Jan 11, 2015 at 4:52 PM - Daryl Muellenberg: No, the game is 100% over - about 5 minutes ago. :)
Jan 11, 2015 at 4:53 PM - Dagger85: Are you on live tv?
Jan 11, 2015 at 4:53 PM - red4tribe: Is Bayless smoking?
Jan 11, 2015 at 4:53 PM - Jdeed: lol should have dropped that
Jan 11, 2015 at 4:53 PM - PackerDNA: Skip who?
Jan 11, 2015 at 4:53 PM - Jdeed: those short passes are not going to win the game its over
Jan 11, 2015 at 4:54 PM - Daryl Muellenberg: Jdeed - you must be on a delayed broadcast.
Jan 11, 2015 at 4:54 PM - Jdeed: bad clock management
Jan 11, 2015 at 4:54 PM - dbain21: if people don't realize everything skip says isn't purely for entetrainment...well i'm sorry
Jan 11, 2015 at 4:54 PM - Jdeed: yeah prolly
Jan 11, 2015 at 4:55 PM - Jdeed: oh yeah the game is over just not here yet lol
Jan 11, 2015 at 4:55 PM - Circa1919: Its still fun to see him suffer
Jan 11, 2015 at 4:55 PM - Jdeed: Dallas fans are Livid right now
Jan 11, 2015 at 4:55 PM - Jdeed: Cant wait to see skip bayless tomorrow lol
Jan 11, 2015 at 4:56 PM - brandon2348: good. go tell Dallas to fix there "fraud show" secondary
Jan 11, 2015 at 4:56 PM - Circa1919: Dallas can moan, but I love seeing Detroit fans reaction. They're like "yeah...tell me about it"
Jan 11, 2015 at 4:56 PM - Jdeed: even det players tweeted lol
Jan 11, 2015 at 4:56 PM - Jdeed: Karma, payback etc
Jan 11, 2015 at 4:57 PM - Zartan: The problem with changing the rule is what would be defined as a complete possession of the ball?
Jan 11, 2015 at 4:57 PM - Zartan: That would be rewritten if they change the rules
Jan 11, 2015 at 4:57 PM - Carl: To me it's completely different. This was the correct call no doubt. There is no controversy.
Jan 11, 2015 at 4:58 PM - Carl: Not like Detroit game when the call was blown.
Jan 11, 2015 at 4:58 PM - dbain21: @circa lol yeah they're just like, "been there done that...and again...and again"
Jan 11, 2015 at 4:58 PM - Daryl Muellenberg: Just don't see them changing the rule. As I said before, it would make the refs make more judgement calls and they don't want to do that.
Jan 11, 2015 at 4:58 PM - Jdeed: We are used to the refs ******** us its expected....
Jan 11, 2015 at 4:58 PM - Circa1919: I agree Carl. They can hate the rule, not the call
Jan 11, 2015 at 4:59 PM - Jdeed: Basically it doesnt matter because they can change rules to suit the calls anytime
Jan 11, 2015 at 5:00 PM - Jdeed: they will call what they want when they want how they want regardless and we as fans will just have to expect the good ones with the bad ones....
Jan 11, 2015 at 5:01 PM - Jdeed: well next week!! in Seattle o/
Jan 11, 2015 at 5:01 PM - Daryl Muellenberg: Unfortunately when the refs are human there are always going to be bad calls. I wish they would allow any play to be reviewed rather than just a select few.
Jan 11, 2015 at 5:01 PM - Jdeed: hope you can muster up some of that road warrior magic
Jan 11, 2015 at 5:01 PM - Zartan: https://twitter.com/46Rain2/status/554442929930911744/photo/1
Jan 11, 2015 at 5:01 PM - Zartan: LOL
Jan 11, 2015 at 5:02 PM - Zartan: Thats pretty funny
Jan 11, 2015 at 5:02 PM - desertdog55: Fail Mary karma

Jan 11, 2015 at 5:02 PM - Daryl Muellenberg: Hilarious!!
Jan 11, 2015 at 5:03 PM - PackerDNA: The ground can't cause a fumble- but it can cause an incomplete pass. Typical NFL craziness.
Jan 11, 2015 at 5:03 PM - dbain21: That's so good lol
Jan 11, 2015 at 5:04 PM - Zartan: Andrew Luck the new Face of Poppa Jonhs Pizza
Jan 11, 2015 at 5:05 PM - Daryl Muellenberg: What is so crazy about that? I understand the logic. Gaining possession on a pass versus already having control and fumbling is completely different.
Jan 11, 2015 at 5:06 PM - Carl: The ground actually can cause a fumble if a player is not down by contact
Jan 11, 2015 at 5:07 PM - Circa1919: My favorite: https://pbs.twimg.com/media/B7G7zhXCIAA-Vpk.jpg:large
Jan 11, 2015 at 5:08 PM - Daryl Muellenberg: I wish they wouldn't say the ground can't cause a fumble, because it can. They should say the ground can't cause a fumble while the player is being tackled.
Jan 11, 2015 at 5:09 PM - Vrill: Peyton Manning is done. Put a fork in him. Its hard watching him play right now. It reminds me of Dan Marino at the end of his career. Zero mobility, a statue and loss of arm strength. Stuff you cannot get back. Age and injuries have caught up with Manning.
Jan 11, 2015 at 5:10 PM - dbain21: Ya people will always think of peyton as one of the greats..playing and losing in the playoffs more can only hurt his bad postseason reputation
Jan 11, 2015 at 5:11 PM - Daryl Muellenberg: Manning has never had any mobility. The loss of arm strength might be due to his leg injuries, don't know for sure. I guess we will have to wait and see if he comes back next year.
Jan 11, 2015 at 5:13 PM - Daryl Muellenberg: To be honest, I don't think Manning really cares what people think about his post season reputation. I believe he plays the game because he loves it. If he really can't come back from his injuries then I believe he will hang it up.
Jan 11, 2015 at 5:17 PM - 7thFloorRA: Home from GLORIOUS Green Bay. What a game!!!
Jan 11, 2015 at 5:22 PM - IluvGB: Sooo glad you got to go 7th!
Jan 11, 2015 at 5:23 PM - brandon2348: Yeah no kidding. That's one you will look back at
Jan 11, 2015 at 5:27 PM - Zartan: https://twitter.com/46Rain2/status/554443469284847616/photo/1
Jan 11, 2015 at 5:28 PM - PackerDNA: I wonder how things went for the lady Vic Ketchman gave his tickets to.
Jan 11, 2015 at 5:30 PM - Twiddlemylobes: I am jealous 7th
Jan 11, 2015 at 5:32 PM - 7thFloorRA: It was truly awesome. I have never experienced a playoff game live. It was very cool. The best part was the seats!!!
Jan 11, 2015 at 5:32 PM - Twiddlemylobes: Well you know what they say about believing in the statement "any given Sunday".
Jan 11, 2015 at 5:32 PM - 7thFloorRA: The guy I get tix from has the 700 level seats but for the playoffs he went back into the raffle and we were 15th row just outside of the endzone where Richard Rodgers caught his TD
Jan 11, 2015 at 5:33 PM - Twiddlemylobes: Apparently my pastor is convinced ever since he saw me at His service last weekend.
Jan 11, 2015 at 5:34 PM - Zartan: Manning has always stunk in post season. Even starting way back into his final season with The Tennessee Volunteers he shat the bed
Jan 11, 2015 at 5:34 PM - Zartan: 1997 postseason – Manning produces just a single TD through three quarters and is benched in the fourth quarter as the talent-laden No. 3 Volunteers get smoked by Nebraska, 42-17. Manning completes 21 of 31 for 131 yards, a dismal 4.2 YPA. He is benched in the fourth quarter for Tee Martin, who leads a scoring drive and then leads stacked Tennessee to the national title the following season.
Jan 11, 2015 at 5:38 PM - gatorpack: Pack 7 pt dogs
Jan 11, 2015 at 5:39 PM - Zartan: I figured we be the dogs
Jan 11, 2015 at 5:40 PM - Zartan: I dont know about our chances.
Jan 11, 2015 at 5:40 PM - Zartan: My Heart says we can win but my head thinks the other way
Jan 11, 2015 at 5:41 PM - gatorpack: We can win I just hope Rodgers feels atleast a little better.
Jan 11, 2015 at 5:43 PM - brandon2348: yeah. I just posted that I hope Rodgers makes another step with his calf getting better this week
Jan 11, 2015 at 5:43 PM - brandon2348: would make me feel so much better about this gaem
Jan 11, 2015 at 5:43 PM - brandon2348: game
Jan 11, 2015 at 5:44 PM - Zartan: My only consern is Rodgers calf and how that affects him. The Seattle D is one tough mother and a limpy Rodgers makes playing against them 1000x harder
Jan 11, 2015 at 5:45 PM - Zartan: We have to play Almost Perfect Football to have a shot I think
Jan 11, 2015 at 5:45 PM - 7thFloorRA: Seattle was allowing Carolina to run yesterday and their arrogance led to some stupid undisciplined penalties. I hope to see more of the same.

