how many Omaha's Peyton says in a game
Jan 19, 2014 at 1:09 PM - gatorpack: lol sounds good to me
Jan 19, 2014 at 1:10 PM - gatorpack: I had a feeling it would be lower scoring that thought.
Jan 19, 2014 at 1:19 PM - gatorpack: come on broncos put it on them
Jan 19, 2014 at 1:20 PM - Vltrophy: As long as we get a top 5 TE. Dix won't be there at 21 but Pryor will likely be there. I'm sure Lacy would love for us to trade up in the 1st rd & get Ha Ha
Jan 19, 2014 at 1:21 PM - Vltrophy: A Bronco TD would be really nice
Jan 19, 2014 at 1:22 PM - Vltrophy: FG is better than nothing
Jan 19, 2014 at 1:23 PM - gatorpack: yup and they get the ball after half.
Jan 19, 2014 at 1:29 PM - Vltrophy: Several people doing mock drafts have the Seahawks beating the Broncos in the SB. I've got it the other way around
Jan 19, 2014 at 1:30 PM - Vltrophy: A commercial during the SB will cost $4M for 30 secs
Jan 19, 2014 at 1:35 PM - gatorpack: I hope the Broncos beat seattle in superbowl but I think seattle woudl win
Jan 19, 2014 at 1:54 PM - Vltrophy: Josh Sanchez did his mock draft & had Ha Ha falling to us at 21. Not likely
Jan 19, 2014 at 1:54 PM - gatorpack: lol brady
Jan 19, 2014 at 2:41 PM - pacmaniac: Um did anyone see the guy telling the Broncos mascot to stop banging on the drum?
Jan 19, 2014 at 2:44 PM - Vltrophy: Yes I saw that as well.
Jan 19, 2014 at 2:45 PM - Vltrophy: At Buffalo Wild Wings watching the game.
Jan 19, 2014 at 2:49 PM - gatorpack: broncos should have turned one of those fg into a td
Jan 19, 2014 at 2:52 PM - gatorpack: sorry pats not your year
Jan 19, 2014 at 3:00 PM - Vltrophy: NE is out of timeouts. Gotta love it!
Jan 19, 2014 at 3:01 PM - Vltrophy: IMO this is Peyton's last chance to get another ring even if he comes back next yr
Jan 19, 2014 at 3:03 PM - Vltrophy: That's game
Jan 19, 2014 at 3:27 PM - gatorpack: I hope kap throws 3 pick 6s
Jan 19, 2014 at 3:30 PM - Smokeychedder: I like the Seahawks simply because I really hate the 49ers, their fans, and the snakes they slid in with.
Jan 19, 2014 at 3:31 PM - Sunshine885500: I can't stand either team
Jan 19, 2014 at 3:31 PM - Sunshine885500: Seattle is a bunch of Impostors with no offense
Jan 19, 2014 at 3:32 PM - gatorpack: This is my hate bowl I just hate the 49ers more mainly kap
Jan 19, 2014 at 3:33 PM - Sunshine885500: They make it seem like they have the best fans in the world. Their fans aren't any louder then anywhere else. It's the design of the stadium which is like a seashell shape that redirects the noise back down onto the field
Jan 19, 2014 at 3:34 PM - Sunshine885500: Smart design of course nut no better or louder fans
Jan 19, 2014 at 3:34 PM - Smokeychedder: 49ers suck,"and you can tell everybody".
Jan 19, 2014 at 3:37 PM - weeds: someone referred to this as the ****** bowl. lmao
Jan 19, 2014 at 3:38 PM - gatorpack: lol weeds i agree
Jan 19, 2014 at 3:42 PM - Vltrophy: Going for the lesser of two evils. Go Seahawks. Of course next year we play them there. In a way I'm glad as it gives us another shot to beat them. This time we'll have the real refs & not no 3rd string refs
Jan 19, 2014 at 3:42 PM - Vltrophy: Wilson u dumb ***
Jan 19, 2014 at 3:43 PM - gatorpack: damn wilson

Jan 19, 2014 at 3:49 PM - Sunshine885500: Lacy would have had 100 yds against SF

Jan 19, 2014 at 3:50 PM - gatorpack: next year baby next year
Jan 19, 2014 at 3:51 PM - gatorpack: is the game dates out yet?
Jan 19, 2014 at 3:51 PM - Vltrophy: That's what I'm sayin. Dates won't come out til April

Jan 19, 2014 at 3:56 PM - gatorpack: I thought he only ran on the packers
Jan 19, 2014 at 3:57 PM - gatorpack: lol kap cant pass on that d just looking to run

Jan 19, 2014 at 4:00 PM - Vltrophy: No they might've actually hiked the ball to try for the 1st down
Jan 19, 2014 at 4:06 PM - gatorpack: lucky
Jan 19, 2014 at 4:06 PM - Smokeychedder: that was luckey ! WOW!

Jan 19, 2014 at 4:07 PM - gatorpack: he bounced like a ball
Jan 19, 2014 at 4:09 PM - gatorpack: Yeah I dont mean like a soccer flop lol
Jan 19, 2014 at 4:09 PM - Smokeychedder: I believe I'd pay real money to get Aikman to shut up !
Jan 19, 2014 at 4:09 PM - weeds: these thugs should be allowed to mutilate each other
Jan 19, 2014 at 4:10 PM - gatorpack: lol me too
Jan 19, 2014 at 4:10 PM - gatorpack: why does wilson hold the ball out when getting hit????? smh

