Wood Chipper: Oh thanks Microsoft for having me check in every 24 hours

Wood Chipper: Really is fantastic when I am deployed overseas

Wood Chipper: Also I really like how no one can borrow any games at all. Xbox knows me so well!

NorthWestCheeseHead: PS4. Done with the DRMbox. BTW Pappa, you don't need to pay for an online subscription to use Netflix on the PS4. Microsoft requires a Xbox Gold subscription to use Netflix.

NorthWestCheeseHead: Though the PS+ is well worth the $50 a year fee considering that $50 nets you around $300 in free games that Sony offers to subscribers through the year.

joshsup17: PS4!!! lol, in all seriousness though, I do not understand how microsoft is willing to alienate some of its best customers....

MiamiBeachPacker: I've never used Steam, so I'm not sure what it's like.

Poppa San: Basically need consumers to unite and not buy the first system that has undesirable features. They will never be brought back.

MiamiBeachPacker: Good luck with that

NorthWestCheeseHead: I really don't understand the whole anti-disk thing
Jun 15, 2013 7:11 PM -
NorthWestCheeseHead: treat the stuff you buy nicely and it wont get messed up. pretty simple concept I think. Never had an issue with scratches and whatnot
Jun 15, 2013 7:13 PM -
NorthWestCheeseHead: Also the used game bit bringing up the price of new games is a bunch of bull. THe industry as a whole has been trying to limit used game sales/ entirely eliminate them since ~2010. The whole concept is just entirely off
Jun 15, 2013 7:14 PM -
NorthWestCheeseHead: And yeah, DRM would allow you not not be offered $5 for that game you paid $50 a year ago. But it would also make for one to not be able to resell the game at all
Jun 15, 2013 7:14 PM -
NorthWestCheeseHead: and really one can just sell stuff on ebay/craigslist if they don't like what gamestop is offereing

NorthWestCheeseHead: This should be a thread. BUt I'm too lazy to start it xD

Wood Chipper: I can see why they want to get rid of used games or limit them. But seriously, if I want to bring Madden to a friends house and play then why can't I?