Jan 11, 2015 at 5:46 PM - 7thFloorRA: MM has to break from though and point out the illegal contact Seattle is granted
Jan 11, 2015 at 5:46 PM - 7thFloorRA: get that into the NFL and its official's heads.
Jan 11, 2015 at 5:46 PM - Zartan: If somehow we pull out a win. Atleast Rodgers has 2 weeks to heal for the Super Bowl thats a HUGE IF
Jan 11, 2015 at 5:48 PM - red4tribe: Yeah I think if we win Rodgers could be close to 100% for the Super Bowl
Jan 11, 2015 at 5:49 PM - gatorpack: Yeah In 3 week Rodgers could be alot better not 100% but I would think ok
Jan 11, 2015 at 5:51 PM - brandon2348: not only was Carolina running on them some with success. They did it against a stacked box
Jan 11, 2015 at 5:52 PM - brandon2348: If we can contain Seattle's outside guys on the edge. "averil and bennett" we can get after em
Jan 11, 2015 at 5:54 PM - brandon2348: Need Bak and Bulaga to have a good game out there on the edge in pass blocking
Jan 11, 2015 at 5:55 PM - gatorpack: I just wonder if a faster back like starks would do better vs seattle? I love lacy and I would use lacy if I had the choice, but I would give Starks some carries to see how he does.
Jan 11, 2015 at 5:56 PM - brandon2348: yeah I am sure MM will rotate em in. Starks did well in first game
Jan 11, 2015 at 5:58 PM - gatorpack: That Seahawk d is fast
Jan 11, 2015 at 5:59 PM - gatorpack: Lacy can run 1 or 2 over but that d swarms.
Jan 11, 2015 at 5:59 PM - brandon2348: Yeah Chancellor and Wagner and others at the LB position plus Thomas
Jan 11, 2015 at 5:59 PM - 7thFloorRA: The seahwas won't cover 2 the pack to death will they?? I thought they like to go single high with man coverage
Jan 11, 2015 at 5:59 PM - brandon2348: actually chancellor isnt that fast but he plays fast
Jan 11, 2015 at 6:00 PM - brandon2348: no Seahawks play "single high safety"
Jan 11, 2015 at 6:00 PM - brandon2348: very little cover 2
Jan 11, 2015 at 6:00 PM - brandon2348: they will do a little man to man if they have to.
Jan 11, 2015 at 6:01 PM - brandon2348: they hate to get out of there cover 3
Jan 11, 2015 at 6:02 PM - brandon2348: You gotta remember they play in the NFC west so there whole goal is to load the box and make qb's challenge there secondary
Jan 11, 2015 at 6:02 PM - brandon2348: It works great against Colin Kaepernick and co.
Jan 11, 2015 at 6:07 PM - Zartan: Peyton Manning playoff winning percentage as Denver QB: .400 Tim Tebow playoff winning percentage as Denver QB: .500
Jan 11, 2015 at 6:49 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: Peyton's window just shut, but I think the Pats had SB stamped on them regardless, that indy D can never show up against Brady
Jan 11, 2015 at 6:55 PM - Powarun: Rodgers put the team on his back standing on one leg.
Jan 11, 2015 at 7:23 PM - Zartan: Apperntly 75% of people voted in a poll think Pack gunna win Sunday against the Sehawks
Jan 11, 2015 at 7:24 PM - Zartan: Seen that on NFL Network
Jan 11, 2015 at 7:30 PM - brandon2348: I believe that. Hawks haven't had an impressive win in some time. It's a lot of hype. I mean Rodgers was on the bench wearing a baseball cap in 3rd qtr against Carolina
Jan 11, 2015 at 7:31 PM - brandon2348: I think Detroit has a better defense then Seattle. Way more dominant up front
Jan 11, 2015 at 7:31 PM - Zeck180: what will hurt the seahawks is their arragance, i wouldn't be one bit surprised to hear some players are already making sb plans.
Jan 11, 2015 at 7:31 PM - brandon2348: Detroit has speed at LB too just like hawks
Jan 11, 2015 at 7:32 PM - brandon2348: Zeck. There fan base is already talking about next years "thursday night kickoff opponent" and who it will be
Jan 11, 2015 at 7:37 PM - brandon2348: We just need to jump up on them. Take some thunder out of there facade
Jan 11, 2015 at 7:53 PM - Vrill: Seahawks wanted Dallas.....they get Green Bay....maybe there is a letdown there too.....

Jan 11, 2015 8:05 PM - Cheesehead625: I like that no one is giving us a chance verse the Hawks
Jan 11, 2015 8:05 PM - brandon2348: NFC championship. I wouldn't count on any let downs. I expect Seahawks to come out and do what they do. Crowd the box, try to hold and play are receivers physical and break our will.
Jan 11, 2015 8:08 PM - brandon2348: I would be tickled if we get a turnover from them
Jan 11, 2015 8:08 PM - Cheesehead625: I just hope we beat up on their secondary
Jan 11, 2015 8:10 PM - brandon2348: That's what I think is gonna surprise people. If they play crowd the box I will take Aaron Rodgers and our weapons all day long
Jan 11, 2015 8:11 PM - brandon2348: Kam was missing a lot of throws out there and receivers dropped a couple balls
Jan 11, 2015 8:15 PM - Carl: Seattle really pissed me off yesterday. I don't know if a single tackle happened without a celebration.
Jan 11, 2015 8:18 PM - brandon2348: I know. It's disgusting. I'm glad our guys have already been here. Seattle will give us at least 45-60 yards in stupid penalties. Unsportsmanlike conduct kind
Jan 11, 2015 8:18 PM - brandon2348: they will also jump off sides about 2-5 times
Jan 11, 2015 8:26 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: I say we win
Jan 11, 2015 8:34 PM - brandon2348: I do too Carolina with one "if" that is we don't turn the ball over
Jan 11, 2015 8:36 PM - Green and Gold: Let's be thankful for Peppers's clutch strip Let's be thankful for 3rd and 15 Let's be thankful for Davante Adams shining bright on the biggest stages Let's be thankful we have Aaron Let's be thankful we're Packers fans!
Jan 11, 2015 8:37 PM - brandon2348: amen Green and Gold. Lotta big time plays
Jan 11, 2015 9:03 PM - Carl: Just watched the game again. The last 18ish minutes right after Dallas went up 8 was great football by the Packers
Jan 11, 2015 9:23 PM - Zeck180: next weeks game reminds me of 2010 div game against atlanta no one gave the pack a chance
Jan 11, 2015 9:43 PM - Dagger85: Our game is on nfl network right now. Funny, I'm not sweating and pacing this time...
Jan 11, 2015 9:44 PM - PackwillBEback: But Aaron Rodgers can't lewd fourth quarter comebacks...
Jan 11, 2015 9:44 PM - PackwillBEback: Lead*
Jan 11, 2015 10:07 PM - Dagger85: Haha, I've heard that before. Which is funny, because I remember a few just this season.
Jan 11, 2015 10:09 PM - Dagger85: I think it's ridiculous for anyone to say any nfl team doesn't stand a chance. I get college, when you have big conference schools playing small division schools. However, no nfl game is guaranteed. And this is especially true when it's 2 teams who have made it to a championship game
Jan 11, 2015 10:09 PM - Dagger85: They're there for a reason. It's fine to say one team is favored, but either team can beat the other. Previous games don't matter anymore
Jan 11, 2015 10:24 PM - Twiddlemylobes: I subscribe to the "any given Sunday" concept
Jan 11, 2015 10:26 PM - Twiddlemylobes: Apparently I caused my Pastor to believe it also.. Once he saw me in church last weekend
Jan 11, 2015 11:13 PM - Zartan: Survive and Advance...
Jan 12, 2015 12:30 AM - adambr2: I wouldn't say no one gave us a chance to beat Atlanta in 2010. We were 2 point dogs. I think quite a few people saw it coming.
Jan 12, 2015 12:52 AM - Zartan: I forsee this being the battle music for next week...

Jan 12, 2015 5:18 AM - desertdog55: "The call"....all week long love fest for poor Dallas being robbed. Pundits already saying the Packers should not even bother showing up for the game. Smdh
Jan 12, 2015 5:36 AM - Pokerbrat2000: For a real chuckle.....get on some of the Dallas fans blog sites.....some of their fans are claiming the ball never hit the ground...waiting to read that Moses himself parted the endzone as Bryant stretched his arm out as far as his shoulder pads would allow

Jan 12, 2015 at 6:20 AM - Green and Gold: I nominate the peppers move as the best non draft acquisition in the nfl this year. He is one of ours best defenders this year. Hats off to capers to using him perfectly
Jan 12, 2015 at 6:28 AM - desertdog55: They should have stopped us on the next drive then, regardless, if the catch would have counted, I still think we go down and at least kick a FG, game over. Thus, the play really didn't determine the outcome.
Jan 12, 2015 at 6:29 AM - Green and Gold: I guess everyone forgot the uncatchable pass interference on 3rd down to set up the Cowboys first TD?
Jan 12, 2015 at 6:29 AM - Green and Gold: Not only read uncatchable, it wasnt even PI. Their feet were "inadvertently tangled"
Jan 12, 2015 at 6:40 AM - easyk83: Anyone who thinks the Cowboys would have stopped the Packers Offense the next drive is delusional, even knowing the Packers would run every first and second down they still couldn't stop us.
Jan 12, 2015 at 6:56 AM - longtimefan: If It's a catch- and they get td plus 2 pt conv it's 29 to 26-- a fg sends to over time- pack would have needed a score and we don't know they could have
Jan 12, 2015 at 7:18 AM - Jdeed: Be happy you won and Rodgers didnt get hit ******* that Calf as that would have changed everything at anytime during the game. That was a close fought game and the Packers managed to come away with a win despite the fact Dallas was playing pretty good. A couple of keys plays made a Huge difference.
Jan 12, 2015 at 7:42 AM - Pokerbrat2000: yup....a couple of key plays and a couple of calls either way......usually is what decides close games :whistling:
Jan 12, 2015 at 7:45 AM - Pokerbrat2000: nobody knows how a game would have ended had a call gone the other way (except maybe the Fail Mary Game)......so anytime people say this call or that call cost us the game, I would rather hear..."That call (play) really hurt us.....at that particular point in the game".
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:23 AM - Jdeed: even so I want to remind you that I was here and listened as most of this chat box and members griped endlessly all game about the refs calls against GB. ;) not only did they gripe they called the game fixed for Dallas more than a couple times.....Nancies and Bandwagoneers is what I saw. A few truly Loyal fans kept their heads.
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:27 AM - Jdeed: And yes as a Lions fan I am an expert on Nancies and Bandwagoneers :p we saw them constantly week in and week out.
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:45 AM - 7thFloorRA: The only bad call I saw at the game was the PI that got Dallas their 1st td. I was in that endzone. That ball was not catchable and it looked extremely incidental.
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:59 AM - Pokerbrat2000: well we are all fans....of one team or another....of course we are going to ***** about calls against our team. But the old adage of they usually even out is typically the case and as I said....hard to point to one bad call as the only reason a game was won or lost
Jan 12, 2015 at 9:01 AM - Pokerbrat2000: Matthews hit Romo extremely late and low......wasn't called...blown no call for sure in this Packer fans mind.....but did it change the outcome of the game? Probably not
Jan 12, 2015 at 9:24 AM - greenandgold: Matthews could have hit Romo a lot harder than he did! He let up real quick. Not worthy of a call.
Jan 12, 2015 at 9:54 AM - AmishMafia: not the play he was talking about. matthews
Jan 12, 2015 at 9:55 AM - AmishMafia: was on theground and lunged at romos legs. a clear penalty. clay did not see the throw is my best explanation.
Jan 12, 2015 at 10:10 AM - Pokerbrat2000: To take a page from Rodgers....all those Cowboy fans just need to R E V I E W
Jan 12, 2015 at 10:13 AM - Pokerbrat2000: Yes, what Amish said.....was during the early touchdown play to Tyler Clutts...so at worst would have been assessed on the kickoff.....kick out of the endzone..touchback Packers
Jan 12, 2015 at 10:44 AM - longtimefan: toothed pulled...holy crap---blood and pain lol
Jan 12, 2015 at 10:50 AM - Pokerbrat2000: slap a band aid on it LTF and get back in there and have some caramel corn
Jan 12, 2015 at 11:14 AM - Bridcarper: Just settling down to watch a re-run of the game.
Jan 12, 2015 at 11:41 AM - greenandgold: Just re-watching the recording I made of the game last night. I love it on the first drive where Rogers changed the play with "New York Bozo, New York Bozo!" A dig at NY Mayor De Blasio maybe?
Jan 12, 2015 at 11:48 AM - pacmaniac: we can see the effects of Rodgers not practicing much - yesterday he only played great for one quarter
Jan 12, 2015 at 11:53 AM - Bridcarper: Is Expat in the house? Wow, mate - you missed a thriller! Hope your wife is okay.
Jan 12, 2015 at 12:26 PM - Pokerbrat2000: yes....the second time through the game was almost even more enjoyable....knowing the outcome :) "New York Bozo...New York Bozo..."
Jan 12, 2015 at 12:27 PM - Pokerbrat2000: That was intended for Chris Christie
Jan 12, 2015 at 1:18 PM - Dagger85: MM just said that Rodgers feels better today than he did last week! Yes!
Jan 12, 2015 at 1:33 PM - Narveson: The work day today was soon sweet. Living in Texas and running around with a cheesehead on, A Packers throw tied to my neck looking like a cape and my Packers mug drinking coffee really pissed the Cowboy fans off here!!!
Jan 12, 2015 at 1:39 PM - AmishMafia: Not mych respect for your coworkers? they mst all be a bunch of ***holes.
Jan 12, 2015 at 1:47 PM - Zartan: If Rodgers is feeling better today than last week thats fantastic news
Jan 12, 2015 at 1:48 PM - Zartan: Maybe he might be slightly more mobile sunday
Jan 12, 2015 at 2:05 PM - Pokerbrat2000: As someone who has operated through "normal life"...walking to the water cooler, walking to my car, etc with a torn calf muscle.....he won't be much more mobile until the end of March......when he is in the Bahamas celebrating his MVP and Super Bowl year :whistling:
Jan 12, 2015 at 2:22 PM - Zartan: Thats a bit too early to be thinking that...
Jan 12, 2015 at 2:23 PM - Zartan: Seattle is the most hardest challenge thus far winning isnt guarteed