Jan 19, 2014 at 4:15 PM - gatorpack: maybe if he went for the ball instead of the big hit
Jan 19, 2014 at 4:15 PM - Smokeychedder: It looks like R. Wilson could use a shot of B12 .
Jan 19, 2014 at 4:16 PM - Packers_16-0: Kaeperknick just got injured omg
Jan 19, 2014 at 4:16 PM - Packers_16-0: Jk I hope he would
Jan 19, 2014 at 4:20 PM - Smokeychedder: grab, grab, grab
Jan 19, 2014 at 4:21 PM - Vltrophy: Hit the SOB
Jan 19, 2014 at 4:21 PM - Smokeychedder: please !
Jan 19, 2014 at 4:22 PM - pacmaniac: Wow #31 on Seattle must be the fastest man in the world, actually caught Kap
Jan 19, 2014 at 4:22 PM - JacobInFlorida: That guy is hard to defend...
Jan 19, 2014 at 4:23 PM - Smokeychedder: as the CIRCUS band plays.
Jan 19, 2014 at 4:23 PM - Vltrophy: 2 yrs after Eli won the SB on Peyton's home field Peyton has the chance to win the SB on Eli's home field. Is that crazy or what?
Jan 19, 2014 at 4:24 PM - pacmaniac: crazy is how Eli managed to win 2 SBs
Jan 19, 2014 at 4:25 PM - Smokeychedder: Home team Officials ?
Jan 19, 2014 at 4:25 PM - pacmaniac: not if they call that a TD
Jan 19, 2014 at 4:25 PM - JacobInFlorida: Crazy is how he won 2 SB and then had a complete melt down year this year.
Jan 19, 2014 at 4:26 PM - Smokeychedder: SF brought them with them.
Jan 19, 2014 at 4:26 PM - pacmaniac: Crazy is how we lost to him twice
Jan 19, 2014 at 4:27 PM - Smokeychedder: or is that bought ?
Jan 19, 2014 at 4:28 PM - pacmaniac: John Harbaugh isn't going nuts?
Jan 19, 2014 at 4:28 PM - Smokeychedder: he's al;ready nuts .
Jan 19, 2014 at 4:29 PM - pacmaniac: dang this super bowl is gonna suck
Jan 19, 2014 at 4:29 PM - JacobInFlorida: Isn't crazy how we lost to 49ers. They're just damn good.
Jan 19, 2014 at 4:31 PM - Smokeychedder: F*** the 49ers and all of their slimey fans .
Jan 19, 2014 at 4:32 PM - pacmaniac: I'd like to see Manning lose, but I also don't want the 9ers to win the SB
Jan 19, 2014 at 4:34 PM - Smokeychedder: Maybe Kappernick will tear his ACL or rip a Hamstring.
Jan 19, 2014 at 4:35 PM - pacmaniac: He's so fast he can still outrun people on 1 leg
Jan 19, 2014 at 4:38 PM - pacmaniac: nice play
Jan 19, 2014 at 4:39 PM - Smokeychedder: 51yds, nice
Jan 19, 2014 at 4:39 PM - Vltrophy: Great throw by Wilson
Jan 19, 2014 at 4:43 PM - Smokeychedder: SF is daring Seattle to throw the ball, as they bottle up Lynch.
Jan 19, 2014 at 4:44 PM - Smokeychedder: and its working
Jan 19, 2014 at 4:49 PM - Smokeychedder: Seattle needs a turnover !
Jan 19, 2014 at 4:52 PM - Smokeychedder: Seattle should run 10 to 15 yd pass plays.
Jan 19, 2014 at 4:55 PM - Smokeychedder: SF D is focused on stopping Lynch.
Jan 19, 2014 at 4:57 PM - Vltrophy: Anyone besides me tired of Schwartzenagger's commercial

Jan 19, 2014 at 4:58 PM - Smokeychedder: yes, I've seen enough of Arnold.
Jan 19, 2014 at 4:59 PM - weeds: peteey looks like he is labor
Jan 19, 2014 at 4:59 PM - Smokeychedder: What I said.
Jan 19, 2014 at 5:05 PM - Smokeychedder: Poppa San, how can you post if your cloaked, even the Romulans can't do that ?
Jan 19, 2014 at 5:05 PM - pacmaniac: Should be first down Seahawks, just like if you run into the punter it's an auto 1st down
Jan 19, 2014 at 5:05 PM - weeds: harbaugh is such an excitable girl
Jan 19, 2014 at 5:06 PM - pacmaniac: +1
Jan 19, 2014 at 5:07 PM - Smokeychedder: his middle name is Nancey
Jan 19, 2014 at 5:08 PM - ExpatPacker: SFs pass rush is abusing Seattle's OL. They're running them around in circles.
Jan 19, 2014 at 5:09 PM - Vltrophy: Packers need to watch this so they know what to do against them
Jan 19, 2014 at 5:09 PM - 7thFloorRA: I feel like the Packers blocked better than Seattle is right now and they ran the ball better
Jan 19, 2014 at 5:10 PM - Smokeychedder: solution: shorter pass routes, quicker releases.
Jan 19, 2014 at 5:12 PM - Shawnsta3: Packers offense is more physical than Seahawks. I think they'd of beat Seattle today.
Jan 19, 2014 at 5:12 PM - Smokeychedder: Seattle's receivers need to come back toward the QB instead of just running deeper.
Jan 19, 2014 at 5:15 PM - ExpatPacker: Getting AR to dump the ball off on short pass routes is like squeezing blood from a stone.
Jan 19, 2014 at 5:16 PM - Smokeychedder: Seattle needs halftime adjustments, I hope they do .
Jan 19, 2014 at 5:16 PM - Vltrophy: At times AR does hold on to the ball too long
Jan 19, 2014 at 5:16 PM - ExpatPacker: Neither he nor MM have developed any sort of short passing game. How many times have we seen AR hold onto the ball in the hopes of making a big play rather than going short? He just doesn't do it.
Jan 19, 2014 at 5:17 PM - ExpatPacker: And that's a big problem with AR
Jan 19, 2014 at 5:18 PM - Vltrophy: Sometimes u gotta **** & dunk
Jan 19, 2014 at 5:19 PM - Smokeychedder: but not look drunk !
Jan 19, 2014 at 5:19 PM - ExpatPacker: Yes, and Rodgers seems to refuse to make that adjustment.
Jan 19, 2014 at 5:24 PM - Smokeychedder: The Seattle D looks OK, their O needs to step up. I really don't want to have to watch SF in the SB.
Jan 19, 2014 at 5:24 PM - Sunshine885500: I am really hoping that GB can take the next step next year by building a more physical and good tackling defense. It would go a long way to put the ball back in Rodgers hands more.
Jan 19, 2014 at 5:25 PM - Smokeychedder: +1
Jan 19, 2014 at 5:30 PM - Smokeychedder: Seattle can show their quality on this drive.
Jan 19, 2014 at 5:32 PM - Smokeychedder: TD
Jan 19, 2014 at 5:33 PM - Smokeychedder: 40 yds
Jan 19, 2014 at 5:33 PM - Smokeychedder: Lynch
Jan 19, 2014 at 5:36 PM - Sunshine885500: Isn't Schneider from the TT tree?
Jan 19, 2014 at 5:36 PM - Sunshine885500: from GB
Jan 19, 2014 at 5:37 PM - Smokeychedder: Do the research and let us know .
Jan 19, 2014 at 5:38 PM - jaybadger82: ha, smokey
Jan 19, 2014 at 5:38 PM - Sunshine885500: Really? Good answer, but do your own research

Jan 19, 2014 at 5:40 PM - longtimefan: coming from smokey who always asks questions in chat?
Jan 19, 2014 at 5:40 PM - jaybadger82: it isn't hard. you're on the internet. we shouldn't have to answer questions that google can answer in less time.
Jan 19, 2014 at 5:40 PM - Sunshine885500: I know but the reason why I say that is because why is that he is willing to pull the trigger on Free Agents & Trades where TT hasn't
Jan 19, 2014 at 5:41 PM - Smokeychedder: Just how big is your nose LTF ?
Jan 19, 2014 at 5:41 PM - Vltrophy: Seattle ain't show'n me sh** right now
Jan 19, 2014 at 5:41 PM - pacmaniac: ANOTHER lucky break, that Seattle DB actually got his hand on the ball
Jan 19, 2014 at 5:41 PM - longtimefan: dont be the pot calling the kettle black smokey
Jan 19, 2014 at 5:41 PM - Sunshine885500: Got it! The reason why I asked the question?
Jan 19, 2014 at 5:43 PM - Sunshine885500: Man this is a dumb *** commercial "Old Spice" LOL
Jan 19, 2014 at 5:43 PM - pacmaniac: YES

