Jan 7, 2014 11:58 PM - Vltrophy: IMO Dungy is finished coaching. He's got other things he's got going
Jan 7, 2014 11:59 PM - Vltrophy: Detroit has their gaze fixed Whisenhunt
Jan 8, 2014 12:04 AM - Vltrophy: I hope Harris comes back healthy as Packers may not re-sign Starks.
Jan 8, 2014 12:08 AM - Vltrophy: Finley's likely gone sign Quarless cheap & maybe draft a TE
Jan 8, 2014 5:55 AM - Pokerbrat2000: I think they should try and keep Starks, he isn't a starting back so he shouldn't be that expensive. I agree on letting Finley go, Quarless looks better and better every game he plays
Jan 8, 2014 6:08 AM - NOMOFO: Starks at a decent price-yes. Finley if he's healthy only. I will admit to being wrong on that one. Quarless is no Finley. He's been OK and getting better- I agree. He's just not going to be a J-Mike.
Jan 8, 2014 6:11 AM - buggybill2003: didn`t somebody say the other night that Starks has never been a big fan of living in Green Bay ? Would he accept an offer ?
Jan 8, 2014 6:25 AM - NOMOFO: Not sure about that. I am not sure what kind of money somebody might throw at him. I like the guy and would love to have him back. I also however feel comfortable enough saying we know enough about it that we can say he's not worth giant money. This guy has more then his fair share of chances to be the top dog and he never did it. Really like him....but he certainly looks like a complement and not
Jan 8, 2014 6:25 AM - NOMOFO: a starter
Jan 8, 2014 7:48 AM - longtimefan: "Starks is going to get a good offer somewhere, and the Packers aren't going to be able to match it," writes Tyler Dunne
Jan 8, 2014 8:02 AM - 7thFloorRA: You can't pay starks like a starter or like a guy who plays all 16 games. He just doesn't touch the ball enough to warrant big money and DuJuan Harris will be back
Jan 8, 2014 8:06 AM - NOMOFO: Agreed 7thFloorRA. If there's one are that the Packers have made almost all the correct moves it's at RB. Like I said, the Pack gave Starks all the chances in the world to win the job but he never did. I would wish him well and say goodbye if he gets a big offer elsewhere
Jan 8, 2014 8:34 AM - longtimefan: Bill Michael reporting no coaches fired
Jan 8, 2014 8:36 AM - 7thFloorRA: Does that mean all coaches will return or that no one under contract was fired?
Jan 8, 2014 8:43 AM - longtimefan: He just said he belives al coaches stay but nainly said dom

Jan 8, 2014 9:19 AM - lambeaulambo: this sickens me
Jan 8, 2014 9:19 AM - lambeaulambo: the injuy blame game AGAIN
Jan 8, 2014 9:19 AM - lambeaulambo: injury
Jan 8, 2014 9:20 AM - lambeaulambo: at what pt do you change some things then? when we go 1 and done 5 straight years?
Jan 8, 2014 9:27 AM - lambeaulambo: the d is a sunken ship
Jan 8, 2014 9:40 AM - NOMOFO: I don't ever recall the Packers roster being so far apart from offense to defense. Our offense is stacked and there's nothing but positives. The defense is almost 100% the opposite. There are a few positives but even more question marks and flat out negatives.
Jan 8, 2014 9:41 AM - NOMOFO: Like I said in the Capers thread...I just think it's time for a new approach there. When Capers defenses have been bad, they have just been waaaay too bad.
Jan 8, 2014 9:51 AM - 7thFloorRA: keeping lovat after the hamstring epidedmic is a ****ing joke
Jan 8, 2014 10:07 AM - NOMOFO: Totally agree again! I'm seldom about chopping coaches for the sake of firing them but my Lord!!! WE NEED TO DO SOMETHING- ANYTHING to at least ATTEMPT to fix this!!!!
Jan 8, 2014 10:11 AM - USArmyParatrooper: NOMOFO, welcome to the salary cap. Very few teams are stacked on both sides of the ball, and when they are they don't stay that way for long.
Jan 8, 2014 10:46 AM - 7thFloorRA: maybe he will shitcan Lovat "We have to find a better way to get guys healthy"
Jan 8, 2014 10:55 AM - NOMOFO: Nah. There's more to it than just the cap. Think of all of the decent players we've had produce on the offense that weren't high priced players. THen look at how seldom it's happened no the other side the past few years. Look at the niners. They're solid on both sides of the ball.
Jan 8, 2014 11:29 AM - easyk83: Here's a question will the Packers have Datone Jones add weight this off season or will they have him slim down? Perhaps they intend to use him the hybrid role in which they were using Mike Neal to start the year.
Jan 8, 2014 11:33 AM - AZpackerbacker: Does anyone remember Todd Williams playing for the Packers?.....a story of him being found dead in a hotel room in FLA .....I don't remember him at all.....it says he played for Tampa and Green Bay
Jan 8, 2014 11:36 AM - Vltrophy: If McAdoo goes to the Browns as their HC I wonder if the Packers will promote from w/in or look to the outside for a new QB coach
Jan 8, 2014 11:36 AM - Vltrophy: I don't recall a Todd Williams
Jan 8, 2014 11:37 AM - AZpackerbacker: me either....says he was an OT
Jan 8, 2014 11:40 AM - AZpackerbacker: apparently sometime in the mid 2000s.....he was only 35 years old
Jan 8, 2014 11:41 AM - Vltrophy: MM said DC will stay the DC. Maybe we need some vets to run his D instead of all theses young guys so we have some vet leadership