Jan 12, 2015 at 2:53 PM - longtimefan: Mm said he thinks Aaron felt better didn't know for sure
Jan 12, 2015 at 2:57 PM - AmishMafia: i bet both of Seahawk coordinators are head coaches next season.
Jan 12, 2015 at 2:57 PM - desertdog55: I feel better about the Seachickens game than I did the cowgirls for some strange reason
Jan 12, 2015 at 2:59 PM - desertdog55: could be that I screwed up my meds
Jan 12, 2015 at 3:11 PM - Zartan: Damn Seems likey they are letting the entire staff of the Broncos go
Jan 12, 2015 at 3:11 PM - Zartan: DIdent think a hurt manning losing a game would get everyone fired
Jan 12, 2015 at 3:12 PM - Zartan: I guess John Elway isnt too happy then if hes firing everyone
Jan 12, 2015 at 3:13 PM - AmishMafia: they had alot ofneggs in the 2014 basket. Some big dollar FAs on defense and the defense gets worse. go figure.
Jan 12, 2015 at 3:16 PM - Zartan: Not sure why fire John Fox. It was only one season removed from being in the SB
Jan 12, 2015 at 3:16 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: I got Ohio State winning tonight
Jan 12, 2015 at 3:16 PM - Zartan: Not John Fox fault Manning loves the One and Done
Jan 12, 2015 at 3:17 PM - Zartan: I hope Oregon Wins tonight
Jan 12, 2015 at 3:17 PM - Zartan: Hate the Buckeyes
Jan 12, 2015 at 3:17 PM - AmishMafia: fox will find a HC job.
Jan 12, 2015 at 3:17 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: I dont think Oregon knows how to stop running QBs
Jan 12, 2015 at 3:17 PM - Zartan: Hes probably going to be the Bears next HC
Jan 12, 2015 at 3:18 PM - AmishMafia: would not like that.
Jan 12, 2015 at 3:20 PM - Zartan: I guarntee one of the recent HC firings is gunna land in Chi town
Jan 12, 2015 at 3:20 PM - Zartan: Rex Ryan got the Gig in Buffalo
Jan 12, 2015 at 3:21 PM - Zartan: It would of been funny if he got the Chicago job.
Jan 12, 2015 at 3:21 PM - Zartan: Beating his *** 2 times a year
Jan 12, 2015 at 3:22 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: yeah he's a lousy coach
Jan 12, 2015 at 3:23 PM - Zartan: Reading some reports that John Fox maybe heading to Chi town
Jan 12, 2015 at 3:23 PM - Zartan: Ian Rapoport ‏@RapSheet 6m6 minutes ago The #Bears had been considering a veteran coach to pair with a young GM Ryan Pace. There wasn’t one available. With John Fox, now there is
Jan 12, 2015 at 3:24 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: problem is can the Bears dump cutler? My guess is they arent gonna be able to do that
Jan 12, 2015 at 3:26 PM - Zartan: They cant cut him they will eat up alot of money. Cant trade him because cutler
Jan 12, 2015 at 3:26 PM - Zartan: They are stuck with him for a long time
Jan 12, 2015 at 3:26 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: yup, my guess is as good a hc as fox is, he's screwed with cutler
Jan 12, 2015 at 3:27 PM - Zartan: Who would honestly want to trade for cutler?
Jan 12, 2015 at 3:27 PM - Zartan: Also the team he would go to would have to deal with his contract
Jan 12, 2015 at 3:27 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: yup
Jan 12, 2015 at 3:28 PM - Zartan: If a team needs a QB they should just grab someone from the Draft
Jan 12, 2015 at 3:28 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: thing is bears dont have jameis kind of money with cutler taking up that
Jan 12, 2015 at 3:31 PM - Zartan: So I doubt Manning will be coming back now

Jan 12, 2015 at 3:31 PM - Zartan: If they are firing everyone
Jan 12, 2015 at 3:32 PM - Zartan: I wonder if Manning told them something. Why would Elway fire littery everyone...
Jan 12, 2015 at 3:33 PM - Zartan: A buddy of mine said I wonder if Elway would be trying to get Jon Gruden now a home run hire...
Jan 12, 2015 at 3:33 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: I wonder if he's trying to get one of his old OC's from indy the job at hc there?
Jan 12, 2015 at 3:35 PM - Zartan: Doensmt make any since to fire everyone unless 1. They know Manning is going to retire and want to start entirely fresh or 2.Go and get a big name hire for one last shot with manning
Jan 12, 2015 at 3:36 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: the report im reading states that Fox left as if he wanted out
Jan 12, 2015 at 3:36 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: as in, he resigned on purpose
Jan 12, 2015 at 3:37 PM - Zartan: I dont know. But why everyone else though...
Jan 12, 2015 at 3:39 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: umm, probably because the new coach will want his own staff
Jan 12, 2015 at 3:39 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: remember, Bruce Arians turned down the chicago job cuz he couldnt decide who stayed and who left
Jan 12, 2015 at 3:39 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: my guess is Elway or whoever wont put that limitation on the new guy
Jan 12, 2015 at 3:40 PM - Zartan: Yea. I do wonder how much they know about Manning if hes gunna retire or not
Jan 12, 2015 at 3:49 PM - Narveson: Early weather conditions for Seattle, WA on Sunday. High of 51 with an 80% chance of rain.
Jan 12, 2015 at 4:12 PM - Dagger85: Lets go Oregon tonight
Jan 12, 2015 at 4:37 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: I really think that scrambling/running QB factor is gonna get them tonight, just like Vince Young did to USC 9 years ago
Jan 12, 2015 at 4:41 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: Playing against Cardale is a different approach than playing against Winston because Winston doesn't run
Jan 12, 2015 at 4:53 PM - 7thFloorRA: I'm surprised Cardale is still academically eligible. Remeber....he ain't come there to play school.
Jan 12, 2015 at 4:53 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: although he does have a brace on his knee
Jan 12, 2015 at 4:53 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: I'm actually surprised Rodgers hasn't worn one
Jan 12, 2015 at 5:05 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: you know they keep on talking about Oregon's zone D, when you havee a scrambling QB, that seems like a recipe to get burned on deep balls
Jan 12, 2015 at 5:18 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: man they shrunk the trophy
Jan 12, 2015 at 5:23 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: course if Ohio State is gonna win this game, Urban Meyer's playcalling cant afford to stink
Jan 12, 2015 at 5:23 PM - Carl: Cowboys forums are great right now. Lots complaining about how bad of a call it was
Jan 12, 2015 at 5:24 PM - Carl: It was 100% the correct call. They could disagree with the rule, but it was the right call.
Jan 12, 2015 at 5:35 PM - Zartan: Oregon got luckey on that
Jan 12, 2015 at 5:37 PM - Zartan: Hes down
Jan 12, 2015 at 5:38 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: wow
Jan 12, 2015 at 5:38 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: ohio state ball
Jan 12, 2015 at 5:38 PM - Zartan: I wonder if this game will have a controveral calls too
Jan 12, 2015 at 5:42 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: well yeah knee was down, game's gonna be a shootout tho
Jan 12, 2015 at 5:42 PM - Zartan: Ducks score FIRST
Jan 12, 2015 at 5:44 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: and actually kicked an extra point
Jan 12, 2015 at 5:57 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: Well the bucks did get a stop but they got a long way to go
Jan 12, 2015 at 6:01 PM - brandon2348: these Ohio state receivers have been showing that can make some big pays
Jan 12, 2015 at 6:01 PM - brandon2348: plays

Jan 12, 2015 at 6:07 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: gotta love that Elliot guy
Jan 12, 2015 at 6:08 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: surprised they havent made extra point holding calls enforceable on kickoffs yet
Jan 12, 2015 at 6:10 PM - brandon2348: no kidding
Jan 12, 2015 at 6:12 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: Ohio State has a chance if they stay with that game plan and Urban doesn't get too fancy, but knowing him, he's probably gonna attempt to
Jan 12, 2015 at 6:13 PM - brandon2348: wow
Jan 12, 2015 at 6:13 PM - brandon2348: huge drop
Jan 12, 2015 at 6:14 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: wow is right
Jan 12, 2015 at 6:14 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: that could come back to haunt them
Jan 12, 2015 at 6:15 PM - brandon2348: thats it. pound em
Jan 12, 2015 at 6:15 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: wow and a return
Jan 12, 2015 at 6:15 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: this is gonna b one crazy game
Jan 12, 2015 at 6:15 PM - brandon2348: I was never sold on Oregons D
Jan 12, 2015 at 6:16 PM - brandon2348: 1 yard line
Jan 12, 2015 at 6:17 PM - brandon2348: its only 15 still. I thought even in college if in endzone they got it at 1
Jan 12, 2015 at 6:17 PM - brandon2348: Oregons D is "butter"
Jan 12, 2015 at 6:18 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: Elliot's pulling a Marshawn Lynch on them
Jan 12, 2015 at 6:31 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: yup he is trying to go all out Vince Young
Jan 12, 2015 at 6:32 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: but ... that was dumb
Jan 12, 2015 at 6:36 PM - brandon2348: didnt make it
Jan 12, 2015 at 6:36 PM - Circa1919: Who else watched Skip Bayless lose his **** on First Take
Jan 12, 2015 at 6:37 PM - Green and Gold: "Crime of the century"
Jan 12, 2015 at 6:37 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: that was a faulty playcall there
Jan 12, 2015 at 6:38 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: wow stupid penalty
Jan 12, 2015 at 6:38 PM - 7thFloorRA: BS that it costs them an entire inch.
Jan 12, 2015 at 6:39 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: well nvm it was a dead ball fowl
Jan 12, 2015 at 6:39 PM - 7thFloorRA: Oregon is doing everything possible to give this game away
Jan 12, 2015 at 6:39 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: if it had been a facemask, ohhh boy
Jan 12, 2015 at 6:41 PM - brandon2348: I told ya. "butter"
Jan 12, 2015 at 6:42 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: yup there he goes again