Jan 19, 2014 at 5:44 PM - jaybadger82: i kinda like those old spice ads. most of their products are cheesy, tho
Jan 19, 2014 at 5:45 PM - jaybadger82: cheesy in a bad way
Jan 19, 2014 at 5:46 PM - Vltrophy: The cheesy commercials are the ones u remember
Jan 19, 2014 at 5:46 PM - Sunshine885500: Their trying to appeal to the younger crowd
Jan 19, 2014 at 5:49 PM - jaybadger82: well, i'm too old for that **** and i'm a mitchum man.
Jan 19, 2014 at 5:50 PM - Sunshine885500: Seeing a Mom around & the sight of Kids will make a Single man Run.
Jan 19, 2014 at 5:53 PM - 7thFloorRA: Now that is a safety!!!! not the garbage we are used to seeing each week
Jan 19, 2014 at 5:55 PM - pacmaniac: That guy actually ran down Kap earlier in the game
Jan 19, 2014 at 5:59 PM - Sunshine885500: "Come on Man" you mean to tell me that you wouldn't rather watch soft coverage , Hand Tackling DB's & LB's?
Jan 19, 2014 at 5:59 PM - 7thFloorRA: its really pissing me off to see how good the safeties are on both teams and how pathetic Burnett and Jennings are. I've given Burnett a pass and I shouldn't have. He probably makes more money than all of these safeties except whitner and he blows
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:03 PM - Sunshine885500: Very True! If your not going to play the pass that well at least be an enforcer by knocking people's heads off
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:07 PM - pacmaniac: YES
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:07 PM - Sunshine885500: Unbelievable
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:08 PM - Sunshine885500: That is what we need from Finley. A big receiver that can use his size to catch a Pass
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:08 PM - 7thFloorRA: finely would have stone handsed that
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:11 PM - 7thFloorRA: that was a lucky grab, it bounced off his bicep and back into his hands
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:12 PM - pacmaniac: if it was finley, it would have bounced into the DB's hands
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:13 PM - Sunshine885500: TT needs to build his defense like Schneider
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:16 PM - pacmaniac: YES
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:17 PM - Sunshine885500: Offense Sells Tickets, but Defense Wins Champioships
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:19 PM - 7thFloorRA: The defense needs this attitude. there is zero attitude now.....and without greene its going to be 11 corpses out there

Jan 19, 2014 at 6:21 PM - pacmaniac: Who cares, payback for the Jerry Rice fumble non-call
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:21 PM - Sunshine885500: That's SF's Ball
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:22 PM - 7thFloorRA: bowman has no more knee ligaments
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:22 PM - 7thFloorRA: that is a no question blown acl
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:22 PM - 7thFloorRA: and probably more
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:23 PM - easyk83: you guys do realize that up until this point in the game the Packer Defense had given up the same number of points a couple weeks ago
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:23 PM - Sunshine885500: Can't stand Seattle or SF but I dislike Seattle more
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:23 PM - Sunshine885500: Hometown calls
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:24 PM - JacobInFlorida: Looked like Marcus lattimore's injury at South Carolina. Probably dislocated knee cap as well
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:24 PM - MiamiBeachPacker: As much as I don't like the 49ers, that was a tough injury to see for Bowman.
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:24 PM - Poppa San: How can that not be reviewed? Don't understand what is and isn't.
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:24 PM - easyk83: Bowman might not be back for next season
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:25 PM - easyk83: ahem
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:25 PM - easyk83: he almost certainly won't be back next season if ever
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:25 PM - Sunshine885500: Taht looks bad
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:26 PM - easyk83: i would have just kicked the field goal there
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:26 PM - MiamiBeachPacker: Well that makes up for the bad call
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:26 PM - Sunshine885500: Karma
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:26 PM - pacmaniac: Lynch hesitated
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:26 PM - easyk83: hindsight ftw
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:26 PM - pacmaniac: never had it
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:26 PM - Poppa San: Football gods still smile upon SF.
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:26 PM - longtimefan: They explained why not reviewable
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:27 PM - jaybadger82: The worst part about all those replays was watching bowman's knee bend like that again and again
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:27 PM - 7thFloorRA: carroll is a damn fool
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:27 PM - 7thFloorRA: how could you leave pts on the table like that...wow
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:28 PM - Sunshine885500: It's a BS call and it needs to be changed
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:28 PM - MiamiBeachPacker: Still hope Seahawks win
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:29 PM - Sunshine885500: cramps
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:29 PM - jaybadger82: that's on darrell bevel, the offensive coordinator in seattle. i don't like the game he's called so far.
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:29 PM - 7thFloorRA: i doubt bowman is back next year with how bad that looked. hopefully he didnt dislocate it.

Jan 19, 2014 at 6:30 PM - Sunshine885500: There is the Micah Hyde Int
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:30 PM - 7thFloorRA: an int by a safety. havent seen one of those by a certain team since the 2012 season
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:30 PM - 7thFloorRA: that was a little lower than hydes
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:30 PM - 7thFloorRA: what a horrible throw
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:31 PM - pacmaniac: yeah Hyde was really high
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:31 PM - Sunshine885500: it was but it was the same play to the sidelines
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:31 PM - MiamiBeachPacker: It was a perfect throw to the other team
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:32 PM - Sunshine885500: Also Hyde Jumped a little early
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:32 PM - Sunshine885500: Tate is an ***
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:33 PM - MiamiBeachPacker: Yes he is
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:33 PM - easyk83: Beastmode
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:33 PM - jaybadger82: kaepernick: great athlete; mediocre head for QB...
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:36 PM - jaybadger82: Does Harbaugh even let Kaep make pre-snap adjustments? Jim runs that offense like he's still coaching a college team.
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:38 PM - Sunshine885500: TD wins it
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:38 PM - Sunshine885500: Over Under on this game is 40.5 go figure
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:39 PM - jaybadger82: Yeah... I've been disappointed by (a) the poor play of the Seattle o-line and (b) lack of creativity by Bevel in moving the pocket around/take advantage of your QB's skill set...
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:42 PM - easyk83: Thats a young crowd in Seattle
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:42 PM - Sunshine885500: where's the flag
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:43 PM - pacmaniac: for what?
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:43 PM - jaybadger82: is that sarcasm?
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:45 PM - Sunshine885500: High hit on Crabtree even though he took his eyes off the ball. Just want them to call it consistently.
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:45 PM - Sunshine885500: If it were Tate they would have thrown a flag
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:47 PM - easyk83: so what will the standard yarn be around here if the 9ners get a TD here
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:48 PM - jaybadger82: uh, i disagree, sunshine.
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:49 PM - jaybadger82: my yarn: seattle's offensive coordinator called a poor game.
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:49 PM - pacmaniac: HECK YEAH
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:49 PM - easyk83: hell of a play by Richard Sherman
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:49 PM - Sunshine885500: Great Play
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:50 PM - Vltrophy: 49ers LOSE!!!!!!!
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:50 PM - easyk83: Seattle hastwo guys who need to get paid after this year
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:50 PM - MiamiBeachPacker: Very happy that the 49ers lost
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:50 PM - Sunshine885500: Now that's the way you play Defense damn'it
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:50 PM - pacmaniac: looked like crabtree tried to push off on sherman

Jan 19, 2014 at 6:51 PM - easyk83: why did Harbones bother with a TO there?

