Ask us again in 2 weeks after the Lions game.
Yeah, we'll know a lot more about this team then. And 2 weeks after that, after the Bears and Niners. By Thanksgiving, we'll finally know this team quite well - for better or worse.

Yes, they are a contender worthy of being in a list of potentials this year. If you don't think that you're just ignoring facts. Are they the betting favorite...no, not right now.

Anytime you are top 10 offense and defense, you have a shot. It often comes down to who gets hot at the right time.

As our rookies take more and more snaps, our OL settles in, and Love gets back to how he ended last season, we may be poised for a strong push at the end.

They have a legitimate chance, but they need to clean some things up. Stop shooting yourselves in the foot with penalties and mental errors. Still haven't played their best game or cleanest game and yet are five and two.

I am hoping our youth will mature some by season end. Even yesterday we saw talent but we saw inexperience.

I think that's a very reasonable thing to hope for, and I'll add one more factor that I don't think anyone has mentioned here - injuries/depth. By the end of a brutal 18-week season, a lot of teams that might otherwise have had a legitimate shot at a playoff run are weakened by injuries to key players, but I think Green Bay is in a much better position than many other teams to not be held back by that.

Despite our youth, we are unusually deep at most key positions (by historical Packer standards, anyway). We have a lot of talented young players who are ready to step up if a starter goes down, and I think that makes our chances better than they might otherwise have been.

I think Green Bay has an excellent chance to be the last man standing in the NFC at the end of January. Who is clearly better? There are several teams capable of beating us, but IMO not a single team in the conference is too good for us to beat. I think we've finally become a good enough team that we completely control our own destiny.

True. I would give the AFC the edge over the NFC this season although the Lions maybe capable of beating both KC or Baltimore. The Eagles are not what they were 2 seasons ago. The Boys and 9ers are in a funk.

I like where we are at currently but I think it's very important to see improvements on the d-line play.

Given what the Lions did today I'd have to give them the nod as favorites in the NFC. The offense didn't get a lot of yards but they had great ST play and a short field for most of the day.

Yup. I truly think they are the cream of the NFC. Yes, any given Sunday, but without Love it’s gonna take some serious magic and some massive plays to even be in a game with them right now…especially if a lot of our other key defensive players are out.

They are physically very tough. Their offensive line may be the best in the league. Their coach is a gambler so they are accustomed to playing with risk.