Jan 12, 2015 at 6:44 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: jeezus wow
Jan 12, 2015 at 6:44 PM - brandon2348: totally blew it. could of really made it hard for Oregon there
Jan 12, 2015 at 6:44 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: shoulda went out of bounds instead
Jan 12, 2015 at 6:45 PM - brandon2348: 14 point lead with the way there dominating up front on offense
Jan 12, 2015 at 6:46 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: well I seen either mistakes like that, or Urban get in his players' way in big games before
Jan 12, 2015 at 6:47 PM - brandon2348: Ohio state is settling down on D
Jan 12, 2015 at 6:48 PM - brandon2348: Here ya go
Jan 12, 2015 at 6:49 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: that's typical Oregon though, in the biggest games
Jan 12, 2015 at 6:50 PM - brandon2348: they play in the pac 12 where there is almost no defense
Jan 12, 2015 at 6:50 PM - brandon2348: games are 64-60
Jan 12, 2015 at 6:51 PM - longtimefan: http://www.packers.com/media-center...n-to-win/c4a3ccb5-38ec-4f76-9ff0-1155c5a0a8b6 question is he in better shape than he was after the Det game???? MM- I think so-I think it be better if Aaron answers those questions
Jan 12, 2015 at 6:53 PM - brandon2348: well he did a great job of protecting while producing. guy is incredible. I would think it would at least be a little better
Jan 12, 2015 at 6:53 PM - brandon2348: MM said he feels even better then he did last week at this time
Jan 12, 2015 at 6:53 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: theyd better not squander this one
Jan 12, 2015 at 6:53 PM - desertdog55: how's your tooth, or lack thereof?
Jan 12, 2015 at 6:54 PM - brandon2348: pac 12 butter
Jan 12, 2015 at 6:54 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: like I said though, Oregon never plays scrambling QBs
Jan 12, 2015 at 6:55 PM - brandon2348: whether you like Ohio State or not what a big win this would be for big 10. Nobody gave the big 10 a shot
Jan 12, 2015 at 6:55 PM - longtimefan: i just watxhed pc......MM said the exact quote I just posted
Jan 12, 2015 at 6:55 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: elbow down?
Jan 12, 2015 at 6:55 PM - brandon2348: conference was supposed to be way way down
Jan 12, 2015 at 6:56 PM - longtimefan: he intially said he felt better, but when asked again he said he THOUGHT so and to ask Aaron
Jan 12, 2015 at 6:56 PM - brandon2348: I thought he said "aaron is feeling better then he did last week at this time". I had confusion whether he meant after Detroit game or last Monday
Jan 12, 2015 at 6:56 PM - longtimefan: he did say it but back tracked
Jan 12, 2015 at 6:57 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: big turn of events, all going back to that Oregon WR dropping that wide open catch
Jan 12, 2015 at 6:58 PM - desertdog55: the calf will be a hot topic this week, and the week of the SB too, ooops getting ahead of myself :)
Jan 12, 2015 at 6:59 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: well, I believe in SB for us so ... we're on the same page
Jan 12, 2015 at 7:00 PM - desertdog55: Don't want to be accused of being "arrogant"
Jan 12, 2015 at 7:01 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: not arrogant, just a believer
Jan 12, 2015 at 7:03 PM - brandon2348: I really like this team. I think were catching Seattle at the right time. I think they will find a way
Jan 12, 2015 at 7:04 PM - desertdog55: a lot of chatter here in the Phoenix metro, especially with the SB coming and the crap that happened in France. Security will be beefed up, hope nothing happens.
Jan 12, 2015 at 7:04 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: Mariota's getting bullrushed
Jan 12, 2015 at 7:07 PM - Green and Gold: bad throw
Jan 12, 2015 at 7:11 PM - brandon2348: who would of though Oregon would only have 10 points at halftime
Jan 12, 2015 at 7:13 PM - 7thFloorRA: They still get to return a punt!!! They could take it to the house.

Jan 12, 2015 at 7:17 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: 21-10 Buckeyes, the physicality of the battle up front finds Oregon on the losing end again
Jan 12, 2015 at 7:21 PM - brandon2348: The thing about Rodgers is in the 2nd half he was able to slide around in the pocket more. IF he can get more improvement over the week that would be huge.
Jan 12, 2015 at 7:21 PM - brandon2348: I don't think we need to get him to the point where he can sprint down the field to win
Jan 12, 2015 at 7:22 PM - Zartan: Atleast Bama played OSU close...
Jan 12, 2015 at 7:22 PM - Zartan: I can take comfort in that
Jan 12, 2015 at 7:23 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: I guess my dislike of the ducks comes because of their crossbreed with the Seahawks fans, and by that I don't mean the good ones who've been here this week, I mean the bad ones that go postin nonsense elsewhere
Jan 12, 2015 at 7:26 PM - brandon2348: there a similar breed
Jan 12, 2015 at 7:28 PM - longtimefan: lord of the poster board....lol
Jan 12, 2015 at 7:29 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: yes, the close association is enough for me to cheer for OSU, regardless of what one might think of Urban Meyer, I mean people say he's bad but Tressel's rap seems to have been worse
Jan 12, 2015 at 7:29 PM - 7thFloorRA: My dislike of OSU comes from my dislike of Urban. He masterfully plays the media while recruiting the scum of the earth to play for him.
Jan 12, 2015 at 7:29 PM - 7thFloorRA: His starting QB Miller gets into a domestic violence dispute that involves the police and we get blasted with fluff stories about urban's wife.
Jan 12, 2015 at 7:30 PM - brandon2348: lol
Jan 12, 2015 at 7:31 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: this is gonna be one hell of an ending though, I can feel it
Jan 12, 2015 at 7:34 PM - 7thFloorRA: Mariota better show up. If he doesn't I don't see how he goes #1 overall. I wouldn't take him in the first 3 rounds.
Jan 12, 2015 at 7:35 PM - brandon2348: Well my father went To University of Wisconsin Law so I had a couple seasons at Camp Randle hating the buckeyes but Oregon is just as bad.
Jan 12, 2015 at 7:35 PM - brandon2348: so I go for the Big 10 here
Jan 12, 2015 at 7:36 PM - 7thFloorRA: I lived in Ohio for 5 years. Their fans will make just about anyone hate that team.
Jan 12, 2015 at 7:37 PM - brandon2348: I know all about em. Oregon is just as bad. Even Washington husky fans in Seattle are cheering for Ohio State and not there conference
Jan 12, 2015 at 7:38 PM - 7thFloorRA: College ball should be for the students to celebrate like super fans. There are ALOT of creepy adults that like OSU. No adult should paint his or herself up or get in costume for a college game.
Jan 12, 2015 at 7:38 PM - 7thFloorRA: ...and virtually none of those creeps went there.
Jan 12, 2015 at 7:39 PM - 7thFloorRA: Pay attention to the guy wearing the "big nut" cape in the first row as an example
Jan 12, 2015 at 7:39 PM - brandon2348: lol
Jan 12, 2015 at 7:39 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: You mean that baldheaded OSU fan who goes Oakland Raider fan style?
Jan 12, 2015 at 7:40 PM - 7thFloorRA: YES!!!!
Jan 12, 2015 at 7:40 PM - brandon2348: Well they got the Browns. What do you expect. lol
Jan 12, 2015 at 7:40 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: lololol
Jan 12, 2015 at 7:43 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: Marshawn Elliot is back again
Jan 12, 2015 at 7:44 PM - desertdog55: OSU QB throws a beautiful long ball....geesh
Jan 12, 2015 at 7:45 PM - brandon2348: and he is 3rd sting
Jan 12, 2015 at 7:45 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: yeah just led him too close to oob
Jan 12, 2015 at 7:45 PM - brandon2348: talk about a "loaded program"
Jan 12, 2015 at 7:45 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: huge down here
Jan 12, 2015 at 7:46 PM - brandon2348: Isn't Rodell at this game?
Jan 12, 2015 at 7:46 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: and he goes airborn
Jan 12, 2015 at 7:46 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: yeah he must be, otherwise he'd be here yappin

Jan 12, 2015 at 7:48 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: well, idk that throw was pretty soft

Jan 12, 2015 at 7:49 PM - brandon2348: thats twice they have blown it on the move
Jan 12, 2015 at 7:50 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: Well I hardly saw this game going out of control in Ohio State's favor that easil
Jan 12, 2015 at 7:50 PM - brandon2348: new life
Jan 12, 2015 at 7:50 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: easily

Jan 12, 2015 at 7:52 PM - desertdog55: what a *******
Jan 12, 2015 at 7:52 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: did he just pull another Desean Jackson?
Jan 12, 2015 at 7:52 PM - brandon2348: that's the second time he has done that this season. last time it was touchback
Jan 12, 2015 at 7:53 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: nope it stands
Jan 12, 2015 at 7:53 PM - brandon2348: the other way
Jan 12, 2015 at 7:54 PM - desertdog55: he's lucky, he started to let it go before he crossed the line
Jan 12, 2015 at 7:54 PM - brandon2348: I was so pissed. It cost me a "cover"
Jan 12, 2015 at 7:55 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: it'll be all about the response now by OSU
Jan 12, 2015 at 7:55 PM - brandon2348: dont get cute. Pound it down there throat
Jan 12, 2015 at 7:59 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: his knee was don
Jan 12, 2015 at 7:59 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: down