Jan 19, 2014 at 6:53 PM - Sunshine885500: Well at least Giocomini is going to the SB
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:54 PM - Sunshine885500: He's an ***
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:54 PM - pacmaniac: We need some defensive intensity like that.
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:55 PM - 7thFloorRA: that was certainly intense
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:55 PM - Poppa San: When was the last time both top seeds made the SB?
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:55 PM - Vltrophy: Sherman is an arrogant SOB
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:55 PM - Sunshine885500: Yes but I would to get Rodgers against his *** and throw a few back shoulder throws to shut his *** up
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:56 PM - MiamiBeachPacker: Go Denver
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:56 PM - Zartan: Sherman is Arrogant but he is better talented than what we go
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:56 PM - Zartan: *Got
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:56 PM - Sunshine885500: Well we lost our leadership when Woodson left
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:56 PM - Sunshine885500: No one sets the tone in the secondary
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:57 PM - ExpatPacker: what the hell did Sherman say anyway, he was so busy raging i couldn't understand him
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:57 PM - Sunshine885500: We were hoping that Burnett would be that guy but he failed miserably
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:57 PM - yooperdiehard: I hate to be a hater but hahahah colon kaperkanoodle ,,,,
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:57 PM - 7thFloorRA: the only questionablel thing he said is that crabtree is a sorry *** reciever
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:58 PM - Sunshine885500: A lot of trash talk goes on down on the field between DB's and WR's
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:58 PM - Vltrophy: Don't u talk about me cause I'll shut u up real quick
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:58 PM - Sunshine885500: It's actually funny at times but it is mostly to get you off of your game
Jan 19, 2014 at 6:59 PM - Sunshine885500: The things you don't get to hear LOL
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:00 PM - 7thFloorRA: crabtree is kind of a d-bag so i can see how the 2have a heated word battle out there
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:00 PM - Sunshine885500: I remember people talking about my Mom & Lady, etc to make you mad
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:00 PM - Forget Favre: Yes!!!!! Way to pick us up Seattle! We got our revenge! Bye-bye overrated loser KrapperKnickers!
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:00 PM - Sunshine885500: I'm voting for Denver
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:02 PM - 7thFloorRA: san frans window may have just closed. gore is getting old, kaep is going to want to get paid, navarro bownman has no knee

Jan 19, 2014 at 7:03 PM - Sunshine885500: His Offense Sucks. Good Defensive Coach but his Offense sucks.
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:03 PM - ExpatPacker: well i say one thing, I just saw 2 defenses that are head and shoulders above the Packers defense. They aren't in the same league.
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:04 PM - Sunshine885500: Correct because they play an aggressive attacking style of defense
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:04 PM - Sunshine885500: They don't sit back
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:05 PM - jaybadger82: yeah, thanx seattle. i feel like we've come full circle from the fail mary
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:05 PM - Sunshine885500: I am pulling for Denver
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:06 PM - Sunshine885500: I'm voting for Denver
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:06 PM - Sunshine885500: but Defense does rule
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:06 PM - Sunshine885500: It will be a good matchup
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:06 PM - 7thFloorRA: Their attitude and intensity and aggresiveness are huge. I'm sure many of the packers players would be different if they were on those teams
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:07 PM - Sunshine885500: The best Offense against the best Defense
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:07 PM - Sunshine885500: Correct and that comes from coaching
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:09 PM - 7thFloorRA: harbaugh is doing a pretty calm presser. he isn't being all MM defensive and a **** about the questions
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:10 PM - jaybadger82: jim h: mangling sports cliches. he's furious.
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:10 PM - NorthWestCheeseHead: Go Hawks.
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:11 PM - 7thFloorRA: they asked him about the last play and he broke it down nicely for them. reminds me of MM being a jerk when questioned on his awful call on that cobb running play
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:12 PM - Sunshine885500: My hope in this offseason is that we get a great Safety and a playmaker at TE
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:13 PM - jaybadger82: outside of x's and o's, i'll take MM over harbaugh any day. the non-stop histrionics make harbaugh unbearable.
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:14 PM - ExpatPacker: I wouldn't take MM over Harbaugh. MM may be a good coach in some ways, but as a game day coach who calls the offensive plays he is nowhere near Harbaugh
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:14 PM - jaybadger82: russell wilson and richard sherman side by side. this will be awkward.
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:15 PM - jaybadger82: that's why i said outside of x's and o's. harbaugh's the better coach but his schtick is irritating as hell. that was my point, mccarthy is a much better personality.
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:16 PM - 7thFloorRA: I just dont like that MM is devolving into a surly lovie smith during his pressers. he can lighten up a bit and weather some mild criticism
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:17 PM - ExpatPacker: I agree 7th, it seems like MM is closing his ears to criticism and turning more and more into Stubby McStubborn
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:17 PM - Zartan: I know right.
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:18 PM - Zartan: MM has been getting snippy in Post game pressers as of late
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:18 PM - Zartan: Im not liking that
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:18 PM - ExpatPacker: It's a sign of defensiveness
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:19 PM - jaybadger82: meh- i've always liked mccarthy as a figurehead and culture-setter. i agree that his coaching leaves plenty to be desired. frankly, i think criticising surliness after a loss in the post-game presser is a bit nitpicky.
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:20 PM - 7thFloorRA: GB has some pretty tame media/press so hopefully someone tells him to lighten up
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:20 PM - ExpatPacker: And notice that MM hasn't been willing to make any changes in the coaching staff so far. Capers? he's the best DC in the league. SLocum? Our ST need some improvement. Injuries? Our Training and medical staff are the best...yada, yada yada
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:20 PM - sjb12681: For all the brashness, I have to say that I WANT a guy like Sherman on our team. I dont like the way he talks, but I love the way he plays. We are missing a guy like this on our D. Someone who makes us nasty and can back it up. He is what Woodson was our SB year (without the nasty trash talk). The type of player that you hate if he isnt on your team, would shell out $300 for his jersey if he is.
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:21 PM - ExpatPacker: I'd take Kim Chancellor over Sherman, but the same idea
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:21 PM - Sunshine885500: Hey McCarthy is trying be company man without ever throwing anyone directly under the bus. Imagine he is one of the best play designers in the NFL and his offense has always been one of the best yet his defenses has lost him opportunity after oppORTUNITY.
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:21 PM - 7thFloorRA: Its like MM went in and evaluated things his first year, fired everyone and brough in his staff and told them we are in this together, forever.
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:21 PM - ExpatPacker: Did you see Chancellor level Vernon Davis?

