Yeah, he lost. And the correct penalty for that loss was 5 yards. Why is everyone directing their anger at Tonyan instead of Brad fricking Allen where it belongs?

I haven't seen anyone being particularly angry at Tonyan but just mentioning that he made a nistake running into the punter. In addition most posters agree it was the wrong call.

It's not worth getting extremely worked up about it though.

The only person I see directing anger is you. The rest of us are having a conversation. It is possible and should be expected that guys play both smart and hard. Again, this is a perfect example of "time and place" and unfortunately Tonyan (who I really like and think has a chance to be a good player) didn't factor down/distance into his plan of attack.

He certainly did. And after a 5 yard penalty the Patsies would have still been punting.