Jan 12, 2015 at 8:00 PM - brandon2348: ohio state follies
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:01 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: I was about to call out Urban Meyer for that silly shotgun
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:01 PM - longtimefan: somewhere rodell is crapping his pants
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:01 PM - longtimefan: should went inside
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:01 PM - Carl: Anyone else notice the super fast review system and what seems like 8x less commercials than NFL games?
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:02 PM - longtimefan: the hiesman boy has to come up big
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:02 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: and I thought only Winston was capable of that
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:02 PM - Carl: I prefer NFL to college, but this TV broadcast blows the NFL playoff broadcasts out of the water with the much less commericals and fast reviews.
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:02 PM - longtimefan: is rodell saying the Def sucks?lol
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:03 PM - brandon2348: lol
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:03 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: yeah such a shame only Superbowl commercials are the ones people want to watch lol
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:03 PM - brandon2348: nice play
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:04 PM - brandon2348: wow. Oregon kicking FG's. they never kick fg's
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:05 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: remember when the vikings lost the playoff chance because that play was ruled a td back in the day?
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:06 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: that's what I think of every time a guy catches a ball and gets dragged out of bounds
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:06 PM - Carl: The play that made the Packers in the playoffs instead?
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:06 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: lol yes just the way it happened though was unforgettable
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:06 PM - brandon2348: The cardinal game
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:07 PM - Carl: That was great. Arizona recovered an onside kick to start that drive too.
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:07 PM - 7thFloorRA: I think those should be TD's. I don't like letting the defenders sit back...allow the catch and then physically move your body OB
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:07 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: I actually wonder who lobbied to Goodell to change that rule?
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:10 PM - Carl: More fun facts about that team: They started out 6-0, but finished 9-7 with 3 loses to 4-12 teams.
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:11 PM - Carl: Actually, lost to four 4-12 teams.
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:12 PM - Carl: Turns out 4-12 was the worst record in the league that year. They lost to the four worst teams in the league in one season.
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:12 PM - Carl: That sure is a Vikings thing to do.
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:14 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: yeah our team shoulda been better than 10-6 that year, they were coming in off a hangover and didn't quite hit their full potential till later on that year
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:14 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: man, Elliot is a beast
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:16 PM - brandon2348: It's like Kam Newton at Auburn
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:16 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: yup, jeez through like 3 tackles
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:16 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: or Vince Young at UT
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:18 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: wo
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:18 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: wow
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:19 PM - brandon2348: and Oregon is really worn. He might get 300
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:19 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: 28-20, game on now

Jan 12, 2015 at 8:24 PM - brandon2348: This is the type of game Oregon loses
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:27 PM - Zartan: Oregon needs to get into Gear ASAP
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:27 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: yeah, now you start to wonder, if Mariota moves on, does their window go even more shut? just like USC's did after losing to Texas
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:29 PM - brandon2348: Oregon D is done zartan. "gassed"
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:30 PM - Zartan: Dident think OSU had that really of a high powered Offense
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:31 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: it's a run-oriented style O
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:31 PM - Zartan: Oregon D Isnt very good
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:31 PM - brandon2348: IT's called Pac 12 defense.
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:32 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: I mean Meyer's offenses have always been among the best in CFB, OSU couldn't make the national champ game before because thier D was so bad, but it got good this year
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:32 PM - Zartan: Yea its overt
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:33 PM - brandon2348: I mean Oregon has got 3 turn over girfts. This thing could be real ugly
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:33 PM - Zartan: Atleast Bama played them close. Oregon dident show up
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:34 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: but that's how Oregon has gotten beat in every big game
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:34 PM - brandon2348: Ducks were favored by 7. lol
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:34 PM - ExpatPacker: Wow, 4 turnovers and OSU is going to win this one
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:34 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: Stanford kept beating them the last couple years because they went run heavy on them and they had a punishing D
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:34 PM - brandon2348: way to go vegas
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:34 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: OSU I had a feeling would copy that formula on O at least
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:35 PM - brandon2348: this is how Arizona beat them this year. IF you have a good defensive front you can stop them
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:35 PM - brandon2348: FSU didn;t have the horses on D
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:36 PM - brandon2348: and Mariotta all the sudden doens't look like a great pro qb either
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:37 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: Yeah the noles defense was stinking it up most of this year
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:37 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: you just knew their luck was gonna run out
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:39 PM - brandon2348: Mariotta looks like he might be a developmental project
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:39 PM - 7thFloorRA: I think North Dakota State has the sleeper qb with the most potential
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:41 PM - brandon2348: what a shot
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:41 PM - brandon2348: lol
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:42 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: Mariota will probably be Kaepernick 2.0
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:43 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: or some lesser version of him
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:44 PM - brandon2348: I don't know. I know kaepernick has given us packer fans some fits but he has really regressed
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:44 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: that's what I mean
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:45 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: that's what I see happening with Mariota
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:45 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: I mean, these days instead of rookies going all bust, it seems more like someone puts them in position to succeed a little while, but then they fail
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:46 PM - brandon2348: yeah. I don't expect Mariotta to be anything special. Seems like a guy that will work hard though.
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:47 PM - brandon2348: I think Kaepernick got paid and checked out kind of.

Jan 12, 2015 at 8:48 PM - dbain21: I think rookie qbs in the nfl just see success early on cause the rules and game favor qb's. Once you get some film on them though its easy to make them look bad.
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:48 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: I think he'll do better than that awful Johnny Favre, but not good enough to last more than 5 years
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:49 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: or is it Johnny Cutler?
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:49 PM - brandon2348: Manziel is whole nother story
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:50 PM - brandon2348: talk about a "hype show"
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:50 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: he's a crossbreed of Favre and Cutler
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:51 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: that's not Mariota, but I see him being like another Christian Ponder kind
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:51 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: I bet he gets drafted by Tennessee, they can't be sold on Meatburger yet
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:52 PM - brandon2348: yeah I know. And some GM is gonna draft him in the 1st round and probably end up costing him his job later on
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:57 PM - brandon2348: Ohio State likes to whack
Jan 12, 2015 at 8:58 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: wow Madden hit stick
Jan 12, 2015 at 9:00 PM - 7thFloorRA: They hope Mariota is the next russell wilson but he is the same old crap that always comes out of oregon only with a few inches of height and a slightly better arm.
Jan 12, 2015 at 9:01 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: well, at least the Seahawk fans will get one bad show to watch this week from this
Jan 12, 2015 at 9:05 PM - dbain21: I don't even have to watch college football to know I hate urban meyer
Jan 12, 2015 at 9:06 PM - brandon2348: gosh. they pounded home the "40 burger"
Jan 12, 2015 at 9:06 PM - Zartan: Why do I get the feeling Rodell is there
Jan 12, 2015 at 9:06 PM - Dagger85: Wow. No class Ohio state
Jan 12, 2015 at 9:07 PM - Dagger85: Why not kneel?
Jan 12, 2015 at 9:07 PM - ExpatPacker: Yeah, just kneel at let the clock run out
Jan 12, 2015 at 9:07 PM - brandon2348: total Pete Carroll move
Jan 12, 2015 at 9:07 PM - Zartan: Im happy to know that Bama played OSU close
Jan 12, 2015 at 9:08 PM - Zartan: A moral victory
Jan 12, 2015 at 9:08 PM - dbain21: lol lebron
Jan 12, 2015 at 9:08 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: lol Urban Meyer
Jan 12, 2015 at 9:10 PM - dbain21: that too
Jan 12, 2015 at 9:10 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: but like I said, I'm wondering now if the Ducks' run is coming to an end in the Pac-12
Jan 12, 2015 at 9:10 PM - Zartan: I wonder when USC will be good again...
Jan 12, 2015 at 9:11 PM - brandon2348: I don't think there coach is all that at USC
Jan 12, 2015 at 9:15 PM - Green and Gold: Mariota is the worst investment, he's not a pocket passer and he'll get killed in the NFL
Jan 12, 2015 at 9:15 PM - Zartan: Russell Wilson isnt a Pocket Passer and hes doing fine
Jan 12, 2015 at 9:16 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: Like I said, he's not going to be as dumb as Johnny Cutler, but yeah, I don't see the mechanics of anything better than Colt McCoy or Matt Barkley for him
Jan 12, 2015 at 9:19 PM - 7thFloorRA: I think Mariotta is johnny football but a nice kid instead of an ******. Same exact style that will prove to be useless in the league....and he has a few inches of height on him.
Jan 12, 2015 at 9:21 PM - Green and Gold: http://imgur.com/swV4p7r
Jan 12, 2015 at 9:24 PM - Cwoodson21: I don't see Mariotta's skill set transferring well to the NFL.
Jan 12, 2015 at 9:26 PM - Carl: I have no idea when watching guys if they will be good in the NFL

Jan 12, 2015 at 9:26 PM - Carl: Some Heisman winners go un drafted
Jan 12, 2015 at 9:26 PM - Green and Gold: Let's Acknowledge HaHa Clinton-Dix
Jan 12, 2015 at 9:26 PM - 7thFloorRA: Mariotta IMO is a east/west guy that wants to outrun everyone where Wilson is a smart north/south guy who reads the defense and attacks the holes in it.
Jan 12, 2015 at 9:29 PM - Green and Gold: http://i.imgur.com/OVlGYBP.jpg
Jan 12, 2015 at 9:38 PM - Carl: Jones should go pro.
Jan 12, 2015 at 9:38 PM - Green and Gold: lol @ Stephen Smith, dude looks like he's never been in the cold before.
Jan 12, 2015 at 9:39 PM - Green and Gold: It's only 38 degree's there right now
Jan 12, 2015 at 10:02 PM - brandon2348: 38 degrees where?
Jan 12, 2015 at 10:03 PM - brandon2348: in Dallas?
Jan 13, 2015 at 2:36 AM - gatorpack: I love that Rodell isnt here to gloat lol.
Jan 13, 2015 at 5:45 AM - desertdog55: If Jones goes pro...a team like Arizona would benefit taking him in maybe the third round, let him sit behind Palmer a couple of years and develop him. He is a beast, and with the right teachers, he could develop (like Aaron did with Favre).
Jan 13, 2015 at 5:55 AM - desertdog55: Not a single pundant likes the Packers this weekend. In fact, the way they are talking, there is a better chance hell will freeze over. Hmmmmmm
Jan 13, 2015 at 7:17 AM - yooperpackfan: Let the pundits eat crow!
Jan 13, 2015 at 8:41 AM - Dagger85: Of course the Seahawks are faves, but that means nothing. I'll take Rodgers and GB playing with a chip on their shoulder
Jan 13, 2015 at 8:42 AM - Dagger85: Too much is being based on week 1, too
Jan 13, 2015 at 8:42 AM - Carl: Jones might not even make it to the 3rd round
Jan 13, 2015 at 8:42 AM - 7thFloorRA: The Seahawks have lost 4 games since week 1. The Pack has lost 3.
Jan 13, 2015 at 9:05 AM - 7thFloorRA: They have had 1 really strong win in the last 6 weeks and that was vs a completely useless Arizona team.
Jan 13, 2015 at 9:06 AM - 7thFloorRA: Carolina hung, St Louis hung, San fran hung..twice, Philly hung. They have won of course but have not been scorching the earth like last year
Jan 13, 2015 at 9:27 AM - Green and Gold: As much as I would love to blow Seattle out, I can only see us winning a close one.
Jan 13, 2015 at 9:28 AM - Green and Gold: We have a shot, no doubt in my mind.
Jan 13, 2015 at 9:28 AM - Green and Gold: What worries me is our defense. We can't do anything against running Quarterbacks. He's going to run all over us.
Jan 13, 2015 at 9:39 AM - Green and Gold: They are beatable and we're their first real playoff opponent. Look how close it was until the 4th quarter for the Carolina game. A 7-8 team kept up with them.
Jan 13, 2015 at 10:09 AM - ExpatPacker: Yes, but Carolina has a better defense than we do IMO.
Jan 13, 2015 at 10:09 AM - ExpatPacker: Oh but i see you posted that
Jan 13, 2015 at 10:29 AM - Green and Gold: We've gone 4 weeks without a "Fire Capers"
Jan 13, 2015 at 10:51 AM - brandon2348: Does Carolina really have a better defense then us? They didn't have there on of there key starting D-tackles out there and I don't believe there secondary is that great
Jan 13, 2015 at 10:52 AM - brandon2348: I mean Tre Boston? He doesn't even see the field on our defense
Jan 13, 2015 at 10:52 AM - brandon2348: they lost Hardy
Jan 13, 2015 at 10:53 AM - brandon2348: you want Kuechly over Matthews?
Jan 13, 2015 at 10:58 AM - brandon2348: We shut down Kam. He is a running qb. We did a good job vs Bridgewater
Jan 13, 2015 at 10:59 AM - brandon2348: In fact we dominated Kam way more then the Seahawks did
Jan 13, 2015 at 11:02 AM - brandon2348: We also held Dallas to less yards and points then the Seahawks did
Jan 13, 2015 at 11:03 AM - Bridcarper: We definitely have a good chance of beating Seattle. Can't wait for the game - and I've got the following day off work. Lots of beers!!
Jan 13, 2015 at 11:04 AM - brandon2348: I'm going to the game

