I can see the Packers winning, although I don't think they will. The Colts, no. Another lesson/step in the progression of a young QB and team.

I think the Packers can pull it off if they play like they know they can and don't take stupid penalties. Seriously, the refs will have it out for them so they have to do everything they can to limit interference from those zebra looking chumps.

different pack team that played seattle week 1. I mean, jarret boykin was on the field the whole time.

It's not THAT big of an upset. Ugh, are we getting compared to the worst team to ever win a Super Bowl?

The point is the "heads" in media blather on and on but they often don't know what they're talking about and it certainly doesn't have anything to do with the outcome.

But that Jets team wasn't the worst to win a Super Bowl. Even Lombardi before that game expected them to win.

You mean the baseball team would beat the Seachickens? What, hit 'em with their bats.

Heh...every now and then I'll slip and call the Cardinals St.Louis, or the Rams Los Angeles, or the Colts Baltimore, and so on.
Old habits die hard.

The 'experts' were lazy before SB3. In retrospect, that wasn't an upset at all. The Jets were a pretty good team themselves, matched up with the Colts very well, and executed their game plan brilliantly.

The Packers domination in the first two Super Bowls had a little something to do with that. The NFL, even after III, was still widely regarded as the superior league. It turned out the Packers then were just superior to every one else. No other NFL champion succeeded in a Super Bowl in the final seasons before the merger.

True; SB4 saw the Chiefs beat hell out of the Vikings.

This is a very exciting day. I like Green Bay in the underdog role. I like the fact that the Packers have vastly improved since the opening day loss to the Seahawks. R. Rodgers and Adams have become bigger parts of the offense, the offensive line is better and the defense has improved.

Hope to be celebrating a trip to the Super Bowl in a few hours!
I'd rather be underdogs. Most expect Hawks to win which is an uncomfortable feeling.

It's probably about 70% in favor of Seahawks

you are entitled to your opinion of the worst. I know several notable historians consider the 80 raiders the worst

Packers inactives:

RB DuJuan Harris
CB Demetri Goodson
LB Carl Bradford
C Garth Gerhart
TE Justin Perillo
WR Jeff Janis
DT Bruce Gaston

Once again all three QBs but only two RBs active.