Jan 19, 2014 at 7:22 PM - jaybadger82: i can't believe sherman was educated at stanford. if i were a stanford grad i would cringe everytime someone puts a mic in his face.
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:22 PM - ExpatPacker: I don't see how MM can be considered one of the best play designers. His play calling leaves a lot to be desired.
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:22 PM - Sunshine885500: Even the end of the season when SF kept the ball for the last 5 minutes of the game and Rodgers never got back on the field.
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:22 PM - sjb12681: Whats unfortunate is that I feel like we are similar to the Chargers over 2006-2011. Always on the cusp, but unwilling to make any real change. Forced on a path that goes no where b/c there is always a *reason* we are SO close... Hope Im wrong.
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:22 PM - jaybadger82: well, mccarthy doesn't really manage the defense... the organization giving capers another go-around sucks, tho
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:23 PM - 7thFloorRA: MM is the HC but it feels like he is the HC of the offense and Dom is the HC of the defense. you are responsible for the whole team
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:23 PM - Sunshine885500: Then Expat explain to me how GB had the 3rd ranked offense in the NFL when missing Cobb for 10 games, Rodgers for 8 games and Finley for longer. Please I'm all ears buddy.
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:24 PM - jaybadger82: exactly, 7th. but i don't think mccarthy gets to decide whether capers is retained.
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:25 PM - sjb12681: Im not for a big FA blitz this offseason, but I think we can benefit from some fits on mid level depth. Also, The whole *wait a few weeks to evaluate staff* better still remove Capers, ST, and trainers. If not, this *path we are on method is going to hurt a while longer...
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:25 PM - 7thFloorRA: I just dont see how this defense is going to get any better under DC. its going to be the same crap with hopefull better execution but who knows
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:27 PM - sjb12681: Thats a big *HOPE* considering that we are likely to lose at least 3 defensive starters to FA
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:27 PM - 7thFloorRA: Pepper is a good ATC and is probably due to retire as he is 60. Lovat still being employed is a joke. I still hope TT watched this game and thinks about changing up the DC
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:27 PM - sjb12681: Raji- GONE
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:27 PM - sjb12681: Jolly- Gone
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:27 PM - ExpatPacker: There's more to being a great HC than the 3rd ranked offense. That stat is misleading. 3rd ranked in terms of what? yards. Points? no.
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:28 PM - 7thFloorRA: Watch raji go to tampa and be a stud under lovie
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:28 PM - sjb12681: Shields- Resigned to a more than worth it contract due to other losses. Feel like we will overpay
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:29 PM - sjb12681: Pickett- Old and gone. Resign Neal in his place.
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:30 PM - sjb12681: Overpay for Neal as a TT draftee
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:31 PM - sjb12681: How do you make one of the worst defenses in the NFL even worse? Lose 3-4 of the actual impact players on that teams Defense.
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:31 PM - jaybadger82: yeah- i think we need fresh energy/ideas from the Def. Coordinator... far more likely to give us a boost than to set the defense back.
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:31 PM - Zartan: Keep Jolly and send Raji Packing
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:31 PM - Zartan: I think we can get Jolly on the cheap
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:32 PM - 7thFloorRA: Hopefully some kind of miracle takes place and DC goes packing too
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:32 PM - 7thFloorRA: with jolly its more about his neck and not the money
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:32 PM - sjb12681: Im for straight up fresh faces at DC and ST at this point.
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:32 PM - Sunshine885500: Man your crazy! I guess you would settle for a 15th on 20th ranked offense which means less points, 1st downs, ect
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:32 PM - sjb12681: I agree it will at least get guys paying attention. Right now it feels like them going through the motions.
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:33 PM - Zartan: How bad is Jolly's Neck?
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:33 PM - Vltrophy: Capers has said he don't plan on retiring
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:33 PM - sjb12681: Thats what I liked about Greene. He may have sucked as a LB coach, but he brought some fire and emotion on the D. Who else does?
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:33 PM - 7thFloorRA: take a hint capers
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:34 PM - 7thFloorRA: or MM could also have the balls to make a change
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:36 PM - jaybadger82: pete carroll talking about his team's maturity: have you met richard sherman?
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:39 PM - Zartan: Well to be fair. Richard Sherman did step up when needed unlike the Fools we got.

Jan 19, 2014 at 7:41 PM - jaybadger82: there's nothing unfair about what i said. i didn't criticize his play, i criticized his maturity. the guy's a knucklehead.
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:41 PM - Zartan: Hes a Kucklehead that we need
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:42 PM - Sunshine885500: The Raider finished 22nd in the NFL on Defense after making wholesale changes last offseason where GB finished 25th. That has always been our problem.
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:42 PM - 7thFloorRA: I would settle for a few guys that play 100 mph and can tackle. these teams have all 11 doing that
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:42 PM - Sunshine885500: Richard Sherman reminds me a lot of Al Harris
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:42 PM - 7thFloorRA: Is the packer defensive locker room a country club?
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:44 PM - longtimefan: I hate Sherman....but----Richard Sherman, attended Stanford, and after graduating, returned to school his fifth year to work on a master's degree. Even in high school, he managed a GPA of 4.2, which is impressive given that the limit in most districts is 4.0
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:45 PM - 7thFloorRA: ya, i thought i heard he was a pretty smart guy...just kind of a nutjob
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:46 PM - figtab: the seahawks are a bunch of nobodys TT should take note...
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:46 PM - figtab: Kam chancellor 5th round pick, Richard Sherman 5th round, Walter thurmond 4th round, Byron Maxwell 6th round pick kj wright, bobby Wagner Doug Baldwin and Jermaine kearse played hell of a game, and these guys weren't even drafted. These guys were virtually nobody's
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:46 PM - jaybadger82: he's still an embarrassment to stanford. I would be ashamed of a badger acting like this:

Jan 19, 2014 at 7:47 PM - figtab: jaybadger. he backs it up
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:47 PM - longtimefan: yes he does back it up
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:47 PM - 7thFloorRA: TT should take note of their coaching staff on defense too and how they get these nobodies to play some of if not the best d in the league
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:48 PM - longtimefan: After Crabtree SKIPPED thru our offensive introductions b4 the plaoff game..Crabtree should be blasted for something
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:48 PM - figtab: actually... the took one of our staff
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:48 PM - 7thFloorRA: crabtree is not known for being smart, he is known for being an ***. cant stand him
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:49 PM - jaybadger82: i get it. sherman is a great player. i've never said otherwise. doesn't mean i have to overlook his acting like an ******.
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:49 PM - jaybadger82: why does "backing it up" give someone license to act like a punk?
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:50 PM - jaybadger82: please
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:50 PM - figtab: actually... the took one of our staff
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:50 PM - Zartan: I would rather have him over the fools that we are sending out there game in and game out that produce dogshit
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:51 PM - figtab: sherman went to congratulate crabtree and crabtree acted like a little child
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:51 PM - figtab: the Sherman in turn called our crabtree
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:52 PM - 7thFloorRA: I need to go to sleep. I don't wan to keep thinking about how awesome those defenses were and how awful DC and his defense have been.
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:52 PM - Packers_16-0: Richard Sherman is my favorite football player that doesn't play for the packers so **** off jay badger
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:52 PM - 7thFloorRA: crabtree did pop him in the facemask. no idea what either said
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:52 PM - sjb12681: I agree. This is sports, not office politics. If you are the best, I may not say you should tell everyone you are the best, but you cant fault a guy for stating a fact.
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:52 PM - jaybadger82: congratulate or taunt? i don't like crabtree, either, but what does sherman expect moments after than play when he slaps crabtree's ***.
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:52 PM - figtab: crabtree deserved it. especially after the stunt he played after getting drafted then holding out. that made me hate him
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:53 PM - figtab: sherman tapped him and said good game. he didn't taunt him.
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:53 PM - figtab: watch the video
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:53 PM - sjb12681: I miss our guys who could stand in there and make that play. I would take an ****** who makes a play and tell you he did after, than what we have now, which is not talk, get beat for a 70 yd td, then look around confused like someone else blew the assignment.
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:54 PM - Sunshine885500: When Sherman went over to Crabtree it wasn't to congratulate him. Are you kidding LO. He was talking trash the same way he did in the payoffs against Washington last year when the Offensive Tackle for the Skins hit him in the face after the game.
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:55 PM - Packers_16-0: Sherman went to go shake his hand and Crabtree socked him. So Sherman showed respect and Crabtree didn't. **** Crabtree

