If the Packers win out, I think they make it in because all that has to happen is:

Seattle looses to any ONE of the Rams, Cowboys and Cardinals (likely the Rams)
and
The Saints beat the Falcons at home (likely) OR the Bucs beat either the Panthers or Falcons (unlikely- but divisional games are always a crap shoot).

I think it is very likely the Rams beat Seattle and the Saints beat the Falcons. I think if the Packers win out, it will be more UNLIKELY that they do not get into playoffs. Three weeks ago I put $100 on an 80:1 bet the Packers win the Super Bowl. So maybe I am speaking of extreme bias. BUT if they win out, they will have beat two of the best teams in the NFC. With Carson Wentz unfortunately likely out of the season, if the Packers beat Carolina and the Vikings with Aaron Rodgers, I think they will have a chance in any playoff game.

But for now...on to Carolina. My flight leaves Friday and I want nothing more than to personally observe a Cam Newton freak out live.
Yes, the Saints beating the Falcons would be huge. It could then create the potential for the Packers to control own destiny entering week 17. (winner of Panthers vs. Falcons week 17 would be in; loser out)

We already know we pretty much have to win out. And I'll bet Rodgers can outscore Newton at Lambeau every time.

I am not so sure about that. Cam Newton can score with his legs and has a dual threat ball carrier (Crhistian McCaffrye) to help him out.

The win at Dallas feels so good right now because the Cowgirls are tied with us at 7-6.

Be careful with your signs in Carolina. Didn`t Cam act like a **** last time we played them there ? I`d love somebody to ram the ball down his throat for that one.

So... Rodgers comes back and we win out. 10 and 6. The Panthers lose to us and the Falcons. Panthers 10 and 6. The Seahags lose to the Rams. Seahags 10 and 6. We get the #6 seed!!!

There is no harm in writing, "All I want for Christmas is a playoff game" in dark green letters. I probably could come up with some trash talk to write instead, but you apparently are much closer to the Superdome than BOA Stadium.

Now if AR would just play defense, the next three games would be big. Does anyone really expect a Capers defense to hold the next three opponents under 31 points if Kizer had a 99.4 qb rating and Trubisky passed
For 300 yards. Both the Clowns and Bears suck so they found a way to lose, but the next three a
Opponents have a combined 26-13 record. AR will quickly get back to form but the defense will let him down like Atlanta last year. Wish it wasn't true but they cant get off the field on third down and are the worst red zone defense by far in the nfl.

Yes, of course. I had thought they were too far ahead.
They are in reality.... but since we are hoping .... a Viking loss to the Bengals.... would mean we could root for the Bears to beat the Vikings as well in the last game.... Assuming the Packers win out (every scenario depends on that). That would put both teams at 10-6 with Green Bay having the better division record.

I might add the Jets to the list as well.
I don't know about that one, captain. If the Panthers somehow steal the division, and New Orleans/Atlanta are both in the playoff mix, that's two teams from the same division that has tie breaker advantages on us. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think New Orleans winning the division works to our benefit.

How about this?

Packers over Panthers
Rams over Seahawks
Bucs over Falcons

I know the last one isn't particularly likely, but if it happens, that's all the help the Packers would need to guarantee their spot in the playoffs, assuming they win out. They would control their own destiny.