Jan 13, 2015 at 11:06 AM - brandon2348: I was gonna go and then I wasn't gonna go but something inside me is telling me to go so I am not gonna fight it. Just can't miss something so speciall
Jan 13, 2015 at 11:17 AM - Bridcarper: Hey Brandon - respect! It will be such a fantastic experience. Have a great time.
Jan 13, 2015 at 11:29 AM - dbain21: I don't put much into the way the we beat the panthers early in the season. Just as the seahawks shouldn't put much into beating us first game of season.
Jan 13, 2015 at 11:55 AM - brandon2348: I am more putting weight into the fact that with are adjustments on defense and the emergence of Barrington we have proven were no longer a joke against running q's
Jan 13, 2015 at 11:56 AM - brandon2348: We held Dallas to 21. If we can keep the Seahawks under 20 I like our chances
Jan 13, 2015 at 11:57 AM - Pokerbrat2000: We can win this one.....2 key components of the game.....fan noise and if Aaron's leg will hold up the entire game......
Jan 13, 2015 at 11:57 AM - Pokerbrat2000: This game in GB with a healthy Rodgers......we win
Jan 13, 2015 at 11:59 AM - dbain21: I could see a healthy rodgers at lambeau lighting up the seattle D to be honest. Unfortunately that not the case this week
Jan 13, 2015 at 12:01 PM - Pokerbrat2000: no, it isn't. Crowd noise and Aaron's ability to audible at the line are HUGE......one missed assignment could knock him out of game , that is what has me worried the most
Jan 13, 2015 at 12:03 PM - Pokerbrat2000: He has played injured at home twice and at Tampa Bay, where it wasn't a loud crowd....so will be interesting to see how #12 for the Seahawks plays out
Jan 13, 2015 at 12:04 PM - Pokerbrat2000: Some day...maybe someday.....they will allow all players to wear hearing devices and have the QB and coach mic'd to offset the loud stadium advantage just a bit
Jan 13, 2015 at 12:08 PM - Pokerbrat2000: I doubt we will be able to hear "New York Bozo....New York Bozo" :(
Jan 13, 2015 at 12:13 PM - Narveson: The o line and Rodgers need to be perfectly in sync on Sunday to have a chance. We can't afford to be snapping the ball to Rodgers early like in the Cowboys game. I guess all audibles will be silent as well.
Jan 13, 2015 at 12:24 PM - Pokerbrat2000: yes, that is what scares me the most. A good portion of the success of Rodgers and the offense comes from the quick decisions he makes as they line up....obviously from past history, the offense does not seem to perform at as high of standards when this is compromised by a loud crowd
Jan 13, 2015 at 12:31 PM - Twiddlemylobes: I would rather play with deafness and blindness than arrogance
Jan 13, 2015 at 12:33 PM - Twiddlemylobes: There will be many who are dismayed at how close this one will be
Jan 13, 2015 at 12:37 PM - Twiddlemylobes: GB should've never won that game against Dallas..from my opinion.. there were too many opportunities to get knocked out...there is a divinity that travels with this team that is recognizable to the layman
Jan 13, 2015 at 12:40 PM - Twiddlemylobes: May God be with Seattle on Sunday.. because he is the only thing that will stop this team
Jan 13, 2015 at 12:47 PM - Bridcarper: Peepless in Seattle - premieres Sunday. When we win Sunday you won't hear a peep from their fans. Yes, Yes, Yeeeessssss!
Jan 13, 2015 at 12:52 PM - Twiddlemylobes: God Willing let this be our "Cinderella".. Its fitting it was written by Rodgers and finished by "Hammerstein II" and viewed my more than 100,000,000
Jan 13, 2015 at 12:55 PM - Twiddlemylobes: we will be singing the chorus "Waltz for a Ball"
Jan 13, 2015 at 1:12 PM - brandon2348: I'm gonna Sleep at the stadium and real good at that. lol
Jan 13, 2015 at 1:17 PM - Twiddlemylobes: Represent us Brandon.. but come out alive! :ninja:
Jan 13, 2015 at 1:22 PM - Twiddlemylobes: I guess the acupuncture will give Aaron some much needed confidence when he sais "playing this game Sunday is like walking on pins and needles"
Jan 13, 2015 at 1:25 PM - Bridcarper: Taxi for Carroll's. No, not to Arizona - just home 'til September.!!
Jan 13, 2015 at 1:30 PM - Twiddlemylobes: whatever happens, I am comforted by Aaron getting acupuncture and Hot Yoga treatment this year.. I think we can all rest a little better
Jan 13, 2015 at 1:31 PM - Twiddlemylobes: Thats ones for you .. Robin Williams!
Jan 13, 2015 at 1:40 PM - brandon2348: It's gonna be a bumpy ride that's for sure. No more bumpy then the "fail mary" game was that I was at
Jan 13, 2015 at 1:42 PM - brandon2348: Were gonna try and get some video footage of "12th man silenced" without getting attacked. lol
Jan 13, 2015 at 2:09 PM - Jdeed: I see many Monday Morning Hangovers.....
Jan 13, 2015 at 2:32 PM - IluvGB: I'm going to be smart and try to drink a glass of water for every 2 beers! lol
Jan 13, 2015 at 2:40 PM - brandon2348: I'm gonna be smart and find the biggest damn cheesehead I can find. lol
Jan 13, 2015 at 3:36 PM - Twiddlemylobes: I often wonder? Do they make a cheesehead hat that acts as a beer thermos? I'm thinking about inventing one that has a pull out hose for a quick sip
Jan 13, 2015 at 3:37 PM - Zeck180: ^ some one will be getting rich
Jan 13, 2015 at 3:38 PM - Twiddlemylobes: I got the idea in 1997 after we won the Superbowl.. I had a window unit air-conditioner letting in a substantial draft.(no punt intended) I took my cheesehead and wedged it in between the air conditioner and window frame.. it stayed there until it got moldy

Jan 13, 2015 9:22 PM - Zeck180: maybe something more like a small fridge with batteries, those two the beer after awhile would get warm.
Jan 13, 2015 9:57 PM - Twiddlemylobes: Brilliant. For the southern road games and early in the season. Nice Work
Jan 13, 2015 10:01 PM - Twiddlemylobes: there are some road blocks. Some patents that might lead to legal ramblings. We'll need TJV as counsel. He will tear their lawyers into pieces.
Jan 13, 2015 10:02 PM - Twiddlemylobes: In the meantime I've ordered 2 can coolers to study the competition.everyone hold on to your Koozies. I may have jumped the gun on this idea

Jan 14, 2015 7:41 AM - longtimefan: Funny stuff right there ^^
Jan 14, 2015 8:46 AM - Circa1919: Reading about NFC Championship analysis makes me over anxious for the game. I can't wait, but then again I can.
Jan 14, 2015 8:50 AM - longtimefan: Rodgers gave hand signals to the dr to indicate how his leg was doing
Jan 14, 2015 8:52 AM - Circa1919: His leg was obviously a bit better near the end of last game. Or at least he was more comfortable with it. I don't expect him to run all over the field, but moving in the pocket seems to increase his confidence
Jan 14, 2015 9:00 AM - longtimefan: Listen to Tuesday's with Aaron podcast .. Explains his calf
Jan 14, 2015 9:01 AM - longtimefan: And the few posters that quote MM would not like it
Jan 14, 2015 9:36 AM - Pokerbrat2000: fan cockiness is the nature of the beast...we would be the same if we were 7+ favorites on Sunday.....we aren't.....but guessing there are 28 other fan bases out there that would LOVE to be in our position
Jan 14, 2015 11:19 AM - Carl: I've been looking at some Seahawks forums. They'll find almost any reason to say they will win.
Jan 14, 2015 11:20 AM - Carl: For example, the Packers hardly beat Dallas last week at home. It's as if they think Dallas wasn't good and 12-4 and forget Seattle lost to Dallas at home.
Jan 14, 2015 11:30 AM - pacmaniac: damn, so the Bears might actually get a good coach (Fox) next season
Jan 14, 2015 11:38 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: I hope they do get cocky those fans, let's give our players bulletin board material
Jan 14, 2015 11:39 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: I hope our locker room is loaded with bulletin board material
Jan 14, 2015 11:40 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: Ahahahaha I'm watching Mike Francesca, I love this guy, he is hammering Rex Ryan, to him he says, "These guys in the locker room, they bashed your brains in last year" hahaha
Jan 14, 2015 1:03 PM - brandon2348: Carl, they will come up with some stat that is taken so out of context to the moment it's just stupid. I never have gone on there forums as I hear enough living here.
Jan 14, 2015 1:04 PM - brandon2348: was at party of my wife's and someone told me Aaron Rodgers is overrated. Had to bite my cheeks.
Jan 14, 2015 1:05 PM - brandon2348: Of course Richard Sherman is the best db to ever play football
Jan 14, 2015 1:05 PM - brandon2348: Of course Richard Sherman is the best db to ever play football
Jan 14, 2015 1:06 PM - brandon2348: I think they should just put him in the hall of fame right now
Jan 14, 2015 1:14 PM - bigblue bay packers: will the packers let cobb get away???????????
Jan 14, 2015 1:26 PM - Dagger85: Nope
Jan 14, 2015 1:26 PM - Dagger85: We finally have a #3 WR and Cobb has been great all year. I think he stays
Jan 14, 2015 1:40 PM - AmishMafia: finally have a #3? we have lost Jennings and jones the last 2 years and always seem to be strong at WR. With a draft coming up, young pup like Janis, and an umknoen in Abbrederis coming back, i think we are fine.
Jan 14, 2015 1:41 PM - AmishMafia: That being said, i like cobb and hope he stays. i think he will get a fair offer but another team may offer mor.
Jan 14, 2015 1:58 PM - Dagger85: Finally have a 3 as in unlike the first of this year, Amish.
Jan 14, 2015 1:59 PM - Dagger85: We've been moving the ball much better the second half of the season. I don't think Ted gets rid of Cobb