Jan 19, 2014 at 7:55 PM - sjb12681: The key is that every team NEEDS a nutjob to keep them honest and motivated, especially if you are missing talent and vet leadership. We have none of the above
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:55 PM - Sunshine885500: He didn't go to shake his hand man
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:56 PM - Sunshine885500: We have no emotion hardly on defense
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:56 PM - Sunshine885500: We have good citizens
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:56 PM - jaybadger82: meh- i'm sure i could rationalize pulling for sherman if he was a packer but, objectively, i don't understand how anyone could be impressed by sherman's antics...
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:56 PM - sjb12681: Our closest was Kevon Greene on the sideline. Hes gone. Clay is the closest we have at motivation, and while I love CW3, hes no Ray Lewis Crazy
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:56 PM - Packers_16-0: ******* you jaybadger
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:56 PM - sjb12681: ***Kevin
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:57 PM - jaybadger82: and i thought sherman instigated the hard feelings with crabtree by chasing him down immediately after the play to slap his *** and offer a handshake. you've got to be dense about human nature to think that wouldn't create a negative reaction.
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:58 PM - sjb12681: Either way, Im hoping for a basketcase at some DL position to replace one of our 4/8 DL guys who will be gone.
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:58 PM - figtab: i hope the seahawks win the superbowl
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:58 PM - Sunshine885500: Sherman will need to tone it down publicly because what he is doing is hurting his chance s for signing endorsement contrcacts.
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:58 PM - Packers_16-0: We need someone like Richard Sherman who emotionally loves the game and is good in the game
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:58 PM - figtab: NFL owes them one after the 2005 superbowl
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:59 PM - sjb12681: Like, Suh nuts... I like having moral ground on some teams, but the way we are getting eaten alive is just about enough to sacrifice my morales on that ground.
Jan 19, 2014 at 7:59 PM - figtab: i dont understand why packer fan hate the seahawks so much? is it the fail mary? We have historically owned the seahawks and i dont see any issue with them. its not their fault the fail mary happend it was the incompetent replacement refs
Jan 19, 2014 at 8:00 PM - figtab: i bet you guys if that was us that got the fail mary we all would of been happy
Jan 19, 2014 at 8:00 PM - sjb12681: So... Who in the draft or in FA and worth it is an answer on D? Im fine if we dont touch the OL or Offense in general. Im fine if we lose JJones to FA and Finley retires... In this scenario, I think if we get a mean D, we are fine. Who do we look for?

Jan 19, 2014 8:01 PM - ls1bob: Go Seahawks. Beat forehead and the broncos
Jan 19, 2014 8:01 PM - Sunshine885500: I would mind either one of the Notre Dame D Lineman. Louis-Nix III (6' 3" 345lbs) or Stefan Tuitt (6'6" 303 lbs)
Jan 19, 2014 8:01 PM - sjb12681: I think we are a 3-4 coordinator and 2 FA players/ 1 key early drafted player away on D.
Jan 19, 2014 8:03 PM - Sunshine885500: Here's to hoping that Worthy can be what we hoped when we drafted him next year. As well as Jones on the DL
Jan 19, 2014 8:04 PM - figtab: Guess who the Seahawks GM is?
Jan 19, 2014 8:04 PM - figtab: John Schneider.... TTs old assistant here at green bay
Jan 19, 2014 8:04 PM - Sunshine885500: I hope that the Packer's scouts do a great job at the Senior Bowl this week. We really need it.
Jan 19, 2014 8:05 PM - figtab: he learned from his master and did it better. at least on defensive scouting
Jan 19, 2014 8:05 PM - Sunshine885500: Yes but Schneider isn't afraid to make a trade ( Harvin & Lynch) or pick up free agents (Cliff Avril)
Jan 19, 2014 8:05 PM - figtab: but at least schneider trades and is active in free agency
Jan 19, 2014 8:06 PM - Sunshine885500: There is the difference
Jan 19, 2014 8:06 PM - figtab: yep. i hope schneider gives tt a call and says "take note"
Jan 19, 2014 8:06 PM - figtab: lol
Jan 19, 2014 8:07 PM - Sunshine885500: Well the way he's bombed out on some of the defensive picks should make him embarrassed
Jan 19, 2014 8:07 PM - figtab: he also signed michael bennett in FA
Jan 19, 2014 8:08 PM - Sunshine885500: Especially from someone who has played Defense in the NFL
Jan 19, 2014 8:11 PM - figtab: "Following the play Sherman tracked down Crabtree, patted the receiver on the backside and extended his hand for a handshake. Crabtree clearly took the move as a taunt, pushing Sherman in the facemask."
Jan 19, 2014 8:11 PM - figtab: thats from the NFL.com article
Jan 19, 2014 8:11 PM - figtab: crabtree is a lil biotch
Jan 19, 2014 8:17 PM - Rodgers in the House: I think next year the 49ers are going to come back down to earth. But this Seattle team is unreal. I didn't want to but I guess I'm rooting for them more then horse face.
Jan 19, 2014 8:18 PM - Rodgers in the House: And it's scary to think of where the Packers will be because it seems like we're losing the wrong people (Kevin Greene) and keeping the mediocre one (Capers).
Jan 19, 2014 8:21 PM - sjb12681: My picks (all id range or worse that can improve our team): Lamarr Houston DT thru FA, Brandon Spikes ILB thru FA, Antoine Bethea SS thru FA. Those are my mid level FA targets that I think TT could look at without breaking the bank.
Jan 19, 2014 8:24 PM - jaybadger82: I've pulled for Seattle since GB was eliminated. The only knock on them would be all PED use and some of their stupid personalities.
Jan 19, 2014 8:31 PM - sjb12681: Drafted Players: CJ Mosley, ILB, great value if available in round 1 has lots of things that fit our needs.Ahmad Dixon: Hard hitter, fast sideline to sideline player. Imposing. Daniel McCullers, DT Bug and mean, eats up 2-3 blockers. Doesnt cover the Pass too well but anchors a DL.
Jan 19, 2014 8:32 PM - sjb12681: these 3 will likely all be available and fit our needs and be BPA when we draft. TT will likely take a TE, WR and either backup QB or Rb in their spots instead.
Jan 19, 2014 8:49 PM - Levi: Now I really hope Denver wins the Bowl, sherman is such a tool
Jan 19, 2014 10:10 PM - Packers_16-0: Crabtree is a *****
Jan 20, 2014 5:07 AM - easyk83: I think our medical staff has created a culture of weakness. Too many guys are pulling themselves out for dings and strains.
Jan 20, 2014 5:42 AM - 7thFloorRA: I hope they consider canning Lovat before the guys start their off season programs again with him
Jan 20, 2014 6:46 AM - rodell330: Packers won't fire Lovat
Jan 20, 2014 7:27 AM - 7thFloorRA: Are they married to him for life? He had about as bad of a season as a strength coach can have and......nothing. Lets do it again!!!
Jan 20, 2014 1:10 PM - NorthWestCheeseHead: All I know is that if I'd have generated the results over the course of a year that Lovat has over 2013 I probably wouldn't be employed anymore.
Jan 20, 2014 1:16 PM - 7thFloorRA: Preach on NWCH!!!
Jan 20, 2014 1:19 PM - NorthWestCheeseHead: That is in reference to any job too.
Jan 20, 2014 3:13 PM - AZpackerbacker: Lovat won't get fired, Capers won't get fired.....face it, this team seems content on repeating the same actions and hoping for different results.

