Plus every Coach goes through losing cycles when they first take over. Actually Vince was losing at first. He went to his veteran players and asked them what they thought would work. They never looked back.

Robert Saleh took over as DC for SF49ers and they continued to struggle at first. SF49ers ranked in the bottom 10 in scoring D. By his 3rd season he was the #8 ranked Defense
There's no dignity in get screwed by refs.
I see Eberfus is sending a tape to the NFL about the Packers lining up over center. Two players lined up outside center, but were pushed into the lanes on both sides of him. in the continuation of play, he was pretty much run over, but it was squeezing past him on the side, that gave the opportunity for the block. If you watch FG and EP attempts you'll see that the position these defenders ended up in is really no different than any other attempt. The big thing was that the kick had no loft on it. Eberfus can complain all he wants, but it's on him. Like was stated, he had another down and a time out, so he could have advanced the ball further and made it an easier shot. But, it doesn't matter. It is what it is. If the Packers had lost the same way, and LeFleur was all over it, I'd say he was wrong as well.
there's no right or wrong. It just is what it is. Yes Eberflus should've gone for more yards, but the refs also should've thrown flags when the rules were broken, even if the guys were pushed into the center the guy is still blatantly pushing guys in the back right in front of the referee, who turns his head, I guess to watch the kick instead of throwing the flag

And again, yes, they should've made more plays during the game and they should've won but what's the point of having rules if we're just gonna ignore them. I can lose with Grace.
I thought I did yesterday after a few hard minutes......but having seen the replay, we got cheated, not whining, not crying, just stating a fact.

Wouldn't do this in the playoffs, you guys push somebody in the back on a field goal and it comes back to bite to bite y'all in the *** bc you got away with it all year. Karma a m.f.er.

And this is not sour grapes. It's just a fact on both kicks. You guys hit the long snapper which is illegal and you got a guy pushing guys in the back the AND for anyone wanting to say nuh uh....the one guy even admitted to pushing the guy who blocked the kick in the back during the post game press conference!!!!!!
Bad to lose.....worse to be cheated but it is what it is.
"if you ain't cheating, you ain't trying" lol.
I think you need to revisit your comment. The rule says you cannot line up over the snapper, but it doesn't say you can't go into that area after a blocker has made contact, and pushed your charge in that direction. I understand your feeling bad about losing, but you're totally wrong here. Sorry!

Again y'all will keep doing it till you get flagged, but I'm telling you they may not flag you all season but if you do it in the playoffs, you're gonna get flagged

You're still not addressing the blatant push in the back of the guy who jumped and eventually got the block
There was no "blatant push in the back." If I thought there was, I'd agree with you.

What you should be mad about is why your kicker decided to kick the ball that low. He set himself up for the failure. In fact, his kick was so low I'm not certain it would have reached the cross bar anyway.

All I'm trying to say is it's a penalty anytime they wanna call it. They're not gonna do it all season but when and if y'all make the playoffs and you do this on a kick, it's gonna come back and bite y'all in the a.s.s.

And Voyager we've had some good talks you know I respect you but as far as you agreeing or not agreeing with me, the guy that Pat is pointing at during his press conference he said "I pushed dude in the back" so you're not disagreeing with me you're disagreeing with your own player.

Wrong and wrong again.

This isn’t college. You CAN hit the long snapper. Rule 12/3/1m,n. You CAN push a teammate as a defender. It doesn’t matter if he admitted to it because it’s a perfectly legal thing to admit to.

Again please read the rulebook.

Sorry to be so jaded, but honestly... at this point, I'd be very nervous about Gute using a 1st round pick on a front 7 D, or any other D for that matter. I'm half-kidding here, so take this as just a wise-*** crack, but I almost wonder if he's better off taking a 1st round WR and trading him 2 years later for the DL or LB that someone else took in the 1st.

Again... not a serious suggestion... but not completely off the wall either.
I agree with you. Gute's track record in the first round is not good, especially on defense. I would love to see him trade the first round pick and stockpile 2nd round picks. I would trade the first and third round picks nearly every year and try to get 3 second rounders. The team's original 2nd round pick plus two that come in trades.