Jan 14, 2015 at 2:00 PM - Dagger85: And if Janis still hasn't progressed in front of Boykin, not sure he is ready to take on an entire season next year. But who knows
Jan 14, 2015 at 2:06 PM - Dagger85: Rodgers listed as limited. Apparently practicing a day earlier than expected?
Jan 14, 2015 at 4:20 PM - 7thFloorRA: Boykin is an important special teams player so Janis could be ahead of him at WR and still not dress for that reason. I think the most useful WR if needed would be Myles White
Jan 14, 2015 at 5:00 PM - Carl: Brandon, you can't call them out for not being rational either. They will come back with even more lack of reasoning.
Jan 14, 2015 at 5:06 PM - Carl: Here's one response I got on Seahawks.net "Interesting stat I just found: The Packers: Suck"
Jan 14, 2015 at 5:34 PM - Zartan: lol
Jan 14, 2015 at 5:35 PM - Zartan: I dont know how that is a stat but meh

Jan 14, 2015 8:33 PM - Dagger85: Seahawks fans need to be knocked down a few pegs. You win 1 Super Bowl and suddenly you're the greatest thing ever
Jan 14, 2015 8:34 PM - Dagger85: Earlier this year a Seahawks fan told me he was giving up on his team. Now he's back as their #1 supporter
Jan 14, 2015 9:05 PM - Carl: Well, to be fair Dagger we have plenty of those types of fans who give up and then support us after we win
Jan 14, 2015 9:23 PM - Dagger85: As soon as I typed that I realized....wait a minute...
Jan 14, 2015 9:35 PM - PackerFanLV: hello my packer faithful. Omg I went on nfl.com and the sea hawk fans are ridiculous. They are cocky as heck
Jan 14, 2015 9:42 PM - Carl: According to them, NFL upsets are impossible.
Jan 14, 2015 9:48 PM - MiamiBeachPacker: Obviously they don't remember the year they made the playoffs at 7-9
Jan 14, 2015 9:52 PM - PackerFanLV: I'm just saying they forgot this "We want the ball and were going to score"
Jan 14, 2015 10:25 PM - PackwillBEback: Tony Corrente will be the Referee for the National Football Conference Championship
Jan 14, 2015 10:26 PM - PackwillBEback: There are plenty of new arrogant Packers fans here....
Jan 14, 2015 10:27 PM - Zartan: Carl that forum contains people who arleady booked stuff for AZ
Jan 14, 2015 10:27 PM - PackwillBEback: I remember when Packers fans would be more than respectful to opposing fans, let them tailgate with them, etc. Nowadays, so many angry, rude and arrogant fans that will tell other fans to eff off. Like in the threads, a 'Hey Cowboy fans' thread that is horribly disrespectful
Jan 14, 2015 10:27 PM - PackwillBEback: You have to book super bowl plans in advance....it is how you get a head start on everyone that waits to last minute
Jan 14, 2015 10:27 PM - Zartan: Those are just a vocial minority
Jan 14, 2015 10:28 PM - PackwillBEback: True
Jan 14, 2015 10:28 PM - Zartan: I dobut those people repersents the entirity of the packers fan base
Jan 14, 2015 10:28 PM - Zartan: If you have a fan base this large there will be always a few bad apples.
Jan 14, 2015 10:28 PM - Zartan: Its our job to call them out on their ********
Jan 14, 2015 10:29 PM - PackwillBEback: Tony Corrente is making back to back conference championship game appearances. He officiated last year's AFC Championship and resigned in the mdidle of the year as the Pac-12's head of officiating
Jan 14, 2015 10:29 PM - PackwillBEback: Definitely agree. Which is why I think it is unfair to say the same about all Seahawks fans. *shrug*
Jan 14, 2015 10:30 PM - Zartan: I know some Seahawks fans who are pretty chill
Jan 14, 2015 10:30 PM - Zartan: All the ones I know personally are pretty chill people
Jan 14, 2015 10:30 PM - PackwillBEback: smoking pot :D
Jan 14, 2015 10:30 PM - Zartan: Well that too
Jan 14, 2015 10:31 PM - Zartan: But sadly I dont live in WA
Jan 14, 2015 10:31 PM - Zartan: I call last years SB the Pot Bowl
Jan 14, 2015 10:31 PM - Zartan: CO and WA have both Legal Weed
Jan 14, 2015 10:34 PM - PackwillBEback: yup
Jan 14, 2015 10:34 PM - PackwillBEback: funny
Jan 15, 2015 4:42 AM - Vrill: REAL Seahawk fans are chill...meaning the oldschool Steve Largent days Seahawks fans...its the bandwagon idiots that run their mouths
Jan 15, 2015 6:13 AM - greenandgold: I'm heartbroken...New York Bozo was just a dummy call?
Jan 15, 2015 6:14 AM - Circa1919: Yep "(our) guys don't even know what that means"
Jan 15, 2015 6:19 AM - desertdog55: Word on A. Rodger's calf is that it is worse than last week, sigh. :(

Jan 15, 2015 at 6:52 AM - Circa1919: I'm no doctor but I don't know how a calf after three weeks is somehow worse. Unless he somehow tweaked it in Dallas or practice.
Jan 15, 2015 at 7:17 AM - Pokerbrat2000: its a grade 2 tear (strain) he could go to a grade 3 pretty easy....which would put him out of the game....rest and treatments are slowly healing the muscle tears, but every time he plays on it.....pretty much undoes all of the healing progress
Jan 15, 2015 at 7:19 AM - Pokerbrat2000: Hopefully a week off before the Super Bowl will give him enough rest to get it back to where it was before the Cowboy game. It won't fully heal until he can stay off it for a month +
Jan 15, 2015 at 7:24 AM - longtimefan: Desert-- where did u hear that?
Jan 15, 2015 at 7:26 AM - longtimefan: Aaron said no better or no worse
Jan 15, 2015 at 7:39 AM - longtimefan: Last week he did not practice, but he was limited this week..
Jan 15, 2015 at 9:44 AM - desertdog55: Mike and Mike this morning, haven't verified it, but Mark Schlerith reported it.
Jan 15, 2015 at 10:00 AM - Pokerbrat2000: not that I want this to happen (Rodgers not playing).....but how cool would it be if Matt Flynn came in and beat the Seahawks?
Jan 15, 2015 at 10:29 AM - Dagger85: That's weird. In yesterday's press conferences everything seemed to be the same with his calf. As a matter of fact, he even practice a day early some yesterday. If it were worse, why rush him back even sooner this week?
Jan 15, 2015 at 10:30 AM - Dagger85: Maybe it was taken out of context.
Jan 15, 2015 at 12:24 PM - Dagger85: Lacy was limited in practice just as a precaution but will be fine for Sunday. Sounds like Rodgers practiced pretty well
Jan 15, 2015 at 12:24 PM - Dagger85: I'm ready

Jan 15, 2015 at 1:12 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: I'm trying to get a beat on what the folks over on the Fox Sports networks are saying about ours, usually they're fairly balanced
Jan 15, 2015 at 1:13 PM - brandon2348: I haven't heard anyone on NFL network give us a shot. Willie mcginnest keeps saying Seattle pressure up front will be to much for us to handle
Jan 15, 2015 at 1:13 PM - brandon2348: for the matter all of the "talking heads" give us no shot
Jan 15, 2015 at 1:14 PM - brandon2348: They think Aaron is basically be a "sitting duck" back there
Jan 15, 2015 at 1:15 PM - Circa1919: It's hilarious that before Seattle they were painting our team as juggernauts but when we play Seattle its a lost cause
Jan 15, 2015 at 1:15 PM - brandon2348: and while all this is happening Seattle might be without yet another D-lineman
Jan 15, 2015 at 1:16 PM - brandon2348: I am telling you guys. This game will be won or lost up front
Jan 15, 2015 at 1:18 PM - brandon2348: well after the sunday games "the sheep" had us 75-25 percent to win. Now with all this propaganda it the sheep are under 50 percent in our favor
Jan 15, 2015 at 1:18 PM - brandon2348: because WIllie Micginnest and Michael Robinson and Phil Simms and etc etc say so