Jan 20, 2014 at 4:26 PM - Vrill: If we draft a Safety, I want Ahmad Dixon from Baylor. I live in the Waco area and this guy will be a Super Star in the NFL. I watched him in HS through College. He is going to be a special pro.
Jan 20, 2014 at 4:27 PM - Vrill: My wishlist in round 1 is either CJ Mosely from Alabama or Ahmad Dixon from Baylor. Both are needs for us. I'll be happy if we land either of those two.
Jan 20, 2014 at 4:40 PM - ExpatPacker: CJ Mosley will be long gone by the 21st pick
Jan 20, 2014 at 4:41 PM - ExpatPacker: And why would you take Ahmad Dixon over Haha Clinton-Dix or Calvin Pryor?
Jan 20, 2014 at 5:10 PM - Vltrophy: U can go to nfl.com & vote for Rodgers to Cobb for the never say never moment if the year
Jan 20, 2014 at 7:19 PM - 2411t: Just watched a bunch of snaps of Navorro Bowman--this guy is unbelievable. Really sad to hear about that knee

Jan 20, 2014 8:20 PM - NorthWestCheeseHead: MCL and ACL. But I guess the ACL wasn't as bad as they first thought. They are optimistic about him being ready for next season.
Jan 20, 2014 8:31 PM - NorthWestCheeseHead: By they I mean the 9ers
Jan 20, 2014 8:40 PM - longtimefan: I hate iphone typing
Jan 20, 2014 8:43 PM - NorthWestCheeseHead: I hate iPhones. =P
Jan 20, 2014 8:52 PM - longtimefan: Mike Iupati figured with no aircast on it was just ankle thing....should be good in8 weeks
Jan 20, 2014 9:09 PM - longtimefan: Reading that bronco forum someone posted.. A niner fan there telling the bronco fans "how to beat the hawks" ... I am sure Jack Del Rio is cruising forums for all that expert advice
Jan 20, 2014 10:02 PM - NorthWestCheeseHead: Hahaha
Jan 21, 2014 5:46 AM - 7thFloorRA: Maybe today will be the day they can Lovat!!
Jan 21, 2014 6:51 AM - longtimefan: NFL get rid of the XP?
Jan 21, 2014 6:51 AM - longtimefan: "There's one proposal in particular that I've heard about," Goodell went on. "It's automatic that you get seven points when you score a touchdown, but you could potentially go for an eighth point, either by running or passing the ball, so if you fail, you go back to six."
Jan 21, 2014 6:51 AM - longtimefan: http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap2000000315779/article/nfl-eyeing-proposal-to-abolish-extra-points
Jan 21, 2014 7:32 AM - longtimefan: now the league is looking into a non uniformed member of the Niners for clotheslining a Seahawk player that was pushed to the sidelines on a punt return
Jan 21, 2014 7:53 AM - 7thFloorRA: i heard about that during the game. Did he intentionally hit him or was he protecting himself from the gunner running through the sideline
Jan 21, 2014 8:02 AM - longtimefan: they are showing it on NFLN...Hard to tell..However, there are guys trying to get out of the way, and the "acussed" never tries to move..His arm that does the "clothesline" isnt to visible because someone is in front of him
Jan 21, 2014 8:58 AM - Chicocheese: Oh the tears of 49 fans are so sweet and yummy. I use them to sweeten my coffee.
Jan 21, 2014 9:54 AM - Zartan: If I was a bettin man. Im putting all the cash on Denver to win.
Jan 21, 2014 10:46 AM - Powarun: I'd put money on the game being delayed
Jan 21, 2014 10:58 AM - Zartan: Nah its not getting delayed
Jan 21, 2014 10:59 AM - Zartan: What if Saturday,Sunday and Monday are all ******
Jan 21, 2014 11:47 AM - Forget Favre: Richard Sherman proves that defense wins football championships.
Jan 21, 2014 11:49 AM - Vltrophy: NFL is looking into having playoff games on Fridays and or Mondays. Also Lions looking to hire Jon Lombardi. Grandson of Vince Lombardi & current QB coach of the Saints
Jan 21, 2014 11:54 AM - Vltrophy: 107 days until the NFL draft
Jan 21, 2014 12:12 PM - rodell330: only*
Jan 21, 2014 12:49 PM - Forget Favre: You know your team had a lousy season when the SB hasn't even been played and you're looking forward to the draft. Do you think Broncs and 'Hawks fans are discussing the draft over on their fan forums? Somehow I doubt it.
Jan 21, 2014 2:09 PM - AmishMafia: FF: it is being discussed by the fans of 29 other teams as well. Just because you don't win the SB, doesn't mean the season was lousy.
Jan 21, 2014 2:32 PM - Forget Favre: True. But let's be real. This was a lousy season for us. Rodgers getting hurt took a lot of wins away and the wind out of the Packers sails. At least we got back at the Bears, though.
Jan 21, 2014 3:09 PM - Vltrophy: Since McAdoo went to the NYGs rumor is he may try to snatch Starks & Quarless. I could see TT letting Starks go since we've got Lacy Harris & JFrank. Quarless he would sign as if TT did let him go as well we would almost need to draft 2 TEs this yr as I don't think Finley will stay w/the Packers
Jan 21, 2014 4:49 PM - NorthWestCheeseHead: So apparently the new Lions OC is the grandson of Lombardi
Jan 21, 2014 5:45 PM - AZpackerbacker: I am glad they are talking about getting rid of the extra point......they are also talking instead of the extra point, maybe, having a 1 point conversion, just like the two point one. TDs will automatically be 7 points....and the conversion would be one point....
Jan 21, 2014 5:51 PM - Vltrophy: Why not just move the PAT back 10-15 yards. FG kickers will no doubt be making less $ IMO as they won't be relied on as much but the FGs will still come into play often.
Jan 21, 2014 5:52 PM - Vltrophy: The times posted on the comments are wrong. I was at work at the time it says I posted about the NYGs & Lombardi's grandson
Jan 21, 2014 6:23 PM - Vltrophy: Make the PAT a 40 yarder
Jan 21, 2014 6:43 PM - joshsup17: PATs have been useless for some time now, if they were to make it a 40 yarder shouldn't they make it worth more then a point.
Jan 21, 2014 6:45 PM - realcaliforniacheese: Make the PAT a play.

Jan 21, 2014 at 6:48 PM - longtimefan: time
Jan 21, 2014 at 7:14 PM - longtimefan: probowl fantasy draft
Jan 21, 2014 at 7:31 PM - longtimefan: The Browns still dont have a head coach...and some that were on the list have withdrwan their names..
Jan 21, 2014 at 7:41 PM - Vltrophy: That's sad. Doesn't say much for the organization. If I were one of the guys on the list & interviewed I'd want it in the contract that I get at least 3 yrs to see what I can do. Their D isn't too bad. They need a decent QB & a couple more weapons
Jan 21, 2014 at 7:42 PM - Vltrophy: Where's the preferences located
Jan 21, 2014 at 7:59 PM - longtimefan: hover over your name next to the inbox link...Should be the 5th link down on the left

Jan 21, 2014 9:02 PM - Vltrophy: Drinking a Monster before going into work. My body is on 1st shift sleep wise but working 3rd shift the next 2 days. Filling the juices right now. Love'n it
Jan 21, 2014 9:08 PM - Vltrophy: Checked the time & it's on utc/central
Jan 21, 2014 9:18 PM - longtimefan: ooo in chat...Yeah mine are off too
Jan 22, 2014 2:45 AM - 7thFloorRA: trouble in the browns organization will make TJ Ward think more about leaving
Jan 22, 2014 11:44 AM - Vltrophy: If Pettine is hired as the Browns HC VanPelt is high on his list for OC. Since it's not a HC job the Packers can block the interview as they did w/McAdoo until his contract was up. Van Pelt is being considered for the QB coaching pos. w/the Packers
Jan 22, 2014 12:14 PM - Vltrophy: VY who once signed a contract guaranteeing him $26M is filing for bankruptcy. Sapp filed a few yrs ago & said he had lost his SB ring. BS Sapp. I don't believe for a nano second he lost that ring
Jan 22, 2014 12:15 PM - Vltrophy: Hey VY,guess your gonna hafta get a real job & work 9-5 like us regular folk
Jan 22, 2014 3:57 PM - Vltrophy: Some of the Port a potties in Sochi where the Olympics will be held have 2 toilets in 1 stall w/the toilet paper on 1 side. Ca-raaaaazy! No ty
Jan 22, 2014 4:23 PM - Smokeychedder: Vltrophy, I have read your post concerning your work and the uncertain schedule. What is the brand name of the product, it may be that I can support it with a purchase.
Jan 22, 2014 5:45 PM - VersusTheMoose: Why is this site so increabily slow? I forgot why I stopped coming. A real shame.
Jan 22, 2014 5:53 PM - longtimefan: not slow all the time? I think everyone can attest to that
Jan 22, 2014 5:55 PM - longtimefan: is it better now?
Jan 22, 2014 6:04 PM - 7thFloorRA: Now the Browns are interviewing Schiano. There is something seriously wrong with that orgnization and their meddline owner.
Jan 22, 2014 6:04 PM - 7thFloorRA: meddling
Jan 22, 2014 6:25 PM - Vltrophy: The company I work for is Salm but they have contracts w/Johnsonville & Hilleshire just to name the big boys then they got Bryan,Gilbert + others
Jan 22, 2014 6:29 PM - Vltrophy: Watching the NFL Network they asked Lacy & Cordarrelle P. who should go first & Lacy said I should go first b/c I'm better then asked CP & he said Lacy b/c he's the ROY
Jan 22, 2014 6:55 PM - Vltrophy: ED-DEE ED-DEE ED-DEE!!!! Go Pack Go!!!!
Jan 22, 2014 6:58 PM - Vltrophy: Routing for team Sanders. If this was a full out go get''m game it would be a good game
Jan 22, 2014 7:17 PM - longtimefan: See a Farve Packer probowl jersey in the audience

Jan 23, 2014 2:50 AM - Vltrophy: On break at work5:50. Off at 8:30
Jan 23, 2014 2:51 AM - Vltrophy: 4:50 not 5:50. My bad
Jan 23, 2014 3:34 AM - Smokeychedder: Good mourning Vltrophy, how's the weather.
Jan 23, 2014 6:35 AM - Vltrophy: Not too bad. Yes it is cold but dealing w/it
Jan 23, 2014 6:36 AM - Vltrophy: Should the Broncos win the SB Champ Baily will retire since he'll have a ring
Jan 23, 2014 6:59 AM - rodell330: i don't think he will..they will prolly cut him after the seaqson and he will be somewhere like Oakland or Detroit next year. Bailey still has some football left in him.
Jan 23, 2014 9:53 AM - Vltrophy: Peyton plays 2 more years max. Healthy or not as he's at least 37
Jan 23, 2014 10:47 AM - Vltrophy: Little bro' wins his 2nd SB on big bro's field it's only fitting that big bro win his 2nd SB on little bro's field
Jan 23, 2014 12:57 PM - Vltrophy: One mock draft had Manziel going first. From a. 3rd rd pick to #1 in someone's opinion. He likely go in the top 10 for sure as several teams in the top 10 need a QB
Jan 23, 2014 1:04 PM - Vltrophy: Mike Pettine is now the HC of the Browns. He has Van Pelt high on his list for OC. Packers can refuse to let him be interviewed since it's not a HC pos.
Jan 23, 2014 1:54 PM - Vltrophy: Packers promote Andy Van Pelt to QB coach
Jan 23, 2014 3:25 PM - Vltrophy: I feel so bad for Beiber who got drunk then drove a Lamborghini & landed in jail. NOT! Glad no one got hurt but he's no better than u & me. He should serve his time
Jan 23, 2014 3:28 PM - Vltrophy: My bad he was drag racing & had been drinking & had been smoking pot.
Jan 23, 2014 5:30 PM - easyk83: BTW Chris Borland is looking better than any of the other LBs at Senior Bowl practices, I wanted him but at this rate he'll be gone before we pick
Jan 23, 2014 5:30 PM - easyk83: ahem, gone before we pick in the second round

Jan 23, 2014 at 9:34 PM - Forget Favre: wow! There is now talk about the possibility of changing the Super Bowl date if bad weather hits.
Jan 23, 2014 at 9:35 PM - Forget Favre: I really wanna know what moron thought that it would be a good idea to have an SB in an outdoor stadium in winter conditions? Oh well. Not my problem.
Jan 24, 2014 at 12:28 AM - Vrill: good about Borland, means CJ Mosely may fall to us. I think hes the better pro.
Jan 24, 2014 at 5:32 AM - 7thFloorRA: Another day Lovat is still employed. Get with those evaluations already.
Jan 24, 2014 at 5:46 AM - ExpatPacker: I can't see Borland leapfrogging CJ Mosley. Mosley will go early to mid first round. The question is whether he'll be there when the Packers pick in the 2nd round. He's still projected as a 2-3 rounder.
Jan 24, 2014 at 5:53 AM - ExpatPacker: Speaking of high risers at the Senior Bowl, Aaron Donald is going off the charts and has almost certainly made himself an attractive 1st rounder. He's been blowing past OLs twice his weight.
Jan 24, 2014 at 10:24 AM - easyk83: pay attention to all star game performances, TT is said to really value the way players perform there highly
Jan 24, 2014 at 3:57 PM - AZpackerbacker: I don't trust ANY OL coming out of college......I don't care if they can run the 40 in 3 seconds
Jan 24, 2014 at 4:00 PM - rodell330: i feel the same way...to many bust. i think you can get a solid OL in the later rounds if you have a good scouting dept. i've never believed in drafting a OL real high..that's just how i feel.
Jan 24, 2014 at 5:25 PM - Shawnsta3: Wouldn't be opposed if BPA gave us that DE/OLB from Auburn either..
Jan 24, 2014 at 6:27 PM - easyk83: Dee Ford is too small
Jan 24, 2014 at 7:52 PM - longtimefan: Mon and Tues, will be damn cold...-4 for a high on Monday and a -2 for the high Tuesday....Windchills below -40...Lows will be near -15 to -20