Jan 15, 2015 at 1:19 PM - brandon2348: All these guys had us losing to Dallas too
Jan 15, 2015 at 1:19 PM - brandon2348: Most of them picked Detroit too
Jan 15, 2015 at 1:21 PM - brandon2348: My cousin thinks it's gonna be like Atlanta game in 2010. Well see. I'll be there to witness it
Jan 15, 2015 at 1:21 PM - Circa1919: I mean we are definitely underdogs for sure. But they make us seem like we're Oakland going into Seattle
Jan 15, 2015 at 1:22 PM - brandon2348: they gave Carolina a better chance last week
Jan 15, 2015 at 1:24 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: Like I said, give us bulletin board material please media, that'll help give us a win
Jan 15, 2015 at 1:24 PM - brandon2348: What the hell does Carolina have? A couple LB's and QB that chokes all the time with nice rookie receiver prospect
Jan 15, 2015 at 1:30 PM - brandon2348: There recent list of victims are Newton, Lindley, Shaun Hill, Drew Stanton, Kaepernick, Sanchez . Talk about a collective group of junk
Jan 15, 2015 at 1:32 PM - brandon2348: They must really think Rodgers calf is messed up. I mean I could see if we were rolling Flynn
Jan 15, 2015 at 1:43 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: man talk about a botched hire, Raiders coulda done better than Jack Del Rio
Jan 15, 2015 at 1:57 PM - Dagger85: I know Seattle is good, but they only beat Oakland by 7, lost a few games including Teams who didn't even make the playoffs. They've built them up like they're the all-madden team on easy mode
Jan 15, 2015 at 1:58 PM - Dagger85: The only thing it can do is benefit us. I hope Seattle walks in like they think they've had it won. But what team would be ignorant enough to walk into a championship game and assume it's theirs?
Jan 15, 2015 at 1:58 PM - brandon2348: They have the same record as us
Jan 15, 2015 at 2:01 PM - Dagger85: Yep. I don't get it. I mean, I get being underdogs, but for some to say we have no chance? Pretty dumb. We aren't carolina
Jan 15, 2015 at 2:02 PM - Dagger85: We played pretty bad in week 1 and still were in the game through 3 qtrs.
Jan 15, 2015 at 2:02 PM - brandon2348: 7-9 = Carolilna
Jan 15, 2015 at 2:04 PM - brandon2348: IMO these Seahawks have got as lucky as hell. They caught the Niners getting ready to have a "fire sale", They caught Zona with no QB., They caught Carolina cause Detroit got jobbed
Jan 15, 2015 at 2:05 PM - brandon2348: "hype show"
Jan 15, 2015 at 2:06 PM - brandon2348: Jamal Charles ran all over there *** and Dallas should of beat em by at least 20
Jan 15, 2015 at 2:07 PM - brandon2348: They got there week 1 win over us and that's it.
Jan 15, 2015 at 2:09 PM - brandon2348: Oh I forgot. They beat Denver in Overtime
Jan 15, 2015 at 2:10 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: Think our key player here just may be Devante Adams again
Jan 15, 2015 at 2:13 PM - brandon2348: I think our key guys are Bak and Bulaga containing the edge. IF they can do that I don't see Seahawks getting pressure up middle. At that point it just comes down to Rodgers going through progression and hitting the open guy. Someone will be open
Jan 15, 2015 at 2:15 PM - brandon2348: Plus the Seahawks are very undisciplined. They will make stupid penalties
Jan 15, 2015 at 2:15 PM - brandon2348: don't turn the ball over or give up some special teams play and we shock this place

Jan 15, 2015 at 5:56 PM - Narveson: Very Interesting read. SI wants the Pack to force Sherman to defend Cobb by putting Cobb on Sherman's side cause Sherman has trouble defending WR's that can cut sharply.

Jan 15, 2015 at 6:35 PM - brandon2348: I posted about putting Cobb on Sherman last week
Jan 15, 2015 at 6:35 PM - brandon2348: I think it's a fantastic idea
Jan 15, 2015 at 6:35 PM - pacmaniac: So if Sherman was covering Boykin all game in week 1 (as i've been reading), why didn't we have more success passing in week 1?
Jan 15, 2015 at 6:36 PM - brandon2348: Throw the week 1 game plan out the window. Everything is much different now
Jan 15, 2015 at 6:38 PM - brandon2348: I think Adams could also "manhandle" there slot guy Jeremy Lane
Jan 15, 2015 at 6:49 PM - Circa1919: My main concern is Kam Chancellor. I think he's more of a threat than Sherman
Jan 15, 2015 at 6:49 PM - Circa1919: no disrespect to Sherman obviously
Jan 15, 2015 at 6:53 PM - brandon2348: Chancellor is dangerous close to the LOS. We need to get him out of the box. We do that be being balanced and forcing them into there nickel. If they come out and throw 6 in the box we have to win that match up upfront with success running lacy
Jan 15, 2015 at 6:54 PM - brandon2348: We want them to get chancellor cheating down then that's why we have to have success throwing the ball so we make him play us straight ut

Jan 15, 2015 at 6:56 PM - brandon2348: Hawk fans thing there gonna go 6 in box. I don't believe they will. I think there gonna stack it early and often
Jan 15, 2015 at 6:56 PM - brandon2348: they want to force us to throw
Jan 15, 2015 at 7:01 PM - Circa1919: Honestly, I'm more confident in our throwing ability especially if Adams can play like he did vs. Dallas. Jordy getting a few break aways and Cobb going slants will move things around enough to get us on a roll
Jan 15, 2015 at 7:09 PM - brandon2348: It doesn't really matter who get's the catches. Bak and Bulaga need to contain the edge forming a pocket for Rodgers. Rodgers will then run his progression and someone will be open with this offense.
Jan 15, 2015 at 7:09 PM - brandon2348: Seattle can talk about there LOB till the cows come home. It wont matter
Jan 15, 2015 at 7:16 PM - brandon2348: Here are the two things that are game breakers for us. We have to be able to run on Seattle when they are in a 6 man box. secondly we have to contain the edge on passing downs . Do those two things and allow execution and well be good
Jan 15, 2015 at 7:18 PM - desertdog55: I have been a Packers fans for 50 years. I have NEVER seen the amount of underdog disrespect that the Pack is getting in the media. I know that we are underdogs, but the chatter is that there is a 20 percent or less that we could pull the upset....some would give us 30 if Rodgers is healthy. I guess the Pack should just forfeit and save all the time and money. (*sarcasm)
Jan 15, 2015 at 7:24 PM - brandon2348: I can't believe it either. James Jones finally had to on NFL network today and say Green Bay was gonna win
Jan 15, 2015 at 7:25 PM - Circa1919: I know its really maddening. These same people were kissing Rodgers' A a few weeks ago. I hope ARod and company see this and get fired up. If there's one thing that fires up Rodgers is people not giving him a chance
Jan 15, 2015 at 7:26 PM - brandon2348: I am 42 so can't possibly be an active fan as long as you desert but we have a really good football team

Jan 15, 2015 at 7:30 PM - brandon2348: Matt Ryan was 20-2 at home and emptied that stadium by 4th qtr.

Jan 15, 2015 at 7:34 PM - Circa1919: I remember that Giants game before the playoffs that year so well. My first and only packer game at Lambeau and it was real treat. Friendliest people to sit next to and not a bad seat anywhere in that stadium. I wish I could go back
Jan 15, 2015 at 7:36 PM - brandon2348: I try to go back for a game every year. My favorite trip of the year btw
Jan 15, 2015 at 7:57 PM - Narveson: For the first time in my life, I will be there next year some time. Can't wait.

Jan 15, 2015 8:35 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: The call from the Seahawks radio, "This isn't Detroit, THIS IS THE SUPERBOWL" lol my favorite NFL moment ever hearing that
Jan 15, 2015 8:39 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: I had never remembered laughing so hard after hearing a radio call guy lose it like that.
Jan 15, 2015 9:42 PM - Zartan: That was so ****ing funny
Jan 15, 2015 9:43 PM - Zartan: That Atlanta game was so amazing. It was Lambeau South by the 4th Qtr
Jan 15, 2015 9:44 PM - Zartan: As the game progressed you could hear the Go Pack Go chant getting louder and louder

Jan 15, 2015 9:48 PM - Green and Gold: Aaron Rodgers is going to have a rough day if he stays as immobile as he did during the game against Dallas. Hands down he is the MVP this year, no question about it. But he's going to need to bring his A+ game this Sunday.
Jan 15, 2015 9:49 PM - Green and Gold: Go Pack!
Jan 15, 2015 9:49 PM - Green and Gold: Here is to hoping the game is decided by the players on the field, not the guys in the stripes.
Jan 15, 2015 9:51 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: Amen
Jan 15, 2015 10:10 PM - PackerFanLV: even with his hurt leg he's still more mobile then brad and manning and he's more accurate. i think we will be ok. if its to much then we will go pistol set.
Jan 15, 2015 10:20 PM - Dagger85: He became more and more comfortable Sunday as the game went on. I think one thing that's very important that the media hasn't focused on is that his calf did not wear down as the game went on....he actually improved....In the cold....
Jan 15, 2015 10:33 PM - Zartan: Tom Brady doesnt even move at all he does farily well
Jan 15, 2015 10:33 PM - Zartan: NE has a pretty good OLine
Jan 15, 2015 10:38 PM - Dagger85: I'm going to say the Oline will decide the game. Get Lacy past the line of scrimmage and give Rodgers time
Jan 15, 2015 11:02 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: Favre in his old age with us was utter led foot too lol
Jan 15, 2015 11:04 PM - Zartan: Well Farve would just chuck it up and hope one of the WR caught it
Jan 15, 2015 11:09 PM - PackerfaninCarolina: Either way, most QBs including McNair lost mobility in their old age but made up for it plenty like I know Rodgers can do
Jan 16, 2015 2:13 AM - PackerfaninCarolina: Russell Wilson - "We want the ball and we're gonna score" lol, jk, but yeah that was another moment of glory in Packer history. Wrong side though says Al Harris

Jan 16, 2015 3:19 AM - Circa1919: I'm not so impressed with Fox, but I don't like the idea of him at Chicago

Jan 16, 2015 6:56 AM - Pokerbrat2000: LOL.....banning cheese.....well that's it folks....show is over....turn the plane around....game over
Jan 16, 2015 6:59 AM - Pokerbrat2000: I hope somebody conspicuously hides little open "Packs" of Limburger throughout Seattle to later be found during the Packer-Patriot Super Bowl
Jan 16, 2015 7:39 AM - longtimefan: during MM oress conferences you can hear a keyboard clicking...wish they would make that stop
Jan 16, 2015 9:54 AM - Levi: Reminds me when they refused to sell tickets to Niners fans last year. But banning cheese, I mean really? Lol
Jan 16, 2015 10:03 AM - Dagger85: Well, I'm tired of the media talk. I'm ready for the game.
Jan 16, 2015 10:39 AM - Pokerbrat2000: next year when we host the SeaHawks for the NFC title....Green Bay better not be serving any Latte's!
Jan 16, 2015 10:42 AM - Pokerbrat2000: we actually get the SeaHawks at home in the regular season! Tough schedule! Home: Chicago, Detroit, Minnesota, St. Louis, Seattle, Kansas City, San Diego, Dallas Away: Chicago, Detroit, Minnesota, Arizona, San Francisco, Denver, Oakland, Carolina
Jan 16, 2015 10:43 AM - Levi: Seems like a brutal schedule, but loving the match ups. Think Manning will be back with the the Broncos next year?
Jan 16, 2015 10:43 AM - Pokerbrat2000: yup.....he loves the game too much to leave on an interception
Jan 16, 2015 10:47 AM - Dagger85: I was saying no, but then heard elway say they were including Peyton in the coaching search. so maybe...
Jan 16, 2015 10:49 AM - Pokerbrat2000: ouch....just did a CL search for tickets in Seattle....2 end zone seats....$2000
Jan 16, 2015 10:51 AM - Pokerbrat2000: My couch looks REALLY good!
